We recently purchased an Audi TT Convertible from Motor Village. We were left with the keys to look over the vehicle without any pressure from staff at all although they were always at hand to answer any questions. We took the car out for a test drive and we were impressed. We arranged to pick the car up the following week, after it had been serviced and a few minor details were corrected at our request. We've since had the car inspected at a local Audi dealership and they could find no faults at all with the car. All in all, we were very impressed with the service we received and the car we purchased. Highly recommended.

Thank you to the advisers for restoring my faith in used car dealers, not only did John give me a good deal but when i asked him to have the brakes checked when i came to collect the car he had replaced the lot new brakes and pads all round and also a tyre.. Most used dealers do the minimum these guys go the extra mile, also had a problem with boot button again took it in and fixed no quibble.. Well done guys.

I found the sales guys at Motor Village to be very courteous and they pretty much leave you to view the cars without breathing behind your neck to press for a sale. Even when I said I needed a couple of days to think about it they were quite happy to leave me to come back when I was ready. I bought my car about a month ago and I'm happy with my purchase. I brought a car on 04 -03 -2014 from the Motor Village and I stayed very pleased with the deal. I travelled from Cambridge to Bristol but it was worth it. During the 3 and a half hour trip I could see perfectly that the car was in excellent conditions. The price of the car was good, but the most important was the conditions that they gave me the car, they checked everything and replaced anything that was not so good, including the tires. So I was sure I travelled safely home. I recommend everyone to buy a car in the Motor Village in Bristol I'm sure will be well served.

I recently purchased a Disco 3 from Motor Village and whole experience was better than expected. With a favourable part exchange, the right price and a courteous salesman the deal was sealed. A minor engine fault was found during the test drive and this was repaired to a high standard. These guys have restored my faith in 2nd hand car dealerships……………………
