My cufflinks arrived today - engraved with a personalised message for my brothers 30th. They are exactly what I asked for and the service provided was brilliant. I'm so pleased with my choice - thank for making a special gift and for the gorgeous packaging too.

I ordered cufflinks as a gift on 29th February, with an estimated delivery of 7th March (standard delivery). I really needed it for 8th, to give as a gift. I emailed them to enquire if it would definitely reach by 7th. I received a very swift, polite and professional reply, where they tried their best to start delivery a bit earlier for me. It is now 3rd March and I have received the gift!! The gift is just like the photo and I have received nothing but excellent service and a good quality product. Just want to say it was a pleasure doing business. Item arrived and is perfect the boys will love giving it to their mum on Sunday. Contacted them about delivery a few days after purchase and the response was quick and well received. Ignore the haters .... Everyone loves a moan and the good will always outweigh the bad. Item was added to basket and said delivery would be by Saturday. Which was needed as gift was no use after that day. I am at Monday and still not arrived. My wife found this website when we wanted to buy a book of memories for our daughter to use following the recent death of her husband. We were able to state what we wanted on the engraved plate and the product, when it arrived, was of better quality than we had expected. It looks really good, in high quality leather and the pages are excellent for the purpose we needed, holding pictures and words. Thank you for the excellent service.

Sadly the item did not live up to its image on the site. Very plastic looking, but then it is made of plastic! Colour green was alright, quality of the inside pages were very nice. But overall not quite what I wanted.

The writing case I ordered is exactly what we wanted for my mother's birthday and she is delighted with it. It looks sturdy but elegant and is the right size to hold everything she needs - there is nothing not to like. It arrived quickly too.
