Great to meet the Cleaner first, to check both parties are happy to move forward and an opportunity to discuss requirements and understanding. Reliable, trustworthy, pleasant hard working cleaner. Good procedure to be able to contact the cleaner if necessary and to pay the cleaner and the agency. No fuss, easy to manage at both ends.

Stress gone of unclean home, it was organised so quickly and efficiently , we have no regrets.

I have worked for them I was not told I had a bad review and that I would me that I would not be able to look for more work and then rang them back and now I have been fired and while working the app was terrible it would not let me get much work and when you went for the work it was gone before you could look at the maps were you where going before I could say yes to them

I like the way she just gets on with things and also offers other help. she is always smiling and friendly. she is lovely to have in my home. i'm very happy with the work that she does. would recommend her to others.

I rang Maid2clean when we finally decided we needed a cleaner. The process was very easy and within a few days we had a meeting with our cleaner, secure in the knowledge that any checks had already been done. Several months later and we are very happy with the situation. The house is cleaner than it has ever been, even jobs I had not thought of are completed to a very high standard. Our cleaner is very reliable and we get on well.

Maid2Clean possibly the worst cleaning company I have had the displeasure of using. Not an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The cleaners simply never turned up on several occasions.

I never have a problem. My cleaning is done each week to a high standard

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. No reflection on the cleaners at all but the head office is aggressive and extremely difficult to deal with. For instance, I terminated my agreement with them and they tried to threaten me legally. They then started to accuse me of missing payments and deflect from the fact that their account teams were useless and kept refunding me my payments back. They have also slandered me on a couple of reviews I have left on them rather than just address the internal situation themselves. An absolute joke of a company.

The admin fee is a little expensive, however the service that my cleaner provides is brilliant, we now have our weekends back! The quality is top notch, she is always listens to our requests & she is great with our dog! Should have done it years ago!

Having used companies in the past where staff simply didn't turn up, it is very good to be able to rely on this service. Our cleaner is very helpful and friendly, and always willing to spend a little more time on particular areas if needed.

Our current cleaner is very reliable and thorough. She is able to work autonomously and competently gets on with the tasks that need doing. As well as cleaning, she is able to do some ironing during her visits too, which is very helpful. We previously had a very unsatisfactory cleaner and when we explained the problems to Maid2Clean they were able to quickly find us an alternative cleaner (our current lady), which was brilliant.

Great to get our bungalow so well cleaned. Always did my own housework, but due to health reasons, had to get a cleaner. I was concerned at having to get someone to clean for me, but my worries were soon allayed. Our cleaner does a great job, is a very nice lady, a huge relief and one less thing for me to worry about.

I’m perfectly happy with my cleaner: she is thorough and friendly. The most important thing is she follows instructions.
