I found this company by searching on the web as I wanted to buy a car at best value price and within my time plans rather than a garage. Orange Wheels efficiently put me n touch with a very efficient garage who ordered the car I wanted immediately at a very competitive price. THe garage kept me informed of progress at all stages and the car was delivered as promised on the day arranged. The garage contact phoned me as I was handed over the car to check that all was in order. it was a first rate serve from start to finish. I have been recommending this to all my friends.

Easy from start to finish. Made enquiry on a Wednesday. Dealer phone within 1/2 hour. Placed order next day on strength of discount. Car then arrived within the week exactly as promised. Superb deal, superb saving. Excellent communication throughout. Simply brilliant from start to finish.

I’ve just taken delivery of my new VW Touran and wanted to say how refreshingly straightforward and efficient the whole process has been through Orange wheels – far better than the poor interest and lack of deals from visiting the local VW agents, both of whom wouldn’t budge from the list price and treated customers as if they were doing them a favour by keeping them hanging around the showroom. Although initially cautious about dealing with an \"anonymous\" agent that I would never meet face to face, I was soon re-assured by the VW dealer that I was soon put in touch with and although VW deliveries from Germany ended up being extended the whole process was stress free. I will recommend this route to anyone wanting to get a fair deal made easy. A Harding Bristol

I needed a new car quite quickly (after writing off my old car). As I had previous good experience buying on-line I searched the web for options. The Orangewheels website was easy to use and gave me an indication of price on-line, whilst other sites were not as easy to navigate or requested my email details to contact me. I selected 3 websites all with competitive prices but particularly liked the dealer they put me in contact with. Overall I had a excellent experience purchasing my car via Orangewheels and would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car. They found a dealer in the North West who were able to offer us a £2000 discount on the best price from our local dealership in London. This was a while ago now, given the lead time for the car, but I wanted to wait until it had been delivered and the transaction seen through to the end before writing a review. Orange Wheels were very efficient, did what they said they would, and found a deal at the price they had advertised. Dealt with me very politely, understanding the buyer's point of view. Transaction then undertaken with the dealer they referred me to, reputable Volvo dealer who resolved all matters including trade in of existing car at reasonable price agreed in advance.

“Thank You Orange Wheels ”

Whilst searching for our new car online, Orange Wheels came up on our Google search. This wasn't our usual method of looking for a car, indeed this would usually entail a trawl around relevant dealerships but as our local dealer appeared less than dynamic, we decided to look further afield in trying to find the best price. This is how we came across OW. The website is well presented and easy to use, and allows you to select the make, model, spec and any optional extras and will then provide you with a price for the vehicle to your specification. Our Initial line of enquiry was to try and find a car that was available for delivery straight away from stock but despite their best efforts we ended up having to order a factory build. The price was very competitive, and following some finer negotiations when we discussed our price range, we managed to get a price that was right for our budget for the exact vehicle we wanted. The car itself was a great price compared with the main manufacturer’s web site RRP and all of the optional extras were also discounted, the various dealers in our area couldn't get near their price. They also negotiated a fair offer for our existing vehicle as part exchange. They don't include 'dealer extras' at this stage such as Gap Insurance, Paint Protection etc etc, but that was fine for us because initially what we were after was the right price for the vehicle first and foremost, and any further additions at the dealership are much of a muchness anyway in terms of price. The only small gripe was in regards to one of the optional extras quoted for was a DAB radio and the price didn't include for an essential upgrade of the existing radio equipment. This meant that the price went up a little from that initially quoted, but given the high level of saving obtained from using OW, this was a minor issue. The reason was a blip on their website which I accepted but I would recommend that they sort this out so that this doesn't detract in any way from the rest of the experience which on the whole was very very positive, professional and competitive. I was a little wary of purchasing a car through the internet, but after doing considerable research for the car I wanted and prices at many dealers I found that the value that Orange Wheels offered was worth pursuing. The deal went through beyond my expectations with absolutelly no hitches. The information and attention given by Orange Wheels was excellent and the chosen car was exactly as described and the price as agreed. Delivery was within 2 weeks as promised and the trade in value for my car was as quoted. At the time my main concern was the lack of a written quote and description but any fears were unfounded since the transaction was carried out through a reputable main dealer. I would not hesitate in using Orange Wheels again.

From the time I contacted Orange Wheels to the time I took delivery of the car,the customer service aspect was really outstanding. I was made to feel special and was immediately put at ease. Orange wheels arranged contact with a supplier within a very short space of time. The idea of buying a car on the internet was something new to me but having now purchased the car, it was the easiest process possible.Everything ran smoothly. I really liked the financial saving compared to other dealers and would certainly use this service again.

“Want a deal to save you £1,000s, use Orangewheels”

Go to main dealer and get qoute for car - then ask Orangewheels to find like for like qoute. I asked them to get me qoute for A5 and they got me a great deal. Got a reduced price and a better finance deal...qoute was £55 per month cheaper than best offer received in a dealer - so saving £2,600 over the term. Got back to me in hours, not much longer than I was in dealers. Once you have contact with dealer, then you just buying the car as if you walked into dealership

“I found Orangewheels website after a friend's...”

I found Orangewheels website after a friend's recommendation, and basically they did exactly what it said on the tin. They were offering a discount of just over £2300 on a new Audi A3, so I entered my details on the site. A chap called Ben called me back later that day and explained how they worked. They spoke to their supplying Audi dealers and phoned back with a part exchange price on my Golf. It was £150 less than my local dealers value, but with their discount the overall deal saved me just over £2000 from the price my local Audi dealer offered me (which I am about to spend on a holiday...)

They put me in contact with their supplying Audi dealer who confirmed the prices Ben from orangewheels had given me over the phone - it was good to speak to the dealer and know where the car was coming from before I placed the order. Anyway I paid the dealer a £500 deposit, and a just over a fortnight later I have a shiny new Audi A3 on the driveway.

Nice to deal with a company that's straightforward and does what they say they will, and will definitely use them again in the future.

It should be when you pick up the car - Orange Wheels are just an intermediary that put you in contact with a dealer, so it's all as normal buying from a dealer after that. My car was bought on finance, and though we got stuff in place before pickup (mainly documentation to get approvals), the final deposit and finance arrangement was all taken and signed when I picked up the car.

It is when you collect the car. As the reply by mrpies explained, Orange Wheels are just the intermediary. Depending on how you plan to pay for the car, you will need to agree payment terms with the dealer in question.
