The Paddy Power website is very user friendly, everything is there for the eye to see and you never have to do too much to get to the bet that you want to find. It is a very reliable website, have never had any problems with delays on it, meaning if I am in a rush to place a bet, the paddy power website is quick to respond. It is also a very secure website. Each time you need to deposit funds, your security pin is required in order to place the bet.

Paddy Power is my favourite of all betting sites, layout is clean, very simple to use. I usually bet on football and generally prefer outright match bets, I find the process very easy. Accounts section is also well structured. I also receive the odd free bet which is always appreciated, have no interest in the casino side of things though, that all scares me a bit.

Pretty good website, clear and easy to follow, odds are standard enough but a good number of specials available. They don't bombarde you with millions or emails, (yet anyway) which is good. Some of the odds could be out abit sooner.....

I have used PP.com for a number of years and have never had any issues with the site. I use it mostly for sports betting and playing poker. Bets are paid out in a timely fashion and the odds seem just as attractive as comparable sites. The money back specials are also attractive for big sporting events. The addition of the quick deposit function and swifter withdrawal methods in the last year or so has also made placing bets and cashing in a lot better. Having to wait for a cheque in the post or having to go to a physical bookies used to be a pain! (not that it happened as often as I would have liked). The only suggestion I'd have is to maybe have a sportsnews element to the site. It may woo people into visiting the site more often and placing a bet on something based on the information that's in an article. i.e. You have an article on Robin Van Persie being injured and at the bottom are odds for Man U (A) v Aston Villa. People might make a punt on Villa winning on the spur of the moment. You guys take this information into account in your odds anyway. Although I am sure a large amount of money is made out of ill-informed bets, so it may not be a runner!! This would also clearly take you away from your core offering of providing good odds etc, but I think it would also attract more custom.

The fluidity of the website is not up to standard and hasn't been for quite some time. The promotions offered and not overly appealing as they require in most cases huge stakes for minimal bonus'. I think very little is being offered to loyal customers giving 10, 20 or 30 euro a week to pp. Same regular bets all add up and the customer should be rewarded for this. On the other hand the selection you provide is excellent whatwith a marvelous choice to suit everybodys interests.

I have been availing of an online Paddy Power account for a few years now. My overall opinion is very positive. I used to have to walk to my local Paddy Power shop which was a bit of a nuisance at times. The online service makes it very convenient for me, as I don't have to leave the house. I like the way you can place a bet and it takes it straight from your bank account, not having to deposit and then bet (minimum 5euro). The layout of the site is simple, allowing users to find their bets fairly quick. A very good option is that you can put limits on your betting which is beneficial for those with addictive personalities. The only downside is that sometimes the site goes very slow, but that could also be caused by a weak internet connection. But sometimes too many users can cause this. So overall, it is a very satisfying site.

The array of sports & events that PP offer to bet on, is pretty staggering. Sports that I follow particularly, such as golf, rugby & soccer are very well covered, down to incredible detail. Which means that it makes it easier to find the value in things that not everyone looks for, - and surely value is the thing any punter prizes most? I would also have to say that the whole site is laid out very simply, even a dummy like me has no trouble. Plus of course, you get all of PP's money-back gimmicks & special offers, which are often pretty good. So, as a combination of the company & the site, this site works very well.

i enjoy Paddy power and i think the MBS are very important from a loyalty persepctive, i think teh site itsself can be slow at times and may need some improvement. The site is user frindly when working but the betting in running on horse racing should be an option (maybe it is and i havem missed it)

would like if paddy offered the likes of 1-12 margins for betting in running in rugby matches that are offered by other betting sites . sticking with rugby the odds are very often late up aside from the match betting . other than that I am very happy with the services with especially money back specials and the enhanced bets !

The Paddy Power Website is an excellent medium. It is convenient, easily accessible and available 24/7. What I really like is the ease of use, it is well laid out, clearly labelled and easily understood. there is a lot of variety as well, especially if you are a casual better like me. i have my favored sports like soccer and GAA but there the live betting facility and multiple sports categories offers plenty of novelty. in fairness any time i have had an issue they have been very quick to respond and generally are quick to update results and post wins to your account. The only time I couldnt access the site was on the day of the grand national, which while frustrating, is I suppose understandable due to the number of hits. And in fairness again they offered all punters free money.
