“Extremely Disappointing Experience with ASAP Tickets”

I recently had a truly awful experience with ASAP Tickets, a travel agency that claims to provide international return flight tickets. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the subpar service and false promises I encountered. When I purchased the tickets, the details clearly stated that two baggage allowances were included. However, upon reaching the airport, my wife and baby were denied the second luggage that was supposed to be covered by the ticket. We were forced to pay exorbitant fees at the last minute to the airlines for the second luggage. This unexpected expense was both frustrating and financially burdensome. Naturally, we immediately contacted ASAP Tickets to address this issue. To our dismay, they initially denied any wrongdoing and refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. It took an exhausting two weeks of arguing and providing evidence, including call records and ticket details, before they finally acknowledged the problem. They claimed to be in contact with the airline to resolve the matter. Their proposed resolution was equally disappointing. They promised to compensate us, but only after the completion of our return flight. This delay in resolving the issue left us feeling helpless and taken advantage of. Upon completing the return flight, we eagerly awaited their compensation, only to be offered a travel certificate that we had no use for. This inadequate compensation further highlighted ASAP Tickets' lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and their disregard for making amends for their own errors. My sincere advice to anyone considering using ASAP Tickets is to stay far away from this company. Despite the allure of seemingly good deals, the reality is that you will end up paying significantly more than other available options. Their false promises, failure to rectify mistakes promptly, and unsatisfactory compensation demonstrate their utter lack of professionalism and concern for their customers' well-being. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and financial burden by avoiding ASAP Tickets at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable travel agencies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises.

“Bad Customer Service”

We have spoken with an agent named Psyche a few days back to book a flight. He did help us in booking but he was not vigilant with his work. He send the email with our details to the other guest he was assisting before us. The other information he gave where also not accurate and he was not ready enough to help us even if he was the one who called us at his most convenient time. Even if it was 10pm already in our time, we answered him because we wanted to book. He was rude in speaking with us and he did not discus to us properly the rules regarding the usage of Canadian account. He made us feel unsafe in booking and providing him our information. He is so far from the other agents we had with ASAP.

This is my first time I booked international airfare with asaptickets. I am wondering how long do we usually receive eticket from them after we paid? I paid on Friday and said the eticket is on the way but I haven’t received anything. I also haven’t heard any booking confirmation for hotel to stay during layovers (they gave me a hotel name and I agreed with it and haven’t heard anything). I know it only been a couple of day but since this is my first time, I am super nervous. I usually receive eticket soon after I paid with “real” agency. Please help

You should have heard something by now. I suggest three things: 1) Call your gent for an update. 2) Call the airline and check to see if you have a reservation on the flight you booked. 3) call your credit card company to see if the charge went through. ASAP has a different parent company name...cant remember what it is at the moment...and that company's name is the one that showed up on my credit card bill.
In any case, I had no problems with them, and I had a very communicative agent who called me at every step , so I think your agent might be able to help allay your fears.

I received the itinerary that showed the amount charged, an ITN confirmation number, and the date, as well as the usual itinerary info and airline confirmation number. The only thing I did not see was a breakdown of the charges and fees of the flight...just the total amount that I paid.

ASAP TICKET SERVICES will provide reservations as well as confirmation of your charges to your credit card. Please note that they appear to be a network of reservation/sales for ticketing. My actual reservation confirmation as well as the amount charged came from a group called ITN or International Travel Network. This arrived by email and can easily be printed for your expense reporting. Example of data provided in addition to the actual flight Itinerary include:
ITN Confirmation Number: XXXDNY
Amount Charged: $831.66
Charge Breakdown: $646.66 to be charged by United Airlines +
$185.00 to be charged by ITN Corp
These additional charges charged by iTN, I believe may be their fees, additional charges for insurance or other taxes etc. This flight was several months ago, and I know it was a legitimate charge. A breakdown should be able to be sent to you if you ask. I believe this information, plus the itinerary on the email, would be acceptable by any business to allow proper reimbursement.
