In summary I would use Office Stationary again and was impressed at the speed of delivery and the courtesy of the staff ember I spoke to on the telephone. However for the items I ordered, a little more packaging would have been better to protect the item. (more detail below if interested). Ordered a Leitz hanging file chest and foolscap files online (standard 2-day delivery) late on the Tuesday evening and it was delivered on the Friday afternoon. I received a standard order confirmation email straight after ordering but no update to confirm dispatch. I telephoned on Friday lunchtime to check whether it would be delivered that day (as I'd calculated it should) and spoke to a helpful and friendly lady who told me my order would be delivered between 2.18 and 3.18pm. Sure enough it arrived within this time window. One of the 'feet' had come off the bottom of the file chest (the file chest was packed in a cardboard box and had only another clear plastic bag round it), most probably in the delivery van. My Husband fixed this as he had a rivet gun. The product is otherwise good, although disappointing to see it is made in China (possibly another contributing factor to why one of the 'feet' came off). My value for money rating below is based on the cost from Office Stationary. For the product itself I'd give it 3 out of 5.

Really good service. Delivered as advertised and the next day if order placed before 3.00pm, and it was the week before Christmas as well! Well packed and secure. Also received a phone call to describe the items in detail to ensure I had the correct information and to avoid any misunderstandings with product descriptions. Good quality items at low and affordable prices. As I am setting up a new business this was really helpful. Cannot fault them. Will definitely be going to their website before anyone elses in the future.

The whole experience from searching for the product, paying and receiving was smooth and cosy. The product came within 3-5 working days as stated and there were no issues with the product when it arrived. Negative reviews are probably one off events.
