I never write reviews but this deserved one. I come from Jersey and I often get hassle when trying to get VAT refunds from companies. Online customer service were incredibly helpful, delivery was free and the case was far cheaper than I would have paid for it here. My credit refund for VAT was sorted in seconds after payment at checkout through Paypal. All that plus 10% discount on first purchase. Best service I've received in a while.

Website easy to use and prices are very good. Not sure if Samsonite description or Direct luggage description but the colour described as Electric Blue is not a description i would use, its not blue in my opinion more like turquoise green. Luckily case not for me but partner and he ok with the colour, if it was for me think i would have been disappointed and wanted a black one. No faults with order, simple to do and delivered very quickly. Delivery company were very good and delivered at time stated.

I happily used for a second time when I needed a suitcase at short notice for a business trip. I particularly like the way you can search for types of cases - in my case a spinner making it easy and quick to navigate the site. I did manage to buy a slightly smaller case than intended but I forgot to check the size before I went ahead. I also noticed the 'by airline' feature for cabin baggage and will certainly come here for this in the future.

Easyjet have changed their luggage policy and we required new luggage. The luggage arrived the next day including tracking and an early warning e-mail. The Web site enabled us to select the luggage by Airline and was therefore easy to use and helpful.

High quality goods at reasonable prices. Fast delivery and good customer support. It doesn't come better than this. I'll not be looking anywhere else in future.

Called these guys up Monday morning to confirm delivery price to Jersey and removal of VAT. My new luggage arrived the next day and the VAT removed. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you so much.

I had to buy this hand luggae because SleazyJet have issued new baggage size restrictions if you want to keep you hand luggage with you. the case is perfect and is actually a centimetre or two smaller so I'm well inside the limit. As expected from Samsonite, the item is well made and seems very robust. I'm very pleased with it

I needed a larger cabin bag to take on board a Virgin Atlantic flight as hand luggage. I found the perfect bag at a vey good price, much lower than any of the competition including Amazon. The problem was that I needed the bag quick as I was flying out in five days. I ordered the bag and despite the disclosure that the delivery could take five working days, the bag was delivered within three working days. The bag was as described including measurements that matched the airline's maximum allowed size. My only criticism would be that that website didn't advertise that the bag was ultra lightweight, which was a pleasant surprise given the size and excellent build quality.
