I had an emergency reason to change my flight. This particular travel agent made my life a little easier for me. I really commend her for going the extra mile. God bless her. What i did not like was the long wait on the phone before the customer service responded.

I missed my Air Maroc Flight from JFK to Accra on Dec 11, 2023 and Asaptickets were able to do a ticket exchange and schedule a new flight for me. The agent, Thresh K. and his Eglasius, his supervisor coordinated and reduced the $150 admin processing fee by $50 for me. In all, the fare diff. was low. I submit that Thresh K. is a respectful and competent professional and a valuable employee.

Friendly competent agent who understood and fulfilled my flight requirements very efficiently. I would recommend this service; especially to those who prefer not to do their own comparison shopping. They also have after sales support which would be useful in the event of flight issues.

Scheduling a trip over the Christmas holiday at the end of November with restricted travel times and dates at the best cost available is a tough task. The agent was very helpful in working out lower cost options. Suggested changing airports to reduce the cost.

I can understand how ASAP has a decent overall review score. I suppose if nothing at all goes wrong and their lack of customer service doesn't come up, they do provide some pretty cheap prices. But if something goes wrong, first you will find out that the "travel insurance" that you paid about $150 per ticket for is not really insurance but some contrived BS that is completely useless called "travel care service." I bought 4 expensive tickets. 2 ended up not being used. 1 due to illness and 1 that was my fault but they have come up with every excuse not to help me get, at least, a partial refund. DO NOT USE ASAP Tickets.

The 4 of us planned a trip from the US to Bali. Myself, my wife and middle son flying in and out of Dallas and my youngest son flying in and out of Phoenix. PXHXQF was for my son who was living in Phoenix at the time of booking. He moved to LA and ASAP wanted over $500 to change. Even though I had flight insurance, or so I thought. So I went to China Air and rearranged for about $180. I guess that ruined my chance for refund when he got sick and couldn't fly. As for PZDXLD for me, my wife, and my other, I got denied boarding because my passport only had 5.5 months to expiration. I ended up spending another $2500 for 1 ticket 2 days later (yes I got a new passport right away). Supposedly someone is working on refunds or partial refund but I am not hopeful. Why do you sell flight insurance and then not help. So far customer service for my problem(s) have been abysmal.

After finding me a ticket for round trip excursion, I put the brakes on because arrival time she didn't mind she found me two other flights then I had to hang up and get her to call me back to continue on with reservations. After what seemed like days she finally found me what I needed. She was pleasant and professional and I appreciate her time.

The service is very good and I don't like to talk about negative but when providing the service for allowing the customer to change the ticket it should be made known I don't want him is a fee that is paid for a one-time use only when it comes to changing your ticket. Once that one time changing your ticket that service protection goes away it does not exist anymore for your present ticket and baggage protection.

I can see that it all seems like a 5 stars rating for the customer service of ASAP TRAVELS!!!!! Well…..not for me I barely gave ratings because of my hectic schedule at work but this time I will find time and sit with these zero star ratings to this Travel Agency. In the beginning when these travel agents called you about their tickets, they were extremely nice, well no offense but I told them after passing through many customer service over the phone and dealing with my concern for more than a hour, no considerations offered at all, AND NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made my ticket reservations last March and planned to travel this November. I was pushed and never stopped encouraging me to purchase travel insurance with them that cost $298 for 2 people. I asked if for some reason I need to change my travel date, do I need to pay for that? I was told one time change will be waived, and I will have nothing to pay… for the second time I need to pay.I never buy insurance with a travel agent from the past just this time I always buy through my bank. Now, things happen, we had an emergency. I cannot travel this November because my husband is going through a brain surgery and I cannot leave him in that situation. I called ASAP Customer Service and asked if they could hold my ticket and will just CALL lthem when I have my dates of travel. Here comes the worst part, changing dates I will be charged for $130.00 CAD each and of course whatever the price difference of my new date of travel I am aware that I need to pay for that!!!! And again $298.00 CAD airline penalty(per person). THey can hold the ticket but me and my son needs to comeback on or before March 8, so lazy to explain to me why til March 8 only, since I’m too exhausted for everything I considered his other option to just cancel and refund the money with a total money lost of $894.00CAD!!!!! After I finished my conversation with this unfriendly CS guy, I called Sayonara, the travel agent that I reserved my flight with, and she was like why did they mention that we can only hold your ticket reservation til March? And I’m like I don't know you never mention that one to me when you were pushing me to go and consider your travel insurance with this so on and so forth benefit but it is actually a useless insurance!!! Then there you go. When she saw that I made the reservation in March she told me that it is valid for 1 year and she never told me that in the beginning!!! Also I purchased that travel insurance that she’s selling because all I know, incase of some emergencies like this, insurance will pay for the penalties in the airlines..but it is a BIG NO!!! If you guys will still consider purchasing your ticket with ASAP, NEVER EVER BUY THAT TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT THEY WERE SELLING THAT'S BULLSHIT!!! And USELESS!!! And they also ask for a complimentaryTIP. !!!! when you are paying the ticket at the end it won’t let you go through if you do not give a what they call “COMPLIMENTARY TIP” WITH THEIR SERVICES!!!! I will never ever use ASAP again And I will certainly tell all my friends and family to not purchase their ticket in this Travel Agency Ever!!!
