I have always been skeptical about using a traveling agent, especially one found online. I must say, i have been wasting money and time. Bruno was not just polite and friendly, he was fast, passionate and performed excellently. He should be promoted to management. He is the best. Thank you to asaptickets and to Bruno, I will recommend this company to every one I know. If every employee there is like Bruno, then this company is one that will last a life time. I have never been so impressed by the courtesy of a customer service agent and I am a business owner myself. Thanks again

I worked with another agent - Milena. I think she is the best. I'm flying with my husband business class for a discount price she offered. I checked around and couldn't find a similar deal anywhere. +5 for asaptickets!

She took the extra caution with the view that the travelers were teenagers and that they have not traveled by air before. Assistance and discounts were also taken care of which have been very appreciated.

The travel agent was very good in identifying the most important aspects of the trip and went out of his way to find flights that met all of our needs, including meeting up with a traveler leaving from another location, flying as directly as possible, and using an airline that provides a larger amount of luggage in the ticket price.

ASAP Tickets representative Wright has been the best travel agent I ever dealt with. He is tenacious and wants to find the best deal for us. He never gave up until we were satisfied. Our case was complicated with one parent taking a child on the way to another country and another parent picking her up. He worked through all of our demands. He followed up.His efforts ver higly commendable. We will definitely use this site again.

This is my first time I booked international airfare with asaptickets. I am wondering how long do we usually receive eticket from them after we paid? I paid on Friday and said the eticket is on the way but I haven’t received anything. I also haven’t heard any booking confirmation for hotel to stay during layovers (they gave me a hotel name and I agreed with it and haven’t heard anything). I know it only been a couple of day but since this is my first time, I am super nervous. I usually receive eticket soon after I paid with “real” agency. Please help

You should have heard something by now. I suggest three things: 1) Call your gent for an update. 2) Call the airline and check to see if you have a reservation on the flight you booked. 3) call your credit card company to see if the charge went through. ASAP has a different parent company name...cant remember what it is at the moment...and that company's name is the one that showed up on my credit card bill. In any case, I had no problems with them, and I had a very communicative agent who called me at every step , so I think your agent might be able to help allay your fears.

I received the itinerary that showed the amount charged, an ITN confirmation number, and the date, as well as the usual itinerary info and airline confirmation number. The only thing I did not see was a breakdown of the charges and fees of the flight...just the total amount that I paid.

ASAP TICKET SERVICES will provide reservations as well as confirmation of your charges to your credit card. Please note that they appear to be a network of reservation/sales for ticketing. My actual reservation confirmation as well as the amount charged came from a group called ITN or International Travel Network. This arrived by email and can easily be printed for your expense reporting. Example of data provided in addition to the actual flight Itinerary include: ITN Confirmation Number: XXXDNY Amount Charged: $831.66 Charge Breakdown: $646.66 to be charged by United Airlines + $185.00 to be charged by ITN Corp These additional charges charged by iTN, I believe may be their fees, additional charges for insurance or other taxes etc. This flight was several months ago, and I know it was a legitimate charge. A breakdown should be able to be sent to you if you ask. I believe this information, plus the itinerary on the email, would be acceptable by any business to allow proper reimbursement.

There is no fee to book n they are very clear with questions so I like using Asap tickets
