It was great experience. We take a car at Burgas airport for 9 days and return it early in the morning. The only company who was really helpful with our '1st time drive abroad' experience. There was some problems with forward beam, but we have no troubles with police while driving with 1 beam on. Thanks to toprentacar.bg for that and greetings from Russia with love!

I'm happy with Top Rent-a-car, I just don't like that the company blocked the deposit for 4 weeks (20 working days!) on my bank account. Apart from this, I had no problems with Top Rent-a-car, staff was really nice and polite, I would choose them again.

English speaking personal, very friendly and punctuall. My car a Pegeout 106 was in a very good condition with a JBL mysic system. I'm very satisfied. Thank you all very much.

Good service in general. The car is simple (weak engine) but it was in a good state (clean, condition system, navigator, etc.). The price seems a bit higher then it should be. There was no faultfinding when return the car. The receiving clerk was late by 20 minutes. The deposit unblocking was too long but it seems the problem not of the service company but of my bank. The weather in Bulgaria is too hot for such a car when it is leaved outside: it needs some time to make it cooler. Especially the child-chair requires a lot of time for cooling.

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PAY 5 EURO FEE WHEN YOU PAY BY CREDITCARD ? I HAD THAT WITH MY LAST RENTAL IN APRIL ALSO.

We have rented a Nissan Qashqai. The car looked perfect-was only two months old. We had a lot of fun with the car. Delivery service is great. Car was delivered and picked up at the hotel. Too bad that on the back of the car was with pretty big letters the company name and even a large sticker. Nice surprise was the souvenirs of Bulgaria that we received afterwards. Thanx a lot.

I've rent a ford fiesta for 6 days. Service at check out was VERY good, either their acceptable english level of speaking and comprehension. Charming at serving customers. No bad surprises for the bill and at check in. Prices are good and cheaper, taking in consideration a comparison with other, and more famous, competitors. Andrea from Italy

Booked through an intermediary broker the reserved vehicle did not come fitted with AirCon, essential in a 35C plus summer. The brooker was not at all helpful in resolving the problem caused by ambiguity in their marketing description, Top Rent A Car was very accommodating providing a much more suitable vehicle at a minimal additional cost. I did have one small problem in that I forgot to return the GPS with the vehicle which required I take a taxi back to my home to collect the unit. The office was closed when I arrived back but one gentleman was present to recieve the GPS, I was assured that now the unit had been returned and that the vehicle was without damage with a full tank of fuel my deposit would be recredited to my account. To date I have not recieved a confirmation that this has happened. All up a good service, well priced and a helpful team, pending confirmation of my returned deposit I would certainly use the company again and recommend it to friends and collegues.

The vehicle we used as a rental was spacious, clean and comfortable. After we had an incident on the first evening of our rental where we had a scrape on the window due to a very narrow passageway into a parking garage, with the help of Alana in Customer Service, we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend Top Rent a Car Bulgaria to a friend. Only minor quibble is that the advertisements on the car were a little over the top.

Very friendly personnel. While booking i had problems with prepayment due to some restrictions of web browser, so they just said "no problem, we'll book a car for you without prepayment. You can pay everything on arrival" And the discount for pre-payed reservation was still active! Best regards to Ivomir Stanchev! The pick-up procedures took no more than 10 minutes, the same for drop-off. No problems with the car - just sit and drive. Strange that all the job is done by one person. Took a car at Varna airport, so first the man fulfilled registration procedures, then locked the office and went to the parking to give us a car. And even more: then he went to the parking area gate to let us out using his card. I wonder what could have possibly thought those who would like to rent a car after us... ;-)

The booking process and communication with the office was very good. Our car was fine but our friends' car had a fault that ought to have been fixed before hiring it to them - I think they didn't want to take it off the road during the busy season. The little gift that they give hirers on returning the car is a very nice touch. Overall, a good car hire experience.

A/C broke - flat tire - not possible to change to another car! They claimed we had to pay for a flat tire.

These guys amazed me with fast provided service and new car. Use them without any doubt. My family spent wonderful holiday in Bulgaria. We received a souvenir for a present when we dropped the car. Go on folks - break down the competition!

Overall I am happy with the service. The only problem I had was your rep was 25 min late for the return but these things happen I suppose.

The delivery of the car to the airport was on time and there were several customers in the same time. Everything was correct and the car was returned in a small town where a representative arrived also on time. On-line booking can be improved becaused the fee for returning in a diferent location is not always included in the final price on the web-site.

Everything was perfect exept that i had to find your reperesentative when i arrived to the Burgas airport. I didnt find him in front of exit from airport, nobody was in you airport office, i tried to call your office and wait for about 40 minutes.
