I love the Babysdays system but I loathe the support team. If you have a problem the standard response is that you should watch the help videos which rarely cover the problems. If you question them further they are quite abrupt and unfriendly. On the plus side I did get an outstanding rating by Ofsted which I think was helped greatly by the Babysdays system. If they changed their customer services team they would be great. At the moment I work around the problems I experience because I can't get help when I need it.

I choose to use baby days after seeing and hearing good reviews. It has not led up to expectation at all. The customer support has been terrible. I went to one training session and learnt nothing. As a company they can see I have not once used the system,barring the test child on the training day and yet they are still making me pay for 6 months. I feel that I want to warn anyone else thinking of using the system not too as a company like that should be ashamed of their ethos. I have since found another online system which is brilliant and has given me free one to one phone tutorials. It is easy to navigate and puts baby days to shame. Do not buy into this system!

The system is ok, bit "tick boxy" in terms of the children's outcomes. The worst thing is the customer service/support or lack of. There have been several times when we have had issues with different aspects of the system and followed all the correct channels to get some help. Baby's days very rarely even bother to respond and if they do the information is not useful or relevant to the problem. I have not had a response to an issue I reported over a week ago and as such will be cancelling me subscription. I would advise anyone considering purchasing the baby's days system to reconsider because of this. It is incredibly frustrating!

I don't use the system, thank goodness, but have asked questions on forums about their security, which to be honest everyone should know especially as the system holds very sensitive data, the questions then resulted in me being banned from the forum, and sent personal threats. Makes you wonder if they have something to hide really.

The product itself is actually very good and I have used it for a number of years. However the customer support is shocking - standard response is 'there is nothing wrong with the system' 'user error' or 'You need to update your browser' ....if you dare to question that response you then open yourself up to punishment (by having updates taken away from you or even threats that your subscription will be cancelled) - the owner has also added new terms and conditions today which says if you are a member of certain social media sites and someone on that site says anything negative about this company they reserve the right to end the subscription of any member immediately with no refund (despite being a fully paid up babys days member)

I've used it for about 4 years and the actual programme is fab but the customer service is shocking. I am a fully paid up customer yet I am not allowed to receive any updates to my system. They wont tell me why. They will only tell me that the director is in charge of who does and doesn't get updates and as I have dared to mention that I find their support rude and abrupt - I obviously am being penalised for this. I'm obviously going to have to switch to one of their competitors which is such a shame because the system is amazing and all my parents love it! I'm devastated!

Would agree with previous reviewer - although I'm coming from the parent's perspective. Funnily enough they used the same line with me i.e. no one has ever complained about the system. Well that makes at least 2 of us - and my wife makes 3. Idiots.

I have just installed this system. I phoned to day because the system is not working for me. I spoke to a very rude aggressive man who spoke over me would not let me speak. He told me their was nothing he could do I was doing it wrong their was nothing wrong with the system and no body had ever had a problem THAT I VERY MUCH DOUT no help at all just I should watch the video. I am now stuck with a system I won't use for 6 months a real rip off very bad customer service

This software is subscription based at £9.99 per month and is used for both childminders and nurseries to track the children who they look after through the EYFS, the software is setup for you and the support if you get stuck is fantastic, the great thing I love is for the ability for the parents who I look after to login and view their child's daily diaries, progress and photographs.

This software has everything I need to ensure I continue to be a good childminder and ofsted loved the software when I had my inspection last week - I give 5*'s all the way for this. Highly recommended.
