Have used this site several times now to order currency and have been impressed by the speed and efficiency of their service. Yesterday, I tried the buy back service for the first time and am equally impressed. Sent my unused currencies on Thursday morning, had an email Friday morning to say it had been received and just after Friday lunch time, the agreed amount was in my bank account. Super efficient and I'd highly recommend the Currency Club. Their rates are highly competitive too.

Great rate, quick delivery. However, when ordering you are given the choice of how you would like your currency. I chose ‘mixed denominations’.... guess what.... I got all the same value of bank note.... Currency Club you should employ staff who can read!!!!!!! Disappointed customer.

Don't use this company, they operate outside of the law putting your payment at risk should they go bust! Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their terms and conditions cannot override your statutory rights. After 9 days since my order first went missing they are refusing to refund my payment whilst they conduct an "investigation" and can give me no idea when this will be completed. In the meantime they are sitting on my cash and threatening the viability of my holiday.

Needed some AU dollars and started to shop around. Very unimpressed with most high street rates. So I looked on line and compared currency sellers and decided on The currency club for various reasons. Glad I did, as the did exactly what they said they would do. Received in about 36 hours. Also kept totally informed about delivery. I felt safe ordering with them and will Certainly use again and recommend them to all my friends now.

A very quick & easy procedure to sell left over foreign currency to The Currency Club. Best rates & money was transferred to my bank account as soon as they received the currency. Would recommend.

I was dubious about using an online currency provider. I need not have worried they did an excellent job. The rates and service were first class, and the currency arrived the next day as promised. Will definitely recommend them and use them from now on..

Waited in all morning as delivery was today by 1pm, my only day off nothing arrived so contacted currency club only then to be told that a Royal Mail truck had broken down when was I going to be told, the operator said that they cannot tell everyone if something goes wrong, well I think you should as I have paid my money from the transaction and deserve to be treated better, not interested at all. IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE STEER WELL CLEAR and just use a local company less hassle, now I have to wait in another day, all you get is a sorry well that does not wash with me, in total IF AND I MEAN IF IT DOES ARRIVE TOMORROW I will have sat in for 10 yes 10 hours waiting for my money, so my time slot and inconvenience caused well outweighs the benefit of using this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I was really nervous ordering holiday money online, as I have always gone into a shop in person previously. Before I clicked order I had read up about The Currency Club on the Trust Pilot UK & Martin Lewis money expert website and felt that ‘this company must be ok’! So after I’d clicked order I was a tad nervous! However, the money came in the post, with Royal Mail, at 9:30am on the day I had requested. I was over the moon and very impressed with the efficient and speedy service. The rate was the best, I compared it with The Money Shop, Post Office and Sainsbury’s. I am very impressed and will definitely use The Currency Club again. Thank you

Firstly, the order wasn't despatched in time to make the guaranteed next day 1pm delivery, even though they had the order many hours before the royal mail cutoff times. Secondly (and not their fault) Royalmail lost the package. Unfortunately, the currency club seem to not be willing to refund me the hundreds of pounds i'm out of pocket until royalmail refund them, so their customer service is hugely lacking at this point. For the few ££ extra i got, the pain of this wasn't worth it. Next time, i will use a service where i can collect the cash and have it directly in my hands.

I can't deny a good rate, and the package has turned up per the contract, so theoretically I'm good to go on my trip. However, I ticked mixed notes and have ended with 29 high denomination notes, which are the same, with 1 other. I know that's lighter and postage will be cheaper - but it isn't a mixed selection. So no 100's , 20's, 10's , 5s not sure I'm going to have an easy time getting change for any low value purchases that I make and that might be a problem. So I might end up using my credit card, which is what I wanted to avoid and then have kuna left over. Currently at I'm feeling annoyed. The system is enforcing me to choose whether I'd recommend to a friend. I'm ticking yes, but my proviso will be that you probably won't get the mixture of notes that you want.

Always pleased with Currency Club service. Exchange rates are competitive.
