From start to finish the installer was very polite and professional. I was put through to autoglass direct via my insurance company and found that everything was dealt with very easily and quickly and they gave me a fitting appointment to suit me which was excellent as it was Xmas eve and I had a lot to do. I have used rac windscreens before but nothing can compare to autoglass they are, I believe the no1 glass replacement specialists to go to.

This has been the best I've experienced from any service company. Quick, polite, kind, cheerful - there aren't enough adjectives. From first telephone contact to job completed I couldn't have wished for better.

My screen was chipped on the way to work in the morning and with the prospect of hours travelling in the next few days and filthy weather I phoned in the hope the screen could be repaired some time early the next week. Excellent handling of the initial call and the promised return call came (oh that all companies would do the same!)and a slot found for that afternoon. The technician arrived on time talked me through the expectations, effected the repair and handed back the keys in about an hour. Can now barely see where the chip was so I'm a very happy customer. Thanks Autoglass you really did exceed expectations - well done indeed.

Contacted via telephone and given appointment for fitting including time and location. Sent reminder by e-mail including information about taking Insurance Certificate along which on this occasion was not needed as AUTOGLASS are recommended by my insurers. I arrived prior to the allotted time ( about 20 mins) but was promptly dealt with. The fitter came out to the car and checked to make sure the replacement was the right one and was quick to explain that there was a slight difference in that the replacement had a sun strip where the original did not. This was not a problem in fact it was in my view an improvement. The windscreen was fitted within the alloted time and the new wipers at the same time. All along the fitter kept me informed and the after fitting advice was useful. In a nut shell it was No Fuss No Bother. Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the waiting area though, two hours is a long time without a drink.

called auto glass after some idot smashed my rear window could not of had more help to get it fixed from the first phone call to going down to the fitting shop on a Sunday afternoon meeting the most friendly and cheerfuller fitter possible and having my car fixed thank you all very much!!! there was nothing to dislike about how they treated me the opposite all i can say is a big thank you all

Was booked into local branch on a Sunday as requested, was called in early due to a cancellation, work was carried out to high standard was very pleased with workmanship would recommend to a friend any day, staff very friendly and polite.

I booked a mobile service for a replacement windscreen, on the day the weather was appalling, persistent rain and windy. The technician phoned to let me know he was about to leave his previous appointment and discuss the weather. He suggested that he come out to my car and check the weather, he advised me that the canopy was not big enough for my car and suggested that if the weather was too wet we could re-schedule or I could take my car to the centre that afternoon as a rebooking would be several days on. I chose to take my car to the centre where my husband and I received complimentary coffee, the windscreen replacement was efficiently replaced and we were given the option to inspect the work. I would choose to use this service again.

Simple booking online. Technician arrived on time and was a pleasant chap clearly willing to help. Advised that there was no serious fault with windscreen. Carried out basic remedial repair. Whole operation took less than half an hour. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

My insurer forced me to use Autoglass, but I cannot praise their service enough. The reservation was handled extremely well and my request of an OE windscreen was followed up with the insurer by Autoglass and confirmed very efficiently by e-mail (as requested). The fitting of the windscreen was on a very cold morning but the fitter was very good humoured and highly efficient delivering an excellent service. I have no hesitation of recommending Autoglass.

I found Autoglass to be excellent on the phone when requesting assistance. The mobile engineer was polite and informative and did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend autoglass and would use them again.

the operative is called michael de jesus he was very friendly and pleasant and by using his excellent customer services skills put me at ease and explained the whole procedure to me. it was an awful experience that someone had deliberately hit my windscreen as an act of vandalism, but he chatted and expertly put the windscreen in place.then there was a problem where i had paid the excess over the phone to his manager pedro after that, his invoice disappeared, this however did not deter him and then wrote out a paper copy one but then it had been re-instated on his pda so i signed it off. if more operatives acted like this, instead of treating the job as a race against time there would be more good feedback from customers.

Could not have been better. Following a chip on my windscreen saw an Autoglass van and the driver gave me the office tel.no. The office checked I was covered by my insurance and then made an appointment at my convenience to come to my home address and repair the chip. The guy who came was polite and helpful and extremely efficient. He explained the whole process before he started, undertook the job with no fuss and in no time at all was handing me back the car keys and printing off the paperwork. Difficult to believe in these time that it all went so smoothly. I cannot imagine a single elemeent of my experience that could be improved. No false promises were made and from the outset all eventualities were explained

My daughters vehicle sustained damage to two windows on her mini by a mindless vandal. It caused extensive damage and interruption to her busy life. Autoglass excelled in the subsequent repairs and service. They proved flexible in attending a venue away from her home, communicated with all concerned in a professional and helpful manner and executed quality repairs.
