Would definitely use Drivalia again, impressed with the check in service and quality of vehicles. Like the full/full policy which has become rare, especially on short term visits.

We used drivalia about a year ago and we are now regular customers. They are very good on price and service is also very good. The staff are very helpful and the service is very smooth. Facilities are very good at the drop off / collection area via a very short shuttle bus trip, which is always punctual. There are no hidden extras and I would recommend taking the premium insurance as I did lose a car key at a remote location last year. This was not a problem and a replacement was driven out to me in less than 2 hours. Other wise I would have been stranded!. I would highly recommend Drivalia!

This was our second time of hiring a car with Drivalia and again we received excellent service. Staff were particularly good and our Peugoet 208 was perfect for our needs. Transfers back and forth to the airport were good and returning of the car was easy without any hassle. We will have no hesitation in booking again with Drivalia and recommending to others.

We originally booked with another company but a few days before travel they cancelled and then attempted to charge us double! Booked with this company via a broker and couldn't have received a better service. The car was perfect and very economical. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Drivalia offer a full full fuel policy which works great for someone like me who does not intend on doing much driving. This means I receive the car with a full tank and have to bring it back full. I only pay for the fuel I use. That is the main reason I use Drivalia. However they are good on price and offer a great service. I will always use them.

We have hired cars for many years when we fly into Alicante. This is the first time we have used this company and found them to be very efficient. Bus pulled in to Welcome point just after we arrived. The driver was polite and helped with the luggage. The staff were friendly and efficient which meant we could get going to enjoy our holiday quickly. We hired a basic small car as there were just the two of us on this occassion the car was clean and low mileage. Upon our return again the staff quickly dealt with the return of the car and the bus arrived shortly after our arrival at the hire company to take us back to the airport a short drive away. The only point, and it doesn't only apply to this hire company is the full tank empty return tariff. This can be a little guiling when if you are only in spain for a short break or do not use all the petrol. What would be great is a half tank tariff, in that the car has half a tank of petrol when you pick it up and return empty. This would be my only criticism. We will be returning to the Costa Blanca twice again this year and shall be contacting them again to hire cars. Well done Drivalia

We were a party of 9 arriving at Alicante airport. We were collecting a car from Drivalia, do NOT speak any Spanish. Drivalia were waiting for us, sorted us out, had us on the road with spotless, almost new, decent specification car in minutes. Very happy. We contacted the other members of our group,who do speak some Spanish, that had booked with another company, who were still queueing in the main terminal, did not get the car they were expecting, and were generally not happy with what they got. I think we got lucky, but will definitely use Drivalia when returning to Alicante airport.

Car hire made easy. Everything was perfect for our weekend break including the car hire. We were picked up by a very helpful driver who pointed out all the key places on the quick journey to help us to find our way out of the airport and where to bring the car back to. The check in was quick and efficient and we discussed the best deal for our weekend hire. Coming back was much the same. Easy check back In with colleagues waiting to assist and the airport shuttle waiting for the journey back to the airport. Sure beats waiting in a long queue at the airport terminal. We will definitely use Drivalia again Many thanks

Had an altogether good experience in a very blue Peugeot 208 not very old in good condition with everything working, we will be making more bookings in the future and will include Drivalia in our top list. Apart of the somewhat hidden place at the busstation, the shuttle was OK. Easy to find back the premises on return. The car was new, clean and of a larger size than one usually will get at that price! And prices at Drivalia are really very competing. The staff was very kind, helpful and good-humoured, which is also important when on holiday. The rapid shuttle service back to the airport, finally, was fast and easy: You wan't miss your plane!
