I've already written a review for them so this won't be super in depth. I'll just say I purchased ticket protection under the assumption that it was just that, and would protect my ticket against a wide variety of extenuating circumstances. After missing getting stuck in Kuta, Indonesia because a delay caused me to miss my flight to Jakarta, I still had to pay $700 for a new flight back to the US from Jakarta. Don't buy the ticket protection, from this airline or any, it barely covers any circumstances.

I can't ask for more for he has been very supportive. I understand being cautious because there are many dishoney individuals out there that take advantage of others hard earned money. Personally, I believe this company is gone over board as far as securing their financial asset. My past experience and this most recent purchase have been very unpleasant and I am seriously assessing as to whether to purchase my next ticket with you or not. When I was paying for the ticket, I established the fact that I am purchasing the ticket for my husband whose name is on the joint account of the credit card I was using. Even-though the banker clarified each piece of information, your representation's suggestion that I use my home phone to verify it matches the phone # on the account is outrageous(I was not at home). Being cautious is understandable, being obsesses is not acceptable. the agent that assisted in booking my husband's flight was awesome and kudos to her professionalism. I live in a huge Sierra Leone community and many of the young youths that do not have a bank account ask if I can book their flight (they always have my money available before or after I book their flight). If I do continue to utilize your service, I hope at sometime I would have established some form of relationship of "TRUST." Best Regards,
