I chose Thomas Sanderson because my mum had fitted conservatory blinds in her house. So I knew from her what to expect. I didn't like the length of time I had to wait for the shutters but at the end of the day they are lovely and were worth the wait. I have to remind myself they were made to order too. I know there are cheaper people out there and perhaps I would look elsewhere next time (I always do to compare prices) but I think I would go back to Thomas Sanderson in the end because the quality and customer service have both been excellent.

Great shutters, well made and worth the price but customer service not always 5 star. Having had a number of problems with my first order of shutters I was hesitant about buying from them again but wanted shutters for my bay window which faces west. A new salesperson made all the difference as I felt reassured that all would be well this time and have been delighted with the result. The very competent and professional salesperson and fitter took great care in planning and fitting and the end product is fabulous even though the bay window was not standard. No one would know that adjustments had to be made. The shutters are brilliant and give all the flexibility needed which curtains could never do in a west facing window. As I went for tier-on-tier I have limitless options of opening both the slats and the shutters while maintaining privacy. Having looked at several shutter companies this is the "gold" standard. Others might be cheaper but won't have the quality or durability.

I was totally delighted with my shutters from Thomas Sanderson. The gentleman who came was neat and tidy and courteous. It gives such a wonderful feeling of privacy but most of all it makes the house look ultra smart. Unfortunately we are moving soon but I am going to recommend myself!!! when we get to our new house. I love them.!!

I had an issue with my blinds from Thomas Sanderson, I called and spoken to Julie and she helped me get the problem sorted out. She was very polite and although I'd rather not have had the problem in the first place they dealt with it fine once I'd called in and resolved it swiftly. Thank you!

I would like to say how happy we are with our Thomas Sanderson blinds. We were fortunate enough to receive customer service that was better than we expected and overall it's been good. We would certainly have no qualms recommending them to anyone, everything went very well.

I used this company for my conservatory blinds, I went for the remote control option which is really handy, really good. You have to pay more for this but I've found it really useful. The fitting all went fine and the one minor hitch we had was dealt with within reason.

Thomas Sanderson was by no means the cheapest but I had been recommended by a friend so decided to try them, and I have to say I am delighted with the result. Our blinds fit our conservatory perfectly and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the cleanliness during installation! The quality feels good so far so I sure they will stand the test of time

A member of my family had unfortunately responded to a marketing call made to my home and since then we have been inundated with calls from Thomas Sanderson by the same incredibly rude and condescending person, sometimes three times a day. When told a family member was not home he has implied he has been lied to and has made personal comments. The final straw came when I asked this "sales-person" to stop calling, he refused and hung up the phone. Since then he has been ringing up my home and hanging up the phone when answered. Whilst I realise this employee may not be representative of all sales tactics carried out by Thomas Sanderson I have been very upset and harassed by this employees actions and I am shocked

We booked an appointment with Thomas Sanderson to have one bay window measured for shutters as part of their "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer. A rep came round on Friday evening and seemed friendly enough. We told him we just wanted our windows measured and no pushy sales pitches like many double glazing companies had don ein the past. He laughed and promised it would be very different.

His salesman patter told a different story though. When he arrived he had 3 kids, later he had 4 but couldn't actually remember his youngest's birthday. His "wife" appeared to be a fimnet of his imagination as well, it seemed he was lying thorugh his teeth to make himself appear more like "us" which simply wasn't necessary. It made him sound like a crook.

After and hour an a half of tedious blurb, incredibly slow measuring (couldn't believe this was his day job!) and very shaky maths with a pencil and a pad in front of us, he presented us with an £8000 quote for ONE standard rectangular bay window. We laughed out and asked him to leave. He wanted to stay and see if he could "get the price down" despite us telling him when he arrived we would not be pressured or sign anything that day.

A complete waste of our time. Any professional company would measure, leave and send a written quote.
