I don’t think so they know how to use even software

Got the codes I paid for and the phone still will not work. Tried to contact customer support and have yet to get an answer. Wasted $10. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

My lock code was never provided as promised

The free unlock is not true. After I entered my card details deductions were still made from my account and my bank called me immediately to deactivate the transaction.

I purchased an unlock code for my blackberry 9300 and they gave me two. They did not work so it was a waste of time. They told that they give me a refund but you have to videotape all of the steps that you did to unlock it as per their instruction in order to get a refund. It is difficult to do it if you don't have another phone or perhaps you can ask a friend who has time to help you. So they make difficult so they don't have to pay you back.

Initially Free Unlocks were unable to find an unlock code for my phone due to a bug in their software. They promised a refund and suggested I start the process again. This time the price was higher, but the code provided worked. I did not like having to pay upfront, amd the time it took, but in the end the result was satisfactory.

This was particularly appealing to me because the unlock code for my phone was a bit higher than I'd anticipated. I took 30 seconds to review offers, completed requirements for one I liked most, then was directed back to Freeunlock.com in minutes where my balance displayed as $0.00! It was that easy. I highly recommend this site!

Paid for the unlock code, did not get it. Instead I got a "not enough credits" message. Then when I created a ticket I was told that I would get a response in at most 24 hours, it took over 48 before I got a response.

I paid for my phone to be unlocked on Friday and I still haven't received a code. I also e-mail the support team and all I got back was an automatic email stating that someone will get back to me in 8-24 hours. It been 72 hours and still no code or response. What make matters worse, I still haven't received my $10 refund. This is straight up B.S. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS SITE.

It work fantastic, I’ve tried other websites to unlock other phones but the doesn’t work like freeunlocks thank you for the service. I’ve unlock many cell phones with this website I recommend it.

fast and efficient absolutely no problems getting this phone unlocked within seconds

My network here in NZ was shutting down 2G and I needed to get a 3G compatible phone to continue having service. My partner had a phone she had brought with her when she moved to NZ from Australia, that was locked to an Australian provider who I had contacted twice to try and get the phone unlocked. They couldn't or wouldn't help me!! On the night before my old phone was due to lose service, I paid the very reasonable $7.99 USD fee and had my unlock code within 3 hours. I have a moto G phone from service at ATT & T-Mobile I paid and was sent an unlock code and it did not work, I have sent two email now have got no one to help yet with unlocking my phone, I try calling the phone number on the website it did not work !! asked to get refund and have not yet received it I took them less then 10 seconds to take my money out of my account, but they can not put it back yet ??????????
