Had a few problems with software but there technical service are very good and helpfull. Problems were due to Microsoft. Everything works just as it should.

The site took my money for a download. But it never came or linked even to it. Then went to login & said I had incorrect paswword or address. So re registered said I was already a member Hey presto so I asked for a new password, have a guess the new password never gets sent. Or I don't get it. Now done this heaps of time same result. over 3 days. Nothing. In short they arn't there to help you at all. I got an email back from the money transfer company saying thats all they do so could not help me. Guess I try & get the money back!!!! wish me luck.

Purchased this manual for my 2005 VW Touran. After a few little issues, on my part, I manged to get it up and running within a couple hours. A little tip here, always read the Read Me files first.
