We have recently personally designed our engagement ring, I can't thank Matthew enough for all the help he gave us! Nothing was too much trouble and we asked so many questions and he was always willing to go the extra mile. Its such an important thing and so much money to spend but the deal we got was fantastic.

The service and the fast delivery time was excellant. I only bought my goods on 12/06/12 and received it today 14/06/12. Once I opened the packaging I was overwelmed with the quality of the earrings that I purchased for a gift. I just know my sister-in law is going to love them. Sadly my first choice was out of stock, but I was contacted more or less immediatly after I placed my order to confirm this, but was happy to select the next ones up in cost and size and again didn't mind too much at paying the extra cost and I am so very very glad I didn't just cancel my order. The Diamond Earings I purchased are extremely beautiful and the packaging just as beautiful, which for me, is just as important, not only were they in an elegant box, I was also given a lovely gift bag to put the box into. I would have to say this was the best purchase I have bought on line to date and will most deffinately use Lloyds Jewellers again. So very happy.

Very pleased with the service and quality of jewellery. The description and pictures on the website are very realistic. Have spoken on the telephone several times to make enquiries, and the service was excellent as they were polite and very helpful, and efficient! They have also reassured me that as this is a gift if it is not right it will be sorted even if it is after the 30 day return!! Would definitely recommend and its been great being able to speak to a person easily, and not just at a screen! Thank you and lets hope they like it, if not I will be wearing it as it is beautiful!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience is very much worth it. Besides arriving a day earlier than initially estimated, the attention to detail was astonishing! Everything was spot on: the box, the small gift bag, even the envelope for the invoice. The ring looked so much better in real life, my wife loved it! This has been by far the best jewellery purchase ever. I know where I'll be buying in the future : ).

Lloyds jewelry supplied me with a gold signet ring for my husbands 40th, they had it supplied in rare white gold and perfectly engraved. The ring is a real one off a bespoke item. Excellent all round service and at these prices you would be crazy to shop anywhere else.

Customer service was second to none - had to send ring back twice due to re sizing and was contacted regular with details of whats happened with ring and when it will be sent. Will use again and fully recommend to others.

These people have renewed my faith in buying off the internet. I ordered by phone rather than fill in the form as I am of an age where I find it difficult to use a computer. Matthew was most helpful and knowledgeable I felt at ease when I realized he really knows his stuff. I bought a real bargain, I know because I have had the ring valued and it was nearly for twice what I paid Lloyds jewellery for it.

I don't write reviews often but I was so delighted with the service from Lloyds I though I should spread the word. I Purchased a diamond heart pendant from them and the speed of which my order was dealt with and their friendly, helpful service was a breath of fresh air! The jewellery is beautiful and much higher quality than I expected for the price (which was fantastic) I looked around a lot for the best price and found it here (there was a site which looked cheaper but there was no chain included and they charge for postage). The packaging is great too :) Thanks again.
