The desk at Mahon was easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful. A very friendly lady walked us to the waiting minibus which was very roomy and air conditioned with car seat fitted . Driver was helpful and professional . Would definitely use this service again .

Easy to arrange on-line transfers which arrived exactly on time even though the return transfer was at peak time from the centre of Paris.Driver was waiting at CDG as we collected baggage and was easy to identify.Well worth the cost to avoid any hassle or worry to and from airport.Will use this service again for sure.

I booked my Palma/Santa Ponsa transfers onlin with ziptransfers.com before my holiday - the first time I have ever done this. They were fantastic and a lot cheaper than airport taxis! Our driver was waiting in the arrivals hall at Palma airport with a board with our name on and off we went to our hotel. On our return journey the driver even arrived 10 mins early so we had plenty time to get to the airport before the package tour coaches arrived. We booked ZIP transfers specifically because you could reserve a car with a baby car seat. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive at Majorca airport until 4am (schedulde arrival time was 1am). The driver hadn't bothered to wait and we had to call them to find out that they had taken it upon themselves to cancel our transfer. We then had to take a regular taxi with our five month old son held in our laps.

Our flight was delayed and we were concerned our driver would not be there. But, there he was holding a sign with our name. Jose was fabulous!! Ask for him in Barcelona! He went out of his way to make everything comfortable for us! In Nice, France we had J, I have to say another fabulous driver!! You can't go wrong with Zip!

Booking this service online was very easy, the website being very easy to navigate. Payment was made at the time of the booking and there were no hidden costs when we did use the service. Reaching the arrivals hall the driver was waiting in a prominent position with a clear sign for our party. We were led to our taxi and were on our way within a few minutes. Staying in the old town of B the driver got us as close as he could to our hotel despite having to navigate the narrow street and crowds. On our return the taxi arrived at our hotel on time and we arrived at the airport with time to spare. The drivers were curteous and helpful and the taxis were comfortable and clean and using the service meant that we arrived at our destinations less stressed after our travel. There is no doubt that we will definitely use this service again.

When I booked a transfer for 6 ladies from Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris the confirmation email I received was for another person's booking. This was immediately dealt with but it made me a bit nervous about the service. I needn't have worried. The drivers were punctual for both journeys and patiently waited while we organised ourselves. A clean, comfortable, efficient, door to door transfer at a competitive price.

Driver was in the airport waiting for us on arrival, he was polite and courteous throughtout and arrived promptly for our return journey. Both vehicles were clean and tidy and provided ample space for our party and all luggage. Can't say enough good things about ziptransfers in Barcelona. When my flight was delayed I emailed to let them know and I got a response back immediately saying that they had been following my flight and already knew it was delayed and to not worry. Also because of the strike in Barcelona, they even called us (in America) to let us know what to do if they could not cross the picket line to pick us up at the airport. Very impressed with their customer service. Would use them again.
