Ordered from this company in June one dress for 15€ they charged me 47€. Never responded to emails and still haven’t receive my dress or refund. It’s end of September. Don’t order from this website

I ordered from this company in September. After 2 weeks it still hadn't arrived so I emailed Aimee. She assured me it would be dispatched the next day. It still didn't arrive. I sent numerous emails and tried calling, it simply kept saying 'please call during business opening hours' and still haven't received any goods or refund. Wish I'd looked at all these reviews before ordering :-( I'm reporting her to trading standards and somehow try and get my money back, it's not looking promising though :-(

These people take your money and DON'T bother to ship goods. Pure and simply, liars, people who don't give a damn when they spoil that special day by failing to deliver the goods. Repeated promises to deliver resulted in no time left to order replacement items from a reputable store! Reported them to the police and now their website appears to have been shut down. Sincerely hope they get some jail time!

I am in a similar boat to a lot of the more recent reviews. I ordered an engraved cake and knife set for my wedding only to be delivered the wrong one. They told me the correct one was in the post but it never came. My wedding went by and i requested a refund, which they agreed however a refund never came. I contacted them numerous times and every single time they told me lies after lies. To this day i have not received anything back. I would advise everyone to report them to trading standards and contact your banks to see if they have a charge back scheme so you can get your money back.

MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NO GOODS HAVE ARRIVED - THIS IS THEFT. AS ABOVE ENTRIES, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS. MY PURCHASES WERE FOR MY WEDDING. THIS SEEMS TO BE A BOGUS COMPANY. REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

I wish I would read all these comments before, surely I wouldn't have ordered anything from this bad website!!! I live in Italy and at the beginning of june, I ordered a bikini (with the words just married on the back)for my honeymoon but I have never received it! Before ordering it I wrote them an email to know if it was possible for them to send products in Italy and the reply in one day and told me "Yes sure, no problem!", so I made my order, they took my money from my credit card, but I have never received anything (and now we are in OCTOBER!)!!! I wrote to them several times, through my account on their website and from my email in order to have an explanation, but ANYBODY reply to me!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE ANYMORE!!!! I really hope that the police could stop them!

I completely echo these views. My money was taken and no goods received. I have reported the owner to Trading Standards and threatened court action. I suggest you do likewise, as taking your money without delivering goods is entirely illegal, and akin to someone opening your wallet and taking cash out. You would stop them, right?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered goods for a wedding party, items never arrived. Emailed company to find out what was going on. Reply said 'sorry the order didn't come through to us on our system' funny how money can been taken and an order number produced.....that then somehow vanishes never to be heard from again. It's now well over a month from the date of purchase and all further emails and requests for information have gone unanswered/ignored. I now suspect the goods never will arrive and feel that this website is an absolute scam. My advice for people who have experienced these problems and have not been successful in either receiving your goods or a refund is to contact your bank and identify the transaction to the customer service rep and ask them to start the process for a 'charge back' for goods that were never received. This is similar to a fraudulent transaction in the sense that your bank will request the seller provide proof the items were dispatched and delivered, which they inevitably will not be able to do and you will receive your money back. On another note, I won't be buying from any website that has no phone number or address that can be verified before purchase again. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WOULD ADVISE ALL TO THINK TWICE, THEN SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE Regards

PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE TRADING STANDARDS ON: 08454 040506. I ordered something on 2nd September, wrote to them several times and tried to ring them (line is no longer working). No response to any of my e-mails and on further investigation I fear they no longer exist (but are still taking the money!!). I was told by the Trading Standards that the more people complain, the more likely it will be taken seriously. I don't want anyone to lose their monies or to have their wedding day spoiled by non-receipt of their items ordered.

I wish you good luck with Trading Standards. I have tried to get them to help me but they have only pointed me to the online MoneyClaim site. Its not about the money - its about stopping this company from taking more money from people! Trading Standards don't seem interested as they don't deal with it. I have now written to BBC Watchdog and am awaiting a reply. What can we do! Somebody out there must be able to help!

I ordered items to the value of 62UKpounds for my daughter's wedding from Aimee's Boutique online store on 5th September 13. From the day I ordered and paid my money, the status of my order has remained 'Awaiting Shipment'. I specifically asked to be notified immediately if there were any problems with supply - I heard nothing and assumed the goods would be delivered in the days following. 10 days later and no delivery. I checked back to the site to find the order status is still 'Awaiting Shipment'. In the past two days, I have made contact via their site contact form, via email to their advertised email address and also via customer messages with no response. On searching for reviews on this company, I am disheartened to discover a huge volume of really terrible reviews and sad stories relating to people who trusted this company, believed it was genuine, ordered and paid for goods they never received and could not recoup their money via refund. Stay tuned as I endeavour to recoup my goods or money within the next few days. I wished I had read the review prior to ordering!!

Yes we all wish we had read them before. This company must be stopped. It's absolutely criminal how they are stealing our money. I am dealing with trading standards Essex now and urge everybody to do the same. Good luck.

I have also written to Sage Pay - the 'secure' payment collection service used by Aimee's Boutique. I also hope everyone else will do the same. Paying through a 'secure' payment service gives buyers a false sense of security.

You need to ring the Essex Trading Standards office. They give you some guidance on the steps to take, recorded delivery letter of complaint etc. This won't work though as my letter could not be delivered and was never collected. I am now awaiting further advice from the Trading Standards as to the next step. They must be fully aware of what is going on with this company and so why are they still allowing them to operate their website and take more money from people! Baffles me! I will not give up though and am thinking of going to the BBC Watchdog. I think others have done this. I haven't tried Sage Pay yet - will do that next as well. WE WILL GET THIS COMPANY STOPPED!

I ordered a couple of things as gifts for a bride and paid for next day delivery. Needless to say they did not arrive on time, nor did they ever arrive. I have chased and chased and chased this company for a refund. I had one email from them saying I would get my refund by the 6th September (3 weeks after the non arrival of my goods). Again that has never arrived! I have sent so many emails to them now with no reply. I think they just think people will swallow the cost rather than fight for their money back. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TAKEN OFFLINE!

I ordered from this website in November 2012 and am still waiting for my purchase . I rang them up and emailed countless times and nothing has been done. Poor service and reliability to do anything. Shocking, absolutely shocking. In fact, I cannot believe how this company has not been shut down by police yet! If you look at all teh reviews on here, it's either 1* or 5* - obviously the 5* has been added by Aimees Boutique!! I placed an order for my son's first birthday party (Hungry Caterpillar stuff, including plates, etc) but nothing has arrived in post. Contacted them and tehir reply was: "Can i just check that you have not had any missed delivery cards from Royal Mail please?" Hello?!? If there was, I wouldn't be contacting you!!!! Since then, I sent them numerous emails requesting a full refund but had no response from them at all. Their telephone line is crackling, does not ring out. I have reported them to Watchdog. I sincerely hope they get shut down. My only worry is that they will set up as something else!! I've been shopping online for numerous years and NOTHING like this has happened to me. It's terrible and shocking.

I placed and order for £35 of wedding accessories, payment was taken, shipped email recieved - but nothing ever arrived. Same as all the other comments on here. I am still trying to get my money back.

I ordered £50 worth of wedding stuff, money went out of account immediately and I received a "shipped" email very soon after. Since then the item has never arrived. Nobody replies to emails and the phone number doesn't work. Steer clear!!!!

I ordered a wheelybug on the 30th June from Aimee's boutique, payment was taken out on the 2nd, the following week I was told the item had been shipped. Two months later and still no delivery. The phone used to ring and cut you off after 4 minutes of holding, now it just sounds like a dead line. I've emailed several times, the first email I got a reply to saying it would be with me by that Friday, that was 3 weeks ago. I emailed again the following week when my delivery did not arrive, I got another reply saying that this would be looked into. I have yet to have another response from them despite numerous emails sent by myself to them. I have now called trading standards and advise all of you have had the same issue to do the same, and also called to check if they are still trading which they apparently are. I have now gone to my bank and requested a chargeback to my account for the £55 that they were so quick to take. I am totally disgusted with the lack of service received. I hope you all complain to trading standards and get this website shut down. Good luck with getting your money back or your goods delivered.

Order placed at end of July and money taken immediately. Received e-mail claiming that product was "shipped" on 6/8/13. Still waiting on my order and replies to the e-mails. I will be expecting a refund. It is odd that there seem to be either 1 star detailed ratings which sum up my experience or 5 star vauge ratings on this company and I think this may require investigation.

I placed my order on the 11th of August and bought several items for my son's hungry caterpillar themed birthday party which took place on the 25th. I got an email from Aimee's Boutique on the 15th informing that my order had been shipped, but so far I have not received it. I emailed them several times and never got a response. I tried to phone them, but the number does not seem to exist! Lost £40!! I wish I had read these reviews before..

Hi - sorry to hear this is still continuing. I thought that by my putting the number of Trading Standards on-line, it would help.
PLEASE tell everyone to take the time to ring Trading Standards as the more people that call the more seriously it will be taken. I'm going to ring Trading Standards again and ask why they are still allowed to continue in business and why hasn't anyone made a visit to their business.
