No fake promises, no false commitments what you will get is hassle free booking. Very simple and easy way to book the flights at cheap fares. This is what I am only looking for. Booking with crystaltravel was a good decision I made n it gave my 100 of good memories I must thank there agent, he is good n was available every time i need him!! if anyone out there looking for best fares n quick service book with them they r good.

We booked a 4D/3N tour to Paris and we were accommodated at Hotel Gabriel. Got picked up at the airport really fast. Upon reaching the hotel, we could either relax or start the tour at once. I decided to venture out and feel great about being in Paris. It was already lunch time. Everything went like clockwork as if and fell in place. Our time in Paris went past like a lovely dream come true. Thank you Crystal Travel for going before and being behind us throughout this entire trip.

Was a lovely pleasant trip. Definitely want to go again. Wonderful service all the way through. Only regret few dishes available for vegetarian meal. Hotel was brilliant including Spa and Gym. Fully Recommend

I did a search for flights to New York and Crystal Travel came back with the cheapest price. I proceeded to book the tickets through their website and on confirmation I was given a notification that the transaction had been denied along with Crystal Travel's contact number. I called Crystal Travel and was informed the tickets at that price were gone. However, they could offer the tickets at a higher price. I declined and told them not to proceed with the booking before booking direct with the airline. A while later I received an email from Crystal Travel informing me they had booked the ticket at the original price (they used my card details inputed on their website to charge me without asking for my authorisation, or even if I still wanted the ticket). After having to contact the bank to put a block on Crystal Travel using my card and hours of hassle emailing and on the phone, I have to wait 5 days for a refund! I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs!

Relatively easy to book online. Staff are fairly competent. Tried to cancel my booking, this was done within 24 hours. However when I called them, they said I would incur a full cancellation fee as I cancelled the next day. Given that I booked online at 10pm, they're saying I only had until 12pm to cancel my booking that same day. So basically I had 2 hours to cancel my booking - really unfair!!! Not happy about this at all, especially since the payment hasn't even gone through!! Won't be booking with them again!

the person I dealt with  was very helpful and rang back when she said she will. She gave us various options and found us the right airports. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you to the person I dealt with .

On completion of booking form in which I had to give all my details booking then came up as declined. I was asked to call them right away. I was passed to a different person who then wanted me to go on a different date but flight was £159 more, they were very pushy in saying I wouldn't get it any cheaper and I should book this recommended flight.feel concerned I've been tricked won't be dealing with them again

I was made to feel my custom was very valued and every attent was made to make my booking a success.

I miss spelled my partners surname and was really worried about changing it and having to pay a charge but it was sorted and changed for me promptly and free of charge! Thank you for a great service.

She was exceptionally professional, friendly and efficient. After reading a few negative reviews about crystal travel's customer service, i am glad i decided to have my own experience to make an informed choice. I am yet to review the holiday afterwards but in regards to customer service, i am very impressed and have nothing negative to say about her. Such service makes you get into the right mood to start enjoying your holiday. Lovely lady. Thank you!

My whole experience with crystal travel was fantastic, drake the agent I dealt with was very easy to communicate with. Overall I am a very happy customer.

I was assisted in a very efficient manner. Drake was very professional and courteous, and he helped me find an amazing deal on plane tickets.

The member of staff that I booked with was very patient, helpful and conciderate. Nothing was too much trouble. The only negative I have her English was not very clear on the telephone. I would recommend this employee for a courtesy award.

After a nightmare time trying to book my flight with another travel agency...which i cancelled, I found out about Crystal Travel and tried them Crystal Travel services were excellent and i particularly liked the fact that the agent was happy to speak to my colleague on my behalf due to my hearing difficulties. Other agency declined to speak to a 3rd party.

Complaint I searched a confirm family ticket from a .cheapflights..paid money 40 days in advance to Crystal travels which was allocated by cheapflight as a best deal. On the date of travel when I went to airport for check-in... the airlines refused to accept ticket issued by Crystal travel as a valid ticket. When I called Crystal travel for explanation. ..the customer service shamelessly asked for more money or said take a refund ! Nightmare right ! Crystal travel UK has given me this nightmare on 15th September 2015 I had a confirmed ticket issued by Atlanta to NewYork My cheap flights booking ref Airline Reference:- E-ticket Number:- My trip was spoiled by Crystal travel. Please de-list Crystal travel and cheapflights to save fellow future travellers from such a trauma. I will put this case on social media till a satisfactory reply is received.

Booked a flight to 12 of us, paid nearly £8,000.00 paid just like that! Sadly one of us pass away 8th of april 2015, been sent to them the deaths certificate & keep ringing them promising the money is on my account on the 24th of august, but up to now is not there, promise to ring me today at 2:30 but not ring me & still waiting! They are liar as well! spoke to 3 suppose to be the incharge but still they can't sort it out, why when they want your money just like that you paid them! But when it comes to refund your own money, you have to beg them & still take about nearly 6 months now! Well I will never use this travel agent anymore..
