I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Mushtaq Travel. Not only did they unlawfully charge me for credit card fees – which, once pointed out as illegal, resulted in the cancellation of my Umrah flights reservation – but the handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. Despite the manager acknowledging the mistake, there has been no effective resolution, and my reservations were cancelled without any prior notification. Such practices not only violate legal regulations but also reflect poorly on the professionalism and integrity of Mushtaq Travel. As a customer, I expect fair and transparent dealings, and this experience has fallen far short of those expectations.

I traveled with my wife and 2 young kids recently, i was given a proper premium class service by the travel agent unfortunately the same cant be said about the airline! had delays going out and schedule changed on our way back, but we were contacted by Shakeel At Mushtaqs to inform us of the change and simply without any hassle to us we were put on the next flight back a few days earlier than planned but no problems and we were not charged any extra either. I would like to say Mushtaq Travelers employ wonderful staff and very nice and professional, I traveled with my family during Christmas holidays I fond them on internet and immediately noticed that the staff are very polite and courteous.
