I couldn't recommend Lenstore enough. Lenses are cheaper than I've ever seen them + you have more control over how many you buy and when without having to keep pausing your direct debit as with other schemes. You'd think this would be at the expense of their aftercare, but it's not. I've just had my second check up with Vision Express, all free through Lenstore. They did my sight test and contact lense check up as you'd normally get when you're on a scheme. Vision Express also gave me some free trial lenses upon request so I could try the lenses before ordering them on Lenstore. I'm amazed there are any bad reviews. I've been getting my lenses this way now for just over a year, and can't fault the service. I've just ordered a new set of glasses for free on their scheme too. Considering I'm not committed to any length of time to use Lenstore I'm rather shocked that they offer this service too. Why would you be on a direct debit scheme when you can use this supplier. Really can't fault them. I use Air Optix Aqua monthly lenses, and on occasion daily disposables (for camping etc). I used to use these same lenses with Specsavers and there's no difference to the quality. The only hassle is having to choose a solution from a few options, I'm tending to just use whichever multipurpose one is on offer. I'm guessing if you're reading these reviews it's because, like me, you're concerned that buying lenses outside of an established scheme might not be so good. I can say with utmost confidence you won't be disappointed with the service you receive.

Having been a regular customer with this company I didn't expect to be putting a negative review on - but am so disgusted by their lack of service. I ordered coloured contact lenses last week - they arrived but are 2 different colours, numerous emails and photos have been sent back and forth to the company with out any positve success. Yet again another message today - could I send the lenses back in a lense case so they can assess them and send them back to manufacturer - but no word of sending me the lenses I paid for - so I am out of pocket as I have had to go and order yet more lenses from another supplier to see me thru. With no word of a refund, a gesture or any reliable or professional customer service. An absolute bunch. I won't ever use this company again nor would I recommend them.

I have ordered my lense that i used for the past 5 years. I have not experience something like this with any store worldwide. They only notify me 2days approaching the lense expected to ship. And took another 2.5 weeks to ship my lense. Then took another 1.5 weeks to received it, even they said is EXPRESS POST from UK to AUS. It is a whopping 1 MONTH LATE. I know my lense is custom made. And I know the manufacturer will take 3weeks to make. So I am understanding that this will be delay. Most retailer will only be delay for 2weeks until I receive my lense. NOT 1 MONTH !! Don`t bother wasting your time replying to my review LENSTORE. I have heard all sort of excuse from any retailer throughout 5years of using this lense. Your excuse is absolutely in-excusable !!

Ive been a loyal customer for 5 years with this company, Having 3 daughters that i regularly order lens for - Acuvue & Biofinity. I ordered and advised them they are much cheaper on other website, They do not offer a price match service and as a gesture of good will was offered £10 refund where the actual difference was over £30+ ,thats just on one order. In total I ordered £180 of lens in which i could have got for £109 Thats a massive £71 saving! In all fairness I wont be shopping here again they have lost a loyal customer. Moral: Shop around as Martin form moneysavingexpert would say

I. Bought three month supply of monthly contact. Starting using them, may 28th and within. a fortnight.they are all used because they were splittin l expect to have almost a month out of each contact lens. Rubbish service from customer care, very disapointed in lens store feel ripped of. I have been wearing contacts. for a few years so l am well used to using them. Always had good service before! But wont be going back again. £57 down the drain

I ordered lenses from Lenstore - not my usual brand, which was out of stock, but the same type, prescription, diameter and curvature. However, the lenses were so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them. Lenstore refused to refund, despite me offering to return the ten unopened lenses from the two packs of six. Other suppliers are much more accommodating. Be warned - if your lenses aren't right, Lenstore won't reimburse because you've opened the box! I'd never use them again.

I have used lenstore without a problem until recently, when I had to send some lenses back when my prescription changed. They have not answered my queries since hey found out the last letter of the postcode on the proof of postage I had was wrong and are adamant that because of that the parcel will not be delivered to them. I've had discussions with the Post Office who say the parcel would still have been delivered. i am £42 out of pocket and have no lenses. I will not be using them again

I have ordered lenses from this site a few times and have had problems on two occasions. The contact lenses I use are multifocal and are not offered by all online sites - when I placed my last order I specifically checked that the lenses were in stock as I had previously had problems with Lenstore selling me things they did not actually have. Their website said that they had sufficient stock to fulfill my order. I placed the order, the money was taken immediately and then the day after the previously confirmed despatch day I was told that they were unable to supply as they hadn't received a delivery of the lenses (obviously the previously stated stock had randomly disappeared). I have now been advised (three days since the promised despatch date) that I will have to wait another five days for my lenses to come back into stock. Oh but they will offer me 10% off my next order to compensate - this is of no use to me as I certainly will not be ordering again.

Used Lenstore.co.uk for the first time recently, I ordered a brand of lenses I`ve used dozens of times before but the ones supplied by Lenstore are uncomfortable and I could`nt use them at all. I wanted to return for a refund, so I called them and was met with an astonishing level of rudeness, I was told I needed to provide them with a prescription that details precise use of the lenses I ordered and they would investigate. Lenstore do not ask for a prescription when you order their products, they are happy to sell you anything BUT the moment you have an issue with their inferior products they start demanding prescriptions. They also start to use that classic phrase "under the terms and conditions you signed" which always makes me think cowboy company. I was told the lenses need to match my exact prescription size even though this brand of lenses is ONE size, idiots.... I got transferred as the first person I spoke to started to raise her voice and get aggressive, then second person starts stating terms and conditions etc when I told this was my first and last experience with them they were more than happy for me to just go away. Disgusting company and even more disgusting people working there. All of this hassle over a £15 box of lenses, what a joke !!!

Hi I'm really disappointed with the expression colours brown contacts as I bought them twice and had to get rid of them as they were hurting my eyes really bad . At first I thought maybe I damaged them when taking them out but when I bought the second pair they were again stuck to bottom of the package n when I tried wearing them they were really painful to wear :(

Having always,until now,supported local,independent opticians,having worn contact lenses for 35 years, I decided to try ordering my lenses online as was becoming more and more disillusioned with mark up costs and waiting times on deliveries.Having done a web search,I opted to give Lenstore a try and certainly was'nt disappointed.Placed order on Tuesday 27th May,evening,received lenses Thursday 29th at 10am. Easy ordering system online,and kept informed on status of my order at every step via email. Paid extra to have express delivery only due to necessity on this occasion,but apart from this,more than happy with choice of lenses,prices and normal delivery.Well done for an excellent service all round.Lenstore will be the supplier of my lenses from now on.I am still singing your praises.Keep up the good work!

Checked the price for one month's supply compared to Specsavers and Specsavers were cheaper for my lenses (Coopers Proclear Dailies). It would appear that it's not always cheaper to buy from this site. Perhaps the savings are released when you buy in quantity but this is not suitable for me due to cashflow.

With my contact lenses being a different prescription for each eye, i thought it would take weeks for them to arrive.. But it didn't they were so fast and with me within 4 days. I couldnt't believe it, i would reccomend lenstore.co.uk to all of my family and friends.

Ordered next day delivery on a Thursday and it arrived in the morning the next day, didn't think it would arrive because of rain, but it did. Just what I needed for holidays, prices are amazing and beats anything that high streets opticians offer. The lenses are the exact same quality as what opticians order except they hold it in stocks. I would definitely use it again, but would buy more than a box of lenses.

Easy to use site, great prices, fast service. Customer services are very helpful too. Good news they now have an optician for queries although have not needed this service yet.
