Normally I find the website easy to use however this evening it is terrible it keeps jumping to the wrong page and won't let me place the order it keeps going back and forth from shipping details to billing details. Im sorry two seasons but next time i won't waste my time.

Wanted to return 2 t-shirts that did not fit and was told I had re-attached the tags even though I had not. Went to find the same item in the store and the tags were in the exact same position. Basically told me that I was a liar at the store. Was told my clothes were not in "resellable" condition even though they were completely unworn and undamaged. I had only tried them on. Will not be coming here again.

Today I entered two seasons in Merry Hill and was looking for a hat , after finding it I noticed how there is a different version I liked more that wasn't there. I asked the clerk and she explained how she was alone and couldn't leave the shop front but believed there could be what I was looking for upstairs. She proceeded to tell me that if I popped back in 30 mins she may be able to look for me . Just in case she also kept the hat I found behind the till. 30Mins later I came back to find every version of that hat behind the desk so I could choose one without it being sold . Thank you very much wish I could do more than just a review as it was far beyond what was asked and I'm very grateful. Thanks

Like many people I had recently noticed the crazy sale going on at Two Seasons. I ordered an Xcel wetsuit, reduced from £200 to £60. Unsurprisingly the stock was hit hard by a large number of people trying to scoop a bargain. The website stock level was listed as "low" when I ordered. Having read the number of negative reviews posted recently, regarding an issue with inaccurate stock levels and bad customer service I was a little worried. However I received an out of stock email today and a full refund, without having to contact the company at all.

Took advantage of their end of season sale and bought some great stuff and amazing prices! The items arrived well packaged and very quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ordered some Ladies North Face sale items and the delivery was super fast. I had to return an item too and again received great service, communication with the refund.

Delivery was quick but dissapointed that one item was out of stock and was not informed till after payment was taken. Refund was given quickly though so it made up for it.

Website easy to use. Very good prices. Shipment says up to 4 working days, I recevied my within 2. Can pay with credit card or PayPal.

Didn't win the 2 seasons end of sale lottery, and neither did most of the people I know who ordered anything in the sale. Dispite website not really reflecting stock, they were pretty fast getting my payment back to me so it's not all bad.

Visited this website after recommendation by friends. Plenty of choice and fairly laid out website but their customer service sucks! Ordered some goods, that were stated in stock on their website, delivery times stated from 2-4 days. However 4 days after I first ordered products email came through to tell me two of the items ordered were not in stock. Refund duely issued. 3days later another email came through to tell me another item ordered was also out of stock. Incorrect refund issued. I sent an email explaining their mistake and could they cancel the one remaining order. No answer. 2 days later I sent them another email asking for confirmation that my order had been cancelled. No answer. Not happy. Surely It doesn't take 4-7 days to find out there is no stock and not to respond to customers emails is pretty rank. Will not be recommending or using this website again. Here's hoping I can get my money back!!

friendly and informed staff showed be the kit and talked through features. They even told me where else to look in town. after doing the rounds i came back to the shop and went for a seriously comfy lid that is light as a feather. will be testing it out in 2 weeks. happy days!
