I ordered ebc brakes which I normally get direct from ebc however I decided to try elsewhere found the service good And had regular emails confirming orders and the delivery Would recommend and use again

Ordered front greenstuff pads late afternoon and needed for next day. The website stated that I would receive them. They were delivered without fail first thing the next morning! Superb service and superb product!! Nice to find a company that offers this kind of service nowdays.

First, the online car number plate ID system was out of action. NOT helpful. Second, when looking up front discs available for my subaru outback entering all relevant info asked, I had three to choose from, standard oem type, sport/performance and ultimax. The standard and sport were in 2 different sizes where as the ultimax listed 1. I wanted the best available, so chose the ultimax. As only 1 size had been listed, I assumed they would fit. Wrong! so phoned ebc sales office and was told there were infact 2 ultimax disc sizes for the front to choose from. So why only 1 size listed online? If there are several options, write on the web page "phone to check, more than 1 option in ultimax." Or simply list all options. That way I would have to phone and check before ordering. To make things worse, the discs I required were smaller than ones that came, but cost nearly £50 more!! Why? I was told that this was due to the extra complexity of smaller machining?? To cap it off, they wanted me to pay a further £15 to post them back. After some negotiation, £5 was deducted, so £60 on top of the £180 I had already paid. Sorry ebc, not so happy trading experience. Lets hope the discs last well!! If ebc sales wish to address my complaint, I am happy to hear from you. Maybe a discount code for my next purchase would go a long way to restoring my confidence in ebc and result in a much more positive review. I await your call or email. Thanks, Edward.

Was stunned when I found out that ordering break pads (Red stuff) from the UK would be cheaper then buying them here in Sweden! Fast delivery (three days!), great guides for what pads to use with what cars etc. I'll be back when the Bimmer needs new breaks!

This company does what it says on the tin! They supplied me the pads for 2 Skylines and the delivery was excellent.

Easy to fit. No squealing. So far minimal brake dust. Excellent quality. Fast delivery. Very please.

Delivery excellent.With the Green stuff pads look great on the car, but worn out after 8000 miles, pads 1/3 worn, no sticking brakes checked them too. Inner face worn past grooves, outer face hardly touched.Replaced with standard pads and discs lot cheaper.Took photo's, Disapointed

Having replaced my front brakes last year with EBC GD discs/greenstuff pads there was no decision easier when it came to choosing replacements for my ageing factory rears. It had to be the same combo and EBC Brake Shop were the best deal for me as an international purchaser as most dealers don't ship abroad without charging extortionate rates. I am delighted to say that contrary to "the norm" - the cheapest can also be the best as their telephone service is excellent (I had to call to confirm a part number) and the speed of delivery is superb. I couldn't commend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys!!!!!!!
