Island Car Rental works ok. I have rented several times from them using "Rental Car Group" without problems. The price seems to be best through this system. Cars are not new but have worked well. I forgot my booking documents one time but they found it on their computer which took an extra couple of minutes. I had a flat one time, just added air at a gas station, then drove back to their workshop and they installed a new tire. (Tyre in Jamaica! One time the 12V outlet did not work on the rental at the airport so they upgraded the car to a larger car. That's pretty much how it goes.

Happy that I am able to rent a car so easy and quickly! It is very simple. Never had problems. I always inform my friends to use RCG and tell them about the low prices and easy handling.

As soon as we arrived at the airport we were helped by a very friendly person at the service desk at the airport. In a quick time there was a driver who brought us to the car rental place. The very friendly people showed us our car and were helpful. Good, nice and clean car! After a few days we had some trouble with the car. We went back to the car rental place and they helped us immediately. The problem was fixed and we joined the car for the rest of our holiday. We really recommend this place! Very nice car for a very good price!

They waiting for me on time & car ready, no need to waste time waiting for car to be ready or looking for the person who suppose to deliver me the car had new card not old or junk deserve the price

Only one thing to comment. We arrived late night at the airport, and had a little difficulties to get in contact with the local rental firm. But after half an hour they picked us up, and everything was easy afterwards.

I rented 2 car with rental car group in different countries, both where good. No problem. The prices were good. For both rental I've chosen a car from a big rental company (hertz, Avis, etc.) To avoid any problem. The Internet site could be nicer and easier to use.
