With all of the web sites out there that look the same and offer the same, it was refreshing to actually talk to somebody that did some research and found the best fares without sacrificing on the itinerary. At first I was skeptical, as I knew I was not talking to somebody in the US, but Otis F won me over with a little persistence and some knowledge of the process. Got all the perks as in - window assignment, seat requests, food requests and frequent flyer info. I come back to this company every year when I take long distance flights.
