Very good customer service. The product arrived earlier than expected.

Purchase was fine but company is not interested in sorting out a problem with a machine only a few weeks old. It has never worked properly.They take no responsibility despite the purchaser's contract being with them and refer you to the manufacturer. In my case the manufacturer talked me through a few adjustments to try to solve the problem and failed.On requesting help from Save on laptops they just told me to go back to the manufacturer. Next time I will buy from a shop which acknowledges its responsibilities with regard to consumer law. AVOID!

SaveOnLaptops has just the small desktop computers I needed and at the lowest price. Ordering was easy, delivery prompt and questions asked by email replied to quickly. I'll be buying from them again.

Ordered laptop online 31st October, 2016 and paid for next day delivery. Laptop arrived within the time slot allocated by DPD. Well packaged and labelled where from (Box Ltd). Immediately opened up and followed on screen instructions to set up wi-fi etc. A few apps from Lenovo on laptop but quickly consigned these to the 'bin'. Came with Windows 10 as specified. Loaded Microsoft Office and my own security software and we were ready to go within the hour. Comes with a quick guide to setting it up and like most tech goods these days User Manuals are on the laptop/internet. This laptop is for my wife and she is impressed with the speed and how light it is. It appears well made, functional and as she is a speed typist finds it comfortable to use. I like the plug/adaptor which is all-in-one. I haven't used any of the USB ports etc as yet but don't anticipate any issues.

I ordered my laptop in the morning on a 5 day free economy service, arrived the next day at nine oclock. great laptop, great price, great service. big bugbare is the amount of crappy software on new laptops but this had norton anti virus (I am not keen on norton) and thats it. will def use again without hesistation.

A website and service as they should be. Clear explanation and product description. I would shop there again. But I find companies so unsure of themselves that they need their customers to review them sad at best.

Save on Laptops was recommended to me by the person who maintains my computer. I confess that I was a little apprehensive as I usually buy though Amazon due to their excellent service. I needn't have worried as all went smoothly and the laptop arrived very quickly. One slight concern was that the laptop was delivered in an open 'Box' carrier bag with the contents in full view, fortunately nothing was missing. The additional free 4gb memory was very welcome and of course made this a very competitive product. The HP laptop came with a HP carry case which I wasn't expecting. I will have no hesitation in using SOL again, job well done.

I ordered my product on the Saturday afternoon and was told it would be delivered within 5 working days so I never expected my product to be delivered by the Tuesday! Excellent service and I would definitely recommend using this company. I also believe they have the best prices on the market but then again they wouldn't be called save on laptops for nothing!!
