“After having been unable to find the toilet and basin...”

After having been unable to find the toilet and basin set I liked the look of elsewhere for a reasonable price, I eventually came across Bella Bathrooms. Their price was reasonable and so was the delivery compared to some other bathroom sites. Out of habit, after placing the order I rang their customer service to confirm that my order had gone through and all the usual precautions. I was greeted in a friendly manner by a member of their customer services team who confirmed that my order had gone through and that they had taken payment. My order arrived EARLIER than the estimated delivery time on their website, which I was made up about. I don't often shop online but this company has made me rethink how I do my shopping in the future. Thank you Bella Bathrooms.

“Don't buy from Bella Bathrooms! ”

Don't buy from Bella Bathrooms!
Customer service is awful. Delivery is slow - it took over 3 weeks for my product to be delivered - with no communication as to the reason why.
They don't answer calls or emails.
They make you pay for returning products when it's their fault you have to return the item!
They ask you to rate their product on their site, but they don't let you give negative comments. They only accept positive comments so it looks as though they're a great company.
Don't waste your time, money or energy. Buy from another supplier.

“Dont use this company if you have any alternative they...”

Dont use this company if you have any alternative they are anything but helpful when it comes to solving disagreements and have questionable practises.
I have just taken delivery of a large cabinet when the driver delivered at 8:40 am his van blocked the road. In trying to allow my neighbours to get out to work/school I signed the delivery slip unchecked as the packaging looked fine from the outside.

When I returned from work, I discovered a dent in one of the side panels- when I contacted Bella re a replacement I was told I should have inspected them at the time of delivery- its in their terms and conditions. No replacement forthcoming.

Credit card company cant do anything about getting me a refund either as its in Bella bathrooms terms and conditions. They also charged double the delivery rate advertised on their own site!

Wont be using this company again!
