TERRIBLE! Requested a refund for a ticket purchased (even t is cancelled due to COVID) since 1st week of April and still didn't get any status/or a response. Spoke with multiple agent and 1 agent told me that the refund will be between 10 to 20 days..waited, waited and called back after 20 days and guess what... refund is not processed yet. I understand that the number or request are overwhelming. Ignoring and not acting my request the first time, and agents are not helping much to assure customers, that's frustrates me.

The travel agent totally exceeded my expectations. The planned flight date was approaching and ASAP agent called to offer to reschedule because of the virus restrictions. I am happy that we did it ahead of time and I had no hassle or worries about possible cancellation anymore. I am so excited about my upcoming trip and hope nothing will go wrong anymore. “Horrible customer service, No Refund”

ASAP TICKETS IS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. Their website makes it seem like they have good reviews but they absolutely have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All they care about is taking your money, and they WILL NOT RESPOND promptly or accurately to your questions once questions, concerns, flight cancellations arise. Our flight for April 20 was cancelled by the airline a month ago due to COVID19. As a result of the current COVID 19 situation increases, out flight to PI was cancelled and was informed by the customer service rep that we would be receiving a full refund within 3-5 business days. Every 5 days we call back to check the status and are told it has been escalated and to wait another 3-5 business days (if you can actually get a old of someone). Hello, I sent my booking details over two weeks ago and resent my booking details again yesterday. You are going to refund me $208. for two tickets that I paid $2172.30. In the email your representative mentioned penalties.Penalties for a trip that was canceled by the airlines?! When I spoke with the Delta airline reps they told me I should not be penalized and should get a full refund.

Hello. AsAp responded and I'm still waiting for my refund. DELTA airlines is not holding up the refund, but ASAP. Hericim is not returning emails or phone calls. Unacceptable behavior on his part and your company. STILL awaiting my $2172.30 refund.

Their sales line is picking up within seconds but their customer service line for requesting refunds is not picking up. No one is responding. I have been calling for the past two days, as early as 4am in the morning and into 1am at night and no one picks up the call. It is a mysterious customer service line set-up to deflate from giving you back your refund with absolutely no one to manage it. Sales agent are referring you back to the customer service line. These guys are e-rogues. Their customer service is a bunch who appears not to be in the location disclosed and cursed with fictitious names. I was persuaded out of $1,012 by the person I dealt with and his Supervisor. They had me wire money without booking any tickets and were proud to tell me I have lost my money regardless.
