We had a fantastic space to utilise but it had floor to ceiling glass & a stunning skylight directly over the only wall space available for units. A difficult (but I thought)not impossible room to put a kitchen in. I was very specific about what I wanted & having undergone this process before on a similar scale with our last kitchen, so I couldn't understand the painfully awful & inappropriate designs that other companies were coming up with, all of which ignored my brief completely. Six in total & over a year long period! Surely it wasn't that difficult a space? Then I met Alan from LWK. From the off he appreciated what I wanted to do. He was willing to work with me knowing I'd already sourced the worksurfaces & lighting I wanted & he wasn't fazed when I said I wasn't bothered about a sensible work triangle. He seemed to understand when I said it was more important to me for it to look 'a bit wow' over practicability & he was the only kitchen planner I saw who didn't look bemused or blush when I said I wanted a 'sexy' kitchen. I'd also given him an impossibly long list of appliances to fit into a kitchen with very limited wall space. In spite of all this the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. Alan & the designers were so in tune with the brief that we were there as regards the finished design in what seemed like minutes. The fitters were absolutely lovely & a pleasure to have here & Sam was invaluable, advising & snagging throughout the process in his calm & efficient manner. LWK were also happy to work alongside our own contractors. I can't praise them enough. I have a kitchen worthy of a magazine cover & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We looked at three kitchen providers and chose LWK as we loved their product and found the service to be attentive and informed. The difficult choice of choosing our dream kitchen was made easier by LWK's willingness to work closely with our architect and ourselves. The fitting and snagging process was managed well by LWK and they accomodated unforeseen changes to the specification very willingly. We now have the most amazing kitchen, thank you!

We love our new LWK kitchen. This specialist company was great to work with from design all the way through to fitting. We wanted to get rid of some units we didn't like but keep the bits we did so LWK helped us come up with a design that worked without trying to persuade us to replace the bits that didn't need replacing eg. stainless steel splashback panels and cooker. It's a real plus that these units come ready made and are incredibly sturdy - perfect for us to build a new island to add storage and work surface without having to damage existing floor and underfloor heating. When it came to fitting it was all done in a week - the old units came out on the Monday and the new ones were in for templating for stone worktops on Wednesday and then the worktops were fitted and it was all finished off on the Friday afternoon. Everything was carried out to a high standard and the customer service was great. I would certainly recommend LWK. They're not as cheap as some but a worthwhile investment if your kitchen is the heart of your home.

My wife and I were in the market for a completely new kitchen and had 3 quotes, inc one from LWK.
These people were by far the best in terms of cost, quality and Customer Service (in no particular order - all A++).
We visited their Showroom in London W1 and were impressed both by the layout -and Lesley Jane. She came to do a site visit shortly after and within a week I had some really detailed and professional plans/drawings.
The installs Manager - Sam - was a real pro too. Very helpful and accomodating to some late changes/additions to the design.
The 3/4 days of the install went like clockwork. Peter (installs guy) clearly knew his stuff and we felt it was in very safe hands.
All in all, this is a Company we both thoroughly liked for reasons given, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

It became very apparent early on in our search for a Kitchen company that it was imperative that we were able to work well with a Company. We were going to be making a lot of changes within the room and needed help with ideas, design & require functionality. We were fortunate to have found LWK.
LWK have proved that there is a Company that exists that provides an excellent design service, without any pressure and ensure that we as their, clients got exactly the Kitchen we had desired. This continues with their dedicated Installations / Operations Team that assist throughout the Installation period and ensuring that we had a working kitchen as soon as possible. Any issues, as expected with a project of this size were dealt with swiftly. LWK are fantastic on their communications side - really important during installation.
We are incredibly happy with our Hacker Emotion Range kitchen & would highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a kitchen that meets both stunning design & functionality. Working with LWK had made the process a pleasant & enjoyable one.

We have recently had an extension built and were very lucky to be recomended by our builder to get LWK in to supply the Kitchen furniture. Not having bought a kitchen before we did not know what to expect so we were very pleased when the sales lady came to see us and guided us through the entire design process without any pressure selling(unlike one or two other companies we called)
The installation went to plan with the only exception being a design change on the breakfast bar which we decided to make larger at the last moment. Everything was completed without any fuss and now we are the envy of the street, this is my small way of thanks to the team!
