Bought my Denon Hi Fi and Q Acoustic speakers by phone from Peter Tyson and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ordered the goods on Monday and, despite being told that the speakers were not immediately available and not being at home on Thursday when delivery was attempted, I received the lot in N Ireland on Friday. Done and dusted in a week despite one seller telling me they didn't deliver to N Ireland and others telling me the Denon would not be available till mid January. The Hi Fi and speakers are great too with great sound, an amazing range of stations available and Air Play. Peter Tyson were also the best value seller I found.

I bought a Denon hi fi from Peter Dyson over Christmas period and the were the hight of efficiency. They emailed me with updates ever step of the way. The package was delivered on the day said to the hour although Bank Holiday got in the way and they are at the other end of the country.

I purchased a set of Monitor Audio Vector 5.1 speakers and some stands. The equipment arrived next day as promised and all was well. Unfortunately when I came to assemble the stands they were not man enough for the quite large and heavy Vector satellites. Next day I rang Nigel at Peter Tysons who listened to my problem and promptly offered a solution of a set of custom made stands to my exact height/colour etc. These were made, painted and despatched next day within a week and the old sets were collected at the same time at no cost. Ordered a Panasonic Blu-ray / DVD Recorder from Peter Tyson. At all times kept informed of the order and delivery progress, even down to the hour which the goods were to be delivered by DPD. I had never heard of Peter Tyson until searching for suppliers of this product but would certainly recommend them especially since the price was very competitive with other sites.This has to be one of the best experiences of buying on-line ever.

To be honest I had never hear of Peter Tyson until I came across them via Google. I decided to go ahead with my purchase based on the price and previous customer feedback. Their delivery service is the best I have come across in many years of buying online. Add to that the fact that they had the best price for the item I was looking for by far. I know where I will be looking first if I ever need Hi Fi equipment.

I wanted to upgrade my AV system at Home and called Peter Tyson for some advice. I got some really helpful ideas, a fantastic deal and a free loyalty voucher. The item I bought was a deal which came with free speaker cable and a sub lead. The speaker cable is top quality (What HIFI S&V 5 * product. I Spent the voucher on some HDMI cables (again after a chat on the phone) and wow! My AV system is transformed, now I know that sounds dramtic but it is significantly better in every way. It's quick service (and convenient with DPD giving a 1 hr delivery slot), Unbelievable value and I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you

I recently ordered a pair of DC6T SE‏ speakers from Peter Tyson. From the first request for advice to the delivery of the product I found their service to be outstanding. Their correspondence was prompt, courteous and informative. Speakers ordered around midday and dispatched on the same day!

While looking for some audio/video goodies, I found myself on Hot UK Deals (HUKD) reading great things about Peter Tyson. Not a name I was familiar with but clearly respected amongst the forum so worth a look, I thought. Straight away I found exactly what I needed at the most competitive price anywhere around - and I really did gather a lot of comparison prices first. Some of my requirements were not listed on their site, however a much appreciated quick phone call from Peter Tyson's helpful team advised me they could fulfill the full order and still have it with me next day - price matched to the best deal I had found elsewhere and also with free delivery. Everything went so smooth and quick, with great communication right through to delivery, leaving me very impressed overall. I've since made further purchase there, again they had already won on price but my return visit was equally inspired by the fantastic service. I know they won't let me down.

My review title says it all. They had exactly the goods I wanted, a Marantz NR1403 AV receiver coupled with Tannoy HTS surround sound speakers, at a price that was better than any other I could find and they bundled in speaker cables. The items were delivered within a day of ordering them and they use a delivery company that can tell you wo within a hour when they will deliver. The system I have bought works as well as I hoped and has proved very easy to rig up. The only thing that would have made life easier would have been colour coded cables so that I could ensure the polarity of the speakers without using a circuit tester.

I've used these guys on several occasions over the past 6 years, most recently to buy a Miele coffee machine. I've always got exactly what I wanted at from them, and at a great price! Their delivery is prompt and their communications are good. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Tyson.
