They found me an excellent professionally thorough cleaner, and contacted me to see if I was satisfied. Unlike with other agencies my cleaner had other jobs locally on the same day and so isn't wasting their own time. energy and money criss crossing across London between jobs. When my cleaner can't come the agency finds someone else to fill in. The agency fees are fair. The cleaner fees are low but I can pay extra if I want, and the pay structure is transparant so I know exactly how much is going to the agency and how much to the cleaner. This is much better than the last agency I tried who charged much more but paid the cleaner less per hour and did not tell me this, hence the cleaners never stayed long.I'm happy to pay my new cleaner market rate as she's worth it, and to also pay the agency fees on top because they are providing an active service.

We arranged someone to come and clean for my 94 year old Mum and were set up straight away. Our cleaner keeps us informed of everything & does a fantastic job, going above and beyond our expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The staff were very helpful when I first made enquiries about getting a cleaner. I was able to specify how often I wanted her to come, and the cost of hiring a cleaner seemed reasonable, according to people I knew who had their own cleaner. I realised early on that cleaners seem to prefer to come in the mornings, as the company had trouble finding someone when I first specified Monday afternoons, but when I suggested a couple of morning slots, they soon found me someone. I like the fact that she came to see me to introduce herself before starting work a couple of weeks later.

I have only used maid2clean for a short while but have been delighted with the service provided by both the office and the individual cleaner. She was punctual and extremely thorough, making my home feel spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of maid2clean.

The lovely people from Maid2Clean who have provided a service to clean my home have always been thorough and very good. Maid2Clean also go to great lengths to provide a substitute cleaner when my regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or childcare issues. The office staff a friendly and helpful. Absolutely dreadful state my flat used to be in , my total neglect for more than a few months ,. your cleaner turned up for her for her first 3 hours and really got stuck in , since then my flat has totally transformed , not quite to a show flat but the improvement is immense , She has totally taken on this task, as if her life depended on it and is doing a wonderful job , I am amazed at the transformation We have targeted the end of January for a completion of major cleaning and the way it has progressed in the first 3 visits I'm convinced that we will make the target

The company supplied 2 different cleaners from February 2023- July 2023 for weekly cleaning. I cancelled the service as it was no longer required. Maid2Clean charged me another month of cleaning service despite the cancelled service. I have requested a refund of this overcharge every month since July. Each time I am told, it will happen. Each time I am left with no payment. My last email sent on 7/12/23 is now being ignored by them. I have heard from others that this company has a reputation of poor payment and Maid2Clean has lived up to that reputation.

I had a lovely cleaner, she is amazing, very friendly, professional and reliable. She was always on time every week, I was never disappointed with the result of the clean after she had been. I work a lot and don’t always get time to give my house a proper clean so it’s so nice to come back to a blitzed house! It’s a shame that we cannot have her anymore due to moving out of the county but if we were still in the area, we would happily continue to have her. She is also very reliable and would still message me if there was any problems she had. There was a day where she did have problems with her car wipers not working and I did say not to worry about stressing to get here but she still managed to find another car and get to us! I would like to say thank you very much for all the support you have given us, he will certainly miss you coming to see him! :)
