The most unprofessional company I have encountered in years of internet purchases - I only wish I had the option on no stars. Supplied 63 sq. m of sub standard Kahrs "Oak" floor. A number of tradesmen viewed the flooring and agreed that it was a combination of hard and soft wood, so clearly not Oak and therefore defective. The attitude when we contacted them to say we were unhappy was quite frankly appalling. They implied we just didn't understand wood.......we have a solid wood floors (far superior) and solid wood furniture throughout so we are very well aware of how wood and its grain should appear. We paid for a courier to return the goods boxed and unopened apart from 3 planks which could not be taken apart. On receipt of the goods the company sent my husband a video of them taking the planks apart (obviously a company used to litigation). We waited 6 weeks before receiving a refund after numerous calls to investigate what was happening. When they refunded the sum it was! on the wrong account and they deducted the cost of the defective pack. After a series of abusive emails regarding the now damaged wood they have no proof of, we are taking legal action. In summary, NEVER buy from this company, they are unprofessional, arrogant and sell sub standard products. Their customer service and integrity is non-existent. Take your money elsewhere to a reputable firm.

Ordered on monday for delivery wednesday, 20 mins later get a phone call (was in the shower) so i returned their call. Was told all was in stock except 1 box of a different item to which i replyed if dont have just take it off the order. Wednesday come girlfiend stayed in all day as it was her day off nothing, called them today (thursday) to see where my order is and they are apparently waiting for me to contact them about it. Avoid

Website said in stock and available for delivery in three days. Ordered on Friday, phone call from Flooring Supplies to say delivery OK for Wednesday. Booked the fitter then received a phone call on Monday to say not in stock and no longer made. These things happen but was also told it could take 28 days to return my money and would I email them to confirm the order was no longer needed. Great website but shouldn't be offering things they don't have in stock. Will not be ordering from them in the future.

I have to say i was a little nervous of ordering flooring online. But after talking to the sales team online I was re-assured and the order arrived as promised and looks perfect. Would definitely recommend these guys flooringsupplies.co.uk and the Oak Brooklyn as a good, affordable product. With there help, as I didn't really know what to order, I got all the products need to complete my new floor. All in all very happy.

Ordered laminate flooring online, they kept me informed with my order through emails and a phone call, and it was delivered quickly at 7.30am a couple of days later- nothing to complain about here. However, I realised I may need an extra pack because the laminate was very thin (Wellington Oak) and there were concerns that it could be damaged when cut to fit the room. So I rang up to ask if they could save a pack over the weekend in case we needed it as the flooring was clearance stock. But they refused and then kept trying to pressurise me into buying another pack even though it was a £6.00 pack and delivery cost would be £30.00. I tried to point out that £30 delivery for a £6 pack of laminate was ludicrous and I just wanted a pack reserved in case we needed more, however instead customer services started saying how the flooring could sell out at any minute and how I needed to order quickly.

They were very helpful when taking my order. A delivery date was confirmed and I had my joiner and his team lined up to lay the floors on the day of arrival, but THE FLOOR DIDN'T ARRIVE. When I contacted them, they said that the date had changed by a month (why didn't they let me know???). I spoke to the managing director who offered me a different floor with a shorter lead time, but it was completely the wrong colour. I cancelled the order, but several weeks later, I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I would NOT recommend this company!

I can't fault the order process or delivery but the product they have sent me is warped and useless. The Sales manger maintains that if I stick it down and put a toolbox on it that it would be fine. Laughable and ultimately completely ridiculous. Buy elsewhere as clearly they have no consideration for customer service
