I made an appointment at my convenience, for a quotation for replacement fascias, guttering and soffits. The representative arrived punctually at the time agreed and conducted a thorough assessment of what was needed to be done on my property. He listened to what I expected and after a few minutes, he fully explained the cost, product, guarantee and after service that I could expect. The quotation, product and service appeared exactly what I wanted and after discussing the right choice for me, I agreed on the package. The representative remained approachable, respectful, professional and 'not pushy' to my relief. The work has been completed today. The workmen turned up promptly and did a stirling job. They were friendly, polite and worked hard to achieve the end result, which I absolutely delighted with. The work has been conducted to a high standard. I can thoroughly recommend Heritage Plastics. I had nothing but professional and reliable service throughout. - from the home visit, listened to what I wanted and gave great advice without being "pushy" (and offered an excellent price as well). - from the sales staff in the office who understood the issues we had with scheduling the job and were flexible to our needs. - from the two contractors (sorry gentlemen - I never found out your names) who were punctual, hard working, friendly and did an amazing job - even when being interrupted by a stray dog !! and of course from head office who took the time to make sure we were happy with the work before we paid. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. they trick you with a call out charge of £80 pounds if they find leaves in ur guttering that's causing a leak and if you do not pay your "10 year gurantee is void". This is not wrote down in writing on the gurantee form. The gentleman I spoke to was rude and unhelpful he would not take any responsibility for his fitter, who came onto our property without our permission, and told me " you have to take it up with him and pay him". I even seeked advice from Citizens Advice who explained we have no choice and have to pay. Again DO NOT USE THEM

We got a phone call from Heritage the day before our agreed date asking as the weather forecast was going to be good were we able to have our flat roof done that day which we were happy to go ahead with. The fitter arrived, very pleasant and polite and started work straight away. Stripped the old felt off, cleared away all mess and continued to work all day very industrially. He got the rubber covering done but ran out of time and needed to come back in the morning for a couple of hours to complete the work. He arrived on time, finished the job very neat and tidy. We are extremely happy with the work done.

Very impressed so much so that we have already arranged for the windows on the front of the house to be changed by heritage, we found their workman efficient, friendly, they also cleaned up very thoroughly after they had completed a very good job.

Recently I had my soffits,facias and guttering done by heritages team. The two workmen that came did an excellent job, were very punctual,friendly and couldn't fault their work in any way, as well as leaving a very clean and tidy job afterwards. I recently had my fascia, soffits and guttering done by Heritage the scaffolding arrived the day before my work was booked in for the guys arrived at my home nice and early and got straight to work my job was completed the same day with no problems i am very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Heritage to my friends and family thanks guys great job

I went out to work in the morning giving access to the problem flat roof area, and all was completed when I came home from picking the kids up from school. Completed in a short period of time, looks very professional and seems to be doing exactly what it is expected, as it has been tested by the short but heavy rainfall we have been having; Finally the roof is now draining into the guttering. overall very satisfied with the results.

I recently had a flat roof fitted by heritage and I am very pleased with the results the guys that came to fit my roof were great lads and great workers I couldn't beat the price I was given and I will be using heritage again in future thanks a lot

The rendering work and repainted was done to the highest quality and I'm very happy with it and the price. I do however have a gripe with the scaffolding. The job was completed but the scaffolding remained up for more than 5 weeks after completion. I think Heritage should shcedule this much better - the scaffolding hampered my use of the garage for the whole period.

Just had our drive laid by heritage Driveway division and have to say we are completely satisfied by the standard of workmanship. We asked for a couple of changes to be done and it wasn't a problem for the guys as they were always pleasant and polite during the 4 days that they worked here. I had a flat roof repaired and fitted with EPDM rubber, Had the sales man round and as usual he started extremely high but soon came down to around what I had been quoted off other people, No extreme pressure was put on me to sign that day which was good. After some deliberation I decided to get it done with Heritage and had the surveyor to come round and confirm the price and take note of what was needed. Only one slight problem was that on the day it was due to be done one man turned up and I knew that it would be a two man job, the guy had a look and then got on the phone to Heritage to voice his anger at being sent out on his own and then said he cant do the job and left but we soon had a bloke come out to apologise and said they will send 2 guys out tomorrow. The next day I had a call at 0730 to say sorry but they cant get a 2 man team to my house today as a job had run over but will definitely be out the next day and have it done within a day. I am in a trade job so understand jobs do run over so wasn't to fussed over this as Heritage kept me informed every step which is very professional as nothing worse than people not turning up and not receiving a call. The 2 man team turned up bright and early the next day and completed the job in a day and swept up any mess left in the garden (cleaner than it was before they came). The roof looks really good and have confidence in the boards and EPDM rubber on top. If you want a good quality job doing then use Heritage.

The job that I have had done on my garage was done by very cheerful and friendly fitters, they did the job in a very professional way and explained every step of the way. The workmanship and the products used was of a high standard as just as I was shown in the brochure.

I always only go by recommendation by friends for building work. This was out on a limb for me but it was a local company so I thought they cant run far! Felt a little bit pressurized to start with from salesman but I understand its their job to get the deal and probably commission. Other than that very helpful, explained everything, wanted to get the job done quick which was fine by us. They turned up on the day they said! Very tidy workman, husband said good workers, knew what they were doing, done a smart and tidy job. the WHOLE ROOF DONE WITH ONE CONTINUOUS SHEET! Excellent. My main concern was it was done properly. It has been. Proud to recommend anyone to get this done on your flat roof as a first cover let alone as a measure to put right someone else's work! Wish I knew about this 15 years ago. Gold star to the company and its workers. 5*****
