“Corrupt to the Core”

Warning! ASAP Tickets, ITN, victimizes customers by deceptively, unethically, and ruthlessly charging customers and booking tickets, but negligently and recklessly hiding the fact that no seats whatsoever are included, seats cost a significant hefty excessive price, and customers are compelled to purchase seats at additional cost. One case is $132 x 4 flight legs, $528. ITN's highest level, Special Services, dictated that seats are not included and must be paid for at an additional price. ASAP alone is the most disgusting, ruthless, deceptive, and negligent travel company. No other company has been more abusive and shameful towards long-time customers. Court action shall be UNRELENTING for unlawful negligence, sham, abuse, and SEVERE financial punitive damages. Abused? Join us. May ITN be forced into bankruptcy and out of business by customers and courts. How dare ASAP Tickets book flights and neglect to include seats for the flights, neglect to inform the customer that seats are not included and customers are obliged to pay for seats, and then force the customers to pay extra money for seats!!! That is reckless negligence! You have control over deciding to be unlawfully negligent when booking flights for customers and failing to inform them they have no seats and have to pay extra for seats!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISGRACE BY ANY TRAVEL COMPANY, AIRLINE, OR ANY COMPANY WHATSOEVER. YOU SHAM ARTISTS WILL BE SHUT DOWN IN COURT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my go-to agency for international flights. I believe that this is the best service for travel bookings ever. Just returned from my 4th trip and have only good things to say. ASAP agents are very nice and find the best prices for the dates I need. I already have my favorite travel agent here. His name is Bezos.

Hi, thank you you replied my message my booking id is --- I'm trying every day to book because I bought this ticket from last years we use partial of tickets from USA to Morocco and other partial trying to use it from Morocco to USA but they gave us very hard time ,no refund no booking new day it is so hard very bad experience with this company asap ticket and in the end we left the ticket we didn't use it .very very very bad experience.thank you.

“Sham you out of money”

I had ticket with travel insurance and could not go due to Covid restrictions.I asked to choose another date lot refund.They screwed around passing to 6 different agents.When time came to get a flight they said it was expired and airline would only refund 20 percent of ticket.Will never use them as they try their best to not help you.

Tarazan not only found me a deal better than Priceline, he researched a way to transform a four hour layover in Dublin into a five day visit to Ireland in addition to our trip to Paris. He spent a lot of time researching a creative solution to make out trip to a Paris wedding even richer. Ireland should give him a tip, they will now get five days of tourist revenue due to Tarasan’s diligent research.

I’ve tried booking tickets at ASAP tickets many years ago but this recent booking that I had was by far the easiest & shortest one, agent was very easy going to talk to, told her about my preferences for time, layover & dates were and gave me a few choices but also she gave me a choice that made me decide to book it right there & then. After what has happened to the world recently, it is very nice to really talk to someone about booking your flights instead of purchasing on travel sites online.Also, she is right about flights that are available to them and you won’t be able to see on travel booking sites. And for the payment method it is new and improved where you can just type in your credit card details unlike the old system before where you dictate the numbers & details over the phone to the agent with supervision of course. And after you pay, you get the emails about your tickets and the agent calling you back , asking & reassuring you that flight booking is ok.

“ASAP Tickets in Deceitful”

ASAP Tickets is not transparent. The company is deceitful when it comes to paying additional 10% of your flight ticket and refunding your your money if there is an emergency or challenge that you cannot travel. When I purchased my ticket in December 2022, I was advised by one of the agents, that if a pay additional 10% of the ticket and I am unable to travel, the payment will be refunded. I paid the additional 10% of the flight ticket. Unable to travel, ASAP Tickets states that they cannot refund me the money because the airline does not refund money. I specifically asked about refund if I do not travel, and I was told yes if I pay additional 10% of the flight ticket. ASAP Tickets should have been clear to me when I was purchasing flights tickets that the airline do not refund, especially when I asked and she knew that I wanted a refundable flight ticket in case if there is an emergency. If you are looking for a refundable ticket, do not buy from ASAP Tickets.

This is my first time I booked international airfare with asaptickets. I am wondering how long do we usually receive eticket from them after we paid? I paid on Friday and said the eticket is on the way but I haven’t received anything. I also haven’t heard any booking confirmation for hotel to stay during layovers (they gave me a hotel name and I agreed with it and haven’t heard anything). I know it only been a couple of day but since this is my first time, I am super nervous. I usually receive eticket soon after I paid with “real” agency. Please help

You should have heard something by now. I suggest three things: 1) Call your gent for an update. 2) Call the airline and check to see if you have a reservation on the flight you booked. 3) call your credit card company to see if the charge went through. ASAP has a different parent company name...cant remember what it is at the moment...and that company's name is the one that showed up on my credit card bill. In any case, I had no problems with them, and I had a very communicative agent who called me at every step , so I think your agent might be able to help allay your fears.

I received the itinerary that showed the amount charged, an ITN confirmation number, and the date, as well as the usual itinerary info and airline confirmation number. The only thing I did not see was a breakdown of the charges and fees of the flight...just the total amount that I paid.

ASAP TICKET SERVICES will provide reservations as well as confirmation of your charges to your credit card. Please note that they appear to be a network of reservation/sales for ticketing. My actual reservation confirmation as well as the amount charged came from a group called ITN or International Travel Network. This arrived by email and can easily be printed for your expense reporting. Example of data provided in addition to the actual flight Itinerary include: ITN Confirmation Number: XXXDNY Amount Charged: $831.66 Charge Breakdown: $646.66 to be charged by United Airlines + $185.00 to be charged by ITN Corp These additional charges charged by iTN, I believe may be their fees, additional charges for insurance or other taxes etc. This flight was several months ago, and I know it was a legitimate charge. A breakdown should be able to be sent to you if you ask. I believe this information, plus the itinerary on the email, would be acceptable by any business to allow proper reimbursement.
