Car presented in very good order. Nearly new just 1500kms on clock. Speedy pick up and return. Very good shuttle service with very courteous driver. Branch manager to be congratulated on well run facility.

Had a pleasant service all the way with good cars. Prices are very competitive especially in NZ. During booking the customers service offers a call back and give u a better deal. As you arrive at the airport to collect the car a shuttle is there to pic you (some airports has free phone to call them upon arrival). Would definitely recommend and also will be featuring them in my blog.

Because you are the best priced car rental company in NZ! But!!! Wow ohh Wow! We hired the car from Auckland Airport & your express check in / out although very easy was shocking! Pick up at the airport was easy! Check in through the automated system easy! The queue to get our car - dreadful!!! In reverse exactly the same - we gave plenty of time to drop our car off but the queue to get away from you to our flight!!! Seriously that was shocking - dreadful - we were nearly late for our flight check in!! You need to do something about the last part of your system. We were ready to call a taxi!

The staff are welcoming and always happy to assist, I've never had any issues. Checking in was an easy process, I used one of their self serve kiosks and found it quick and simple to use. Dropping the car off was easy and fast, the shuttle bus drove us back to the airport which was nice. I highly recommend using GO Rentals

The whole process from booking online to followup was easy and efficient. Personal service was impeccable. From the pickup at the airport, our pickup driver explained the process for dropping the car back to give us an idea of times for our tight schedule. All the staff were helpful and friendly, everyone had a smile, the car was modern, well maintained and a cheap hire for the day. What a pleasure to deal with, we will definitely use GO rentals again.

Thank you to the Go team. The service provided made our NZ trip so much easier. No hassles from the time of booking to the return of the vehicle. The people factor was spot on. Only thing would be to update the GPS as there were some roads which were not there anymore, or the location changed such as a roundabout. There were also some areas on different speed zones from what the GPS displayed. For example, displaying 100 in an 80 zone. Pity that not available throughout NZ, such as Napier. All up though, would definitely recommend as a rental option.

Easy to book online. Pickup easy, drop-off easy, shuttle service good, price excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I took the basic insurance as my travel insurance covered all vehicle damage excess. It's more cost effective to insure that way.

I first used Go back when they first opened. I was sick and tired of tbe main car rental companies who were overpriced and just lazy. Go Rentals has been my first choice for 10 years now. Some main points, ease of booking, competive price, and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
