I submitted my order on a wednesday afternoon and it was not dispatched for a whole week. Once dispatched it was delivered in 2 days. I appreciate some of the items are put together by hand, but if this was explained I would not have placed my order as I did not receive it in the time. I would probably not use this company again. Nice lady on the phone when I rang to enquire but in this day and age, most people want goods delivered to them as fast as possible.

This was a good quality product and it was presented in excellent packaging. There was a mix up with the engraved name plate and my late husband's name had been miss spelt. I contacted the company and they sent out another name plate straight away.

Beautiful photo album, bought as wedding gift with the personalised plate. I ordered the pink leather Birthday Book. The book is lovely leather, easy to write details in. I hope will make a cherished present for a very dear friend. The book also comes in other colours. Great buy.

I ordered my guest book and personalized name plate at 15h36 in the afternoon and received delivery by the next morning in spite of having ordered after the 15h30 next day delivery cutoff The products were great. Very happy!

Very disappointing. Paid for a personalised photo album and asked for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Contacted company and stated they could not understand this. Stated must be a problem with Royal Mail. Premises this was being delivered to was open 24/7. Therefore delivery should not have been a problem. Contacted company and they stated they would send another one and surprise surprise they did not deliver. Contacted again to be told they had run out of stock, yet stock is showing on order page. Very poor communication and very disappointing. Think carefully about ordering from this company. Let me down badly and did not respond or confirm refund including next day postage. Website looked really good but service was terrible

I ordered a christening bible and name plate. Both arrived within a couple of days. Well made and illustrated. I have used this site before and will do so in future. I would highly recommend.

Placed order on the 9th March 2014, received an email on the 10th March 2014 saying goods were dispatched! its now the 17th March and i have not received these goods? considering never to use this Company again! Very disappointed to say the least.

Despite ordering a birthday keepsake box in plenty of time for the event, I was let down 3 days before the day I needed it. When ordered, the box was shown as "in stock" on the website. I was informed this was a supplier issue and the box supplied was not up to standard. Today I have viewed the website and the box in question is still shown "in stock" and available to order? I would have expected the item to be removed from sale to avoid disappointing other customers.

I received a beautiful white leather bible which was personalised with a message on the plaque . This is excellent quality & fantastic value for money and very well finished , would highly recommend to anyone as a timeless keepsake for a christening or similar occasion

Bought a handmade leather travel journal for my girlfriends birthday. beautifully made and amazing quality, pretty much the perfect present for her. The company oh so cherished were also amazing with me. I ordered this product under the normal postage but then realised that it would not come in time for my girlfriends birthday. after calling oh so cherished they went out there way to change my order to next day delivery so that I didn't have a disappointed girlfriend. I ordered the memory box as a present for the hen. It was very good quality and a classy hen present, which is what I was looking for. I used the next day delivery service. I also opted for the gift wrap and it was money well spent. It was beautifully wrapped. I will definitely use this company again.
