I am very happy with the shutters I received. The quality is fantastic and the look amazing! I have been showing them off to friends and family and recommending they get them too and I would say to anyone thinking about purchasing shutters to get them through Thomas Sanderson. The quality is fantastic and the customer service and support is great too. Excellent all round!

Thomas Sanderson charged £7000 for blinds I could have and should have got anywhere. I thought I would be wowed as I believed I was paying for quality. Just bog standard at best More disgustingly I have recently been in the position where my new build house of horror is actually being bought back by the builder. I rang Thomas Sanderson prior to fitting, in the hope they would have some compassion and allow me to cancel the order as the house they are made for I won’t actually be in anymore. They said the best they could do was charge me only 90% of the costs and yet they state everywhere cancellations would be considered on an individual basis! Considering the extortionate cost of blinds I’m sure they could have had some compassion! Don’t ever try to post negative views on their Facebook page either, they simply disappear

We've just had window shutters fitted downstairs lounge and 3 bedrooms upstairs and what a difference it has made. The fitter was there within the time slot allocated, firstly he laid down his dust sheets in each room where he would be working he was very pleasant and was explaining things to me as he was fitting the shutters very professional and tidy wasn't the word when he had finished you wouldn't have known he had been there apart from the brilliant job he had made of the shutters, therefore hence my review title. A job well done SECOND TO NONE

Wanted blinds to finish of the conservatory look and help reduce sun/glare in the late afternoon/evenings.Lovely friendly consultant who explained the choices, both for the blinds and for finance, very clearly. The cost was not as expensive as we had thought they would be which was a pleasant surprise. Ordered Duette blinds. Pleasant and polite fitter who got the job done quickly and efficiently, and explained about care/use of blinds. Ensured we were happy with everything before leaving. Had a slight issue with 2 of the blinds the next day, but contacted company and fitter came back very quickly to sort out. Blinds look lovely, smart and neat and finish the room off well.

We were so pleased with the service we received with the purchase of our shutters. The man who visited us first was very professional and helpful in explaining everything. The man who installed our shutters and was very proficient in his work. Overall, we feel so reassured now that we have privacy on our ground floor with the new shutter. We would certainly recommend Thomas Sanderson.

My blinds are just what I needed. They fit in the window frame so leave the windowsill completely free. Service was good from the first contact to getting the blinds fitted. I hope I will be able to have some fitted in the rest of the house soon, just saving up more money.

Quality of blinds are great. The service was prompt and punctual. All aspects of the purchase were explained to us very patiently. The cost of the product is higher than other products in the market but the quality of the product and the service matches the price. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my friends and family.

Just had the new duette blinds fitted in our conservatory. The quality is excellent. Both windows and roof blinds fit really well. The fitter was very professional and really tidy in his workmanship. Also had an interior valet done, it was in with the price of the blinds. Again, the valetor was thorough and did a very good job. I would recommend Thomas Sanderson to my friends and relatives.

High quality blinds with excellent closing system and controls (programmable, timer and remote). Very happy with customer service from the surveyor/ installer, a real craftsman. We also had a valet before installation which was excellent. There was a fault with one of the mechanisms initially and one blind had to be returned and replaced. The only negative thing we have to say is that the company expected full payment, even though installation was not complete. We refused and only paid once everything was installed and working properly. The blinds work really well, both for shading the conservatory and keeping it cool. Looking forward to seeing how they insulate in the winter as the fabric is pleated and double layered (their 'Duette® EnergySmart'). Not cheap, but then you get what you pay for. Very happy with the finished product.

We bought our first Sanderson blind 15 years ago. We decided to replace it because we fancied a colour change, the old one was as good as new. Again the service was excellent from the ordering to the fitting. Not the cheapest blinds but you only get what you pay for. Would highly recommend Sanderson.

Very easy to organise the visit, salesman arrived when he said he would, slightly early in fact, no hard sell just measured, said what was on offer and we went for it. Similarly when it came to survey and installation, he turned up when he said he would and the installation took the time he said it would. All very straightforward.

I was impressed with the availability of home appointments made. All staff and fitters were courteous and efficient. One small flaw in one blind was spotted by the fitter, who immediately arranged for a replacement.

I'm the only person currently on my street with shutters and they have had many admiring glances since installation. I am really pleased with the overall effect on my windows and they do give me privacy when required. Shame we couldn't have them upstairs due to the inward opening windows

We purchased the blinds over 8 years ago and when we purchased the blinds we were told that they had a lifetime guarantee on discolouring and damaged slats. When we called we were told that they were not on a lifetime guarantee to fix damage slats and we had to pay a call out charge plus spare parts cost. They did come out as a gesture of goodwill and repair them but then the blinds starting braking from the blind operation and we now have a further 4 blinds broken as they are so cheaply made. This was just salesperson talk saying we would have a lifetime guarantee or warranty, however we were fooled and now have damaged blinds which we are not happy with. I refuse to pay them extra to come and fix them especially as we may be moving. I can definitely say that I will not be purchasing new blinds in our new home. Customer services is very poor and I would not recommend to anyone!!

A great experience from Designer to the Installer. I understand no name disclosure but credit should be given to these individuals. Compared to previous experience with Thomas Sanderson which was good but this time it is exceptional. Installer was courteous, professional and extremely meticulous from installation to explanation and clearing up. I will fully recommend to anyone looking for quality service style and design. Fully satisfied customer in Bangor, Northern Ireland
