Dealt with this company through ebay, but it didnt seem right to give ebay the review considering they had nothing to do with it except the place to advertise!! Anyway bought Philips speakers from them, good price, good listings and came in good time.

“Rare Star Wars lego - but not the quickest”

I was having trouble finding a particular set of Star Wars lego so didn't have much choice but to take a chance on a company unknown to me. Their pricing was pretty decent and the website had a good feel to it, if only a little slow. Ordering process - simple enough. The delivery took a little longer than I would have liked, my fault - I didnt realise they were channel islands when I ordered, so all in all I'm happy.

“Atrocious, avoid at all costs”

Impossible to get hold of ComEuro via telephone and e-mail. Goods never arrived and was forced to issue a PayPal claim to get my money back. They may have an impressive array of stock listed on their website but I would hazard a guess and say that they must be drop shipping or similar, hence the number of poor reviews about them. I don't mind waiting for an item but when I can't get in touch with the business I've purchased from no matter how hard I try then I can't help but feel I've been scammed. Best avoid at all costs.

“WORST service I have ever used in my life”

Ordered in November 2011. Now the middle of January and still waiting. Phoned them about 7 times, on all occasions the 'receptionist' was unable to help and refused to give their name or the name of their manager and instead took my name, order number and email and said somebody would call me back. They never have. It's the same story with emails. I paid with my debit card. They were quick to take money out of my account alright, yet I still wait for a) my purchases, b) an actual phone call, and c) an actual email. I am CONCERNED. A call to the UK Trading Standards is the next thing on my list now... And after reading though these reviews, it seems to me this is happening to everybody. I seriously urge anybody to avoid trading with this Comeuro.net, also known as Strictly Electronics Ltd.

“They will take your money but you won't get your goods...”

I ordered a PSP which I wanted as a Christmas present for my daughter and it seemed to be a good deal so I paid and waited.. and waited.. and waited !! They took the money from my credit card immeadiately but after 2 weeks I had not recieved the goods. I contacted them, they said they would look into it and then came up with the excuse that my order had got lost in transit, what a load of rubbish !!! I asked for my money back but no one would reply to my emails, not until I threatened to take legal action against them and then I noticed the refund the next day back on my card !! What a surprise. Take my advice and steer clear of this company, they are a complete waste of time, don't give them your money as you won't get your goods and will struggle to get your money back. Suppose I should have read all the bad reviews before commiting to buy from them but don't take my word for it, read them for yourself as there are plenty of them. STEER CLEAR !!!!! A RUBBISH COMPANY!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE !!!

“Avoid like the plague”

Same experience as all the other negatives. Phoned the number given on several occasions. In the main the calls go unanswered. The last time i rang, eventually the "receptionist" answered. She said that they would ring me back some time. To date no one has phoned and that is over two weeks ago. Obviously make their money from the premium line that keeps you waitng for an average of 11 minutes then cuts you off. Not yet received my order and to be honest I don't think i ever will. False economy avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

“Absolutely disgusting business pactises”

Placed my order on the 7th November 2011 allowing plenty of time for reciept before Christmas,despatch stated was 48-72 hours, what a joke. After four emails sent which were responded to by a automated message stating that they would contact me within 72 hours, I have yet to receive any response regarding a delivery time, and as for contacting them via phone you wait for 10 minutes only to have the call disconnected. I am now in the process of contacting them one last time before cancelling the order. Shame they cant despatch the goods as quick as they take the payment. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!

“Scamer Supplier.”

Horrible & Terrible Supplier First of all I have cancel order and issue dispute with paypal. paypal people got in touch with him, but this supplier never reply. I have contacted over the phone. continue 3 days no one answer. Massage machine keep ringing nobody reply. Costing me money about £2.30 - Please do not buy from them unless you pay by paypal and recover immediatly.

The worst online reatiler I have ever dealt with, wouldn't go near them. Item is 2 weeks late, I have been put on hold and hung up on several times, when I did get through they told me that they weren't customer services and couldn't help me but they would pass a message on - seriously - a customer servcies number that isn't customer services - ridiculous and they still can't tell me where my order is and won't cancel it because they can't tell if it's been shipped or not!!!! STEER CLEAR!!!

“This company is truly the pits!!!”

I wish I had read some of these other reviews before ordering from them - a false economy!! I agree with all other comments made - 1. Order is overdue compared with their terms of sale 2. They are quick to take your money but don't respond quickly to delivering 3. They don't answer emails 4. The order 'status' on their website is meaningless, and in my case hasn't changed since the date I placed my request. 5. They seem to make their money from their premium rate 'customer service' telephone line no-one answers. As with another review, it is flattering to know you are first in the queue, but for 15 minutes????!!!! I gave up. Fortunately I paid via credit card so I will be reporting them to the credit card company

“In defense of ComEuro...”

Yes, the website looks pretty sketchy, and after reading a lot of the negative reviews I thought there was a chance I'd never see the RC Plane I had ordered. But since they are only available from overpriced collectors in the US, and every other European store that I could translate wouldn't ship to the states, I thought I'd give it a shot. ComEuro delivered within their time frame of a few weeks and for a reasonable international shipping price. All in all, everything went fine. I think the bad reviews come from when people are trying to interact with the store for a return or exchange or something. If you're going to order something you might exchange, maybe go somewhere else. But if you know exactly what you want and don't have to have it right this second, you'll probably get a good deal with ComEuro.

It doesn't sound like a 'internal' review to me, but actually helpful given the returns issue. Having said that, no retailer should hold back on returns, and given this I am surprised that folks still choose to buy from this supplier who it seems will not uphold any consumer rights.

“Nightmare!”

I was desperately looking for an Aerocool Xpredator PC Case, and got them on a shopping search via Google. I was reluctant at first after checking out the reviews about this website, but because I can't find this item in any other UK seller I decided to give 'em a try. Bought the said product from them 5th of may and after 3 weeks of waiting, e-mailing and calling.. they declared that my item was lost in the mail which I highly doubted it ever reached the post office and promised me a refund. A month of waiting for the refund and still haven't got it so I decided to contact my bank to process a payment dispute (visa charge back scheme for debit card users). 3 days after contacting my bank, then they decided to give me back my long lost payment. Guys who are reading these reviews here please take heed. Been one too many incidents like mine already and surely it unlikely things will change for this site.
