“Happy to take your money”

★☆☆☆☆

written by David6759 on 30/07/2013

The web site promises a date for order yet when you place your order you the date goes back with no explanation from the telesales staff. I spoke to 3 different people and no one could explain why, there was little interest in trying to help saying parts where on back order and that's all the system stated (computer says no attitude). They would or could not help, one member even said what do you want me to do we place hundreds of orders each week and are very busy. The staff seemed very uninterested and very poorly trained. When delivery day finally arrived 10 days later I had to stay in from 6am until 7pm to wait for delivery. In this modern day and age a time window could not be offered so a day had to be taken off work... I suggest buying local, I will never use this company again.... Will take your money with no question or help offered....

I ordered a 12x10 Lucia summerhouse order code 15033 but I got delivered a 10x10 order code 20845. I rang to speak to them on numerous occassions having to hold on for what seemed like ages each time to be told "I can understand how you feel but nothing I can do and now you will have to wait until Wednesday because I have no van drivers. I then ask who deals with complaints and it is the same person who took the call to say sorry no can do. You will have to wait. A business should make every effort to correct their mistakes and in this instance a driver should have been paid overtime to come and collect and deliver. They obviously have so many errors as confirmed by reviews that they would be out of business. I only wish I had taken notice of the website reviews in the first place.

“the saga begins....”

written by MrMarsh on 28/07/2013

My Review of my Huntsman 2 Log Cabin - This lodge could be, should be so much more. All it would take is for the manufacturer and supplier to be doing their jobs properly. It is well designed and pleasant to look at. Everyone who has been over to the house think it is wonderful. Even my neighbors say how fantastic it is. And now it is set up inside, I love it. The problems began with Garden Buildings Direct. As I started to sort the pieces of wood prior to assembly, I noticed that some were pretty badly twisted and warped. So i had to phone up and get some replacements sent. I request one long plank and most of the bearers , they sent three long planks and the requested amount of bearers. Luckily really that they sent extra as they put stickers over the one plank (the type of stickes that you can't peel off without leaving most of it behind) and 14, yes 14 staples in the other. So, that left me with 1 useable plank, which luckily is all i needed. The theme of staples in the wood was continued throughout the rest of the building. I realise they need to mark stock, but their usage of staples is excessive. Some of the planks now look like they have been infected with woodworm. So, with the new parts and renewed interested I set forth to build the structure, which by now had been sitting on my patio for a long time waiting for replacement parts. It went up fairly simply without further problems until it comes to fitting the window frame and you realise these have been pre-assembled by some nailgun wielding Neanderthal, with oily hands, who has no concept of a set square and the usefulness it provides when trying to construct using right angles. This problem is made worse when you screw the windows into the window frame and you find they too have also been made by the same Neanderthal, or his twin brother, to the same hap-hazard tolerances. Windows and frames fitted (after some modification) but I seem unable to removed the oily hand prints. The doors were more or less the same quality as the windows with the shoddy workmanship meaning the perspex would not fit in the door. That meant another order of spare parts from garden buildings direct to replace the perspex and half the floor, which was missing. Was promised the parts would be 'with me by friday' after I explained I was having an 'lodge opening party' . Friday came and no sight of the parts. Another phone call later revealed the first person I spoke to neglected to place the order for me. Not to worry 'the parts will be with you on special order tomorrow morning' WOW, i thought! what great service recovery. Saturday came and went with the same quantity of missing parts arriving. On the next phone call 'we don't deliver Saturdays' Another apology and I was promised an investigiation to find out why I was blatently lied to. The parts are now to be delivered Tuesday, when I am back in work. Tuesday comes, no parts....finally delivered on the Wednesday. When the delivery finally turned up it appeared with the usual level of staples and stickers, where again, the stickers are placed directly onto the wood and not onto the packaging material and the wood riddle with woodworm....oh no, its the staples again! More worrying was the perspex. They had sent two sheets, instead of 1. 1 sheet had both protective layers on, the other had one protective layer missing and it was on this one unprotected side of perspex they decided to stick a delivery sticker, which basically ruined that peice of perspex. What made this situation all the more strange was the fact the perspex was then totally wrapped in cardboard to protect it, covering the ruining sticker and then the same sticker placed on the protective cardboard. I couldn't help but feel there was some malicious intent there. So, overall, I love my lodge, its just unfortunate that it is let down by the actions of the staff. So, i would recommend anyone who can get a lodge, get one as they are fantastic and have a great atmosphere, but try and get one from elsewhere.

“Tonge & Groove Shed”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 27/07/2013

After delivering the wrong shed they switched it 2 weeks later for the correct shed. Really I should've just got my money back but due to the start of building an extension I kept it for some storage. Well the quality of the shed is poor very flimsy doesn't fit together properly some panels are taller than others. I also bought the Tonge & Groove base, this came in four sections but just doesn't seem to fit the base of the shed properly. The base is also week & flimsy, when you walk on it you wait for it to snap. The shed is only 1yr old but it's already on borrowed time! In my very honest opinion these Billyoh sheds are a great idea to get into small spaces & to get through a doorway but in principle such waste of money should've just bought a budget cheap shed from B&Q which would've been stronger & probably outlast this shed by miles!

“Billy OH NO!!”

written by heardco on 24/07/2013

I bought a Billy OH shed from Kybotech via Argos, delivered within 2 days of placing the order so very prompt, when I got home from work I took one look at it and rang them to cancel the order and also asked for a full refund, I have never seen such shoddy workmanship in my entire life, the materials were flimsy and of very poor quality. The workmanship was appalling, the overlap cladding was stapled together, most of the staples had missed their mark and were sitting in fresh air and the others were too close to the edge and had split the wood, as for the floor and roof panels well I have seen thicker cardboard. After cancelling the order it has taken me almost 4 weeks to get them to come and take the thing away and that was after Argos threatened to collect it on their behalf and bill them £300.00 transport costs. When the driver collected the shed from my home he explained that he had collected 6 that very day from disgruntled customers now that tells a story.

“Terrible customer service”

written by NicJP on 19/07/2013

Ordered a wooden playhouse for my daughters birthday, was given a delivery date and took the day off work. Received an email a week later saying there was a delay and it would be another 3 days so rearranged my work holidays again. The playhouse didn't arrive despite me having received two confirmations that it had been dispatched and was in transit. I tried calling all day but received no response, next day I received an email saying sorry your item is out of stock and we do not have an expected date of restock. I called the customer service and asked how it was possible that my item could be both in transit and out of stock and they said they only realised it was out of stock when they were loading the delivery. Now I'm left with 1 week to find a replacement for my daughters birthday present and have to take more annual leave to arrange collection. When I asked customer service to cancel my order, they made it even more difficult and said it had to be received in writing and wasn't possible to cancel over the telephone.

“Worst company”

written by Anointed6 on 13/07/2013

Well, if I had seen this website before ordering the Village Hall Log Cabin, I would have got a carpenter from mybuilder.com to build me shed from scratch. It is an absolute disgrace that I paid nearly £3,000 and the item not delivered as stated. I received an email on 12 July 2013 from Kybotech to state that the shed would be delivered on Saturday 13 July 2013 between 6.00 am and 7.00 pm. I received no text, email or telephone message from the driver or the company to say whether or not they were able to deliver. I cannot take any time of work unless I give three days notice. This company should not be allowed to sell these sheds. Why don't Kybotech sell the sheds through reputable companies either John Lewis or Argos? This is not good enough. Well, on Monday I shall be contacting me credit card company to complain. I think the BBC Watch Dog or Dom from Fake Britain should look into GBD. I wonder what my favourite, news presenter, Eamonn Holmes, SKY news, would think of GBD.

“Don't bother!”

written by on 02/07/2013

This 4x7 Billy Oh shed is very flimsy. The base (even though it is sold as 'heavy duty' at an extra £40), is very insubstantial and the bearers are 1x1 untreated softwood so just not up to the job. The panels are warped and full of knots, and the uprights, again in the same flimsy 1x1 were so knotted and bent that it was almost impossible to get the door aperture squared off or the roof sections to square up. We had to reinforce the door frame in order to attach the hinges properly as the weight of the doors was too much. The roof boards are not proper wood so I am sure will attract moisture as you have to nail the felt on. I was told that if I modify anything (eg reinforce the floor or add more felt or use a bitumen glue,) that I will invalidate the ten year warranty. I don't see this shed lasting ten years. It took my builder friend and I pretty much the whole day to erect. Not impressed. Delivery although prompt was totally silent - so not abl to sign for hte goods and given no help storing - they were just dumped on my front lawn!

“MOST DISSAPOINTED - Never buy from this company”

★☆☆☆☆

written by geniveve on 27/06/2013

I ordered BillyOh 4000M Lucia Tongue & Groove Summerhouse 6x8 on 23rd May2013. When it was delivered I was not notified, therefore, although a signature should have been got it was left on my front drive. One strap holding wood together had split and the materials had moved on my driveway. Therefore I had no one to take the wood to my garage, as I was going to arrange for my son to be there. We started treating the wood and in doing so noticed a lot of substandard material eg: wood split, screws poking through where they shouldn't be pieces of wood broken off, in fact substandard material (I emailed the company 8 photos). These were the worst in fact there were more. I emailed them on Monday 17th June, I got a reply on Friday 21st July saying they would replace the parts if I told them which ones. Remember we had already treated the whole summerhouse, taking pictures as we went. Also I had contractors coming on Sat 22nd June to erect summerhouse. As I would have had to pay contractors for a wasted time, I emailed: “Thank you for getting back to me. I don’t think sending replacement parts is going to work, I feel I am going to have to put up with the sub-standard pieces and have them repaired as is possible during erection. The reason for this is that the work has already started, the wood has now been treated with 2 coats, and the contractors are coming tomorrow to erect the summerhouse. At this late stage it would cost me more to pay them extra for waste of a day. As I have to pay the contractors extra for the repair work, it might ease the situation if you would give me discount for the sub-standard pieces. When I took the pictures I didn’t write down which piece it was, I didn’t expect there to be so many, and the ones I sent were only the worst ones there were others which weren’t quite so bad, but still sub-standard. I did not get a reply to this email. So the erection finished with the contractors making good the pieces which were substandard. Come Sunday 23rd June the contractors were going to put the syrene in, only to find it was the wrong size, there was no way we could make it fit. Email again to notify them of the mistake in the wrong size windows. No apology, nothing, except a delivery notification that the correct windows are going to be delivered Friday 28th June tomorrow. I telephoned because the email looked like I was being sent another summerhouse and I didn’t want that. I was only going to receive the windows. I mentioned about the fact that I had asked for a refund due to the fact of substandard materials, lack of notification of delivery and also having the wrong windows sent. I was told that there would be no refund they don’t do that. I mentioned I was going to write a negative report on the internet and was told in not so many words to “Go ahead”.

“Avoid at all costs”

written by on 27/06/2013

Ordered two off-the-shelf sheds. After waiting 2 weeks for delivery I received part of my order, no delivery note and a driver that checked the items off. Delivery driver was also late despite giving me an 8 hour window. When I queried this over the phone within 15 minutes, I was told to unpack all the panels and look for a delivery note - which wasn't there because at least half of the delivery was missing. Several calls later, I was emailed a delivery note that didn't match my order. Emails went unanswered - have now rejected the order and will go elsewhere as I am not wasting anymore time on these. Goods that were delivered were of poor quality, with a number of split grooves and bashed corners. T&G base joists are about 25mmX25mm so are weak for even the 5' span. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought one of the 'BillyOH' Sportsman cabins two years ago. Customer service from Garden Buildings Direct was very good, and the Cabin arrived as planned. Very disappointed with the build quality of this model. Floor joists a very thin, will be lucky if they last 5 years. door and window frames nail gunned together without much care. I've had continuous problems with gaps appearing in the walls, which customer Service state 'is a due to 'recent climate changes'. In summary, buy it if cost is an absolute priority, otherwise avoid.

“Unhelpful, Unable to deliver goods as promised”

Ordered a BillyOh premium shed which I needed urgently. Find Garden Buildings Direct online. Website claims short delivery times on certain products. I choose a shed available on quick delivery ( not the one I want, but its available ). Telephone, place my order direct, express my urgent needs for it. Assured it will arrive. Excellent. Receive confirmation of order, and delivery despatch between 6am and 7pm. No more specific than that. Wait in all day on the Friday. Get to 5.30 goods not yet arrived. I call the office wait 10 minutes for someone to answer. They cannot tell me where product is as this is Sales and Logistics have gone home. Although he kindly calls couriers to discover my delivery was never collected and despatched by GBD as my email confirmation stated. Suggests I call back at 9am and speak to Logistics. Saturday am, telephone again and speak to Logistics. Another 15 minute phone call. UNHELPFUL, nor interested in my situation. Adamant there was nothing they could do. Could not confirm if it had been collected. Depot closed. Could not contact couriers. Couriers closed. I was told I could still get my delivery today, so I elect not to cancel my order. Two phone calls later to the courier company, I CAN find out that my delivery is at a despatch centre in Oxford awaiting despatch Monday. Couriers were So helpful. Do not use GBD if you need anything in a hurry. They are also not the cheapest. Happy to take your money in a hurry, and can process your order, but unable to deliver. Most unhelpful, time wasters

“totally unprofessional company”

I ordered a billyoh 300 deluxe range shed via the telephone and paid for it straight away. The person taking the order was helpful and everything went according to plan. I was told that i would receive a phone call on the day my delivery was due, which seemed fine. Thats when the everything went wrong. The shed was delivered at 10:50pm with no call to say they were coming, luckily i was available to take delivery. Upon unpacking the shed which only had 2 binding straps around it i found that there were no sides to it,also the roofing felt should have been delivered to someone else( So someone had mine . Also due to the flimsy packing straps part of the apex gables were broken. I contacted their customer service department via email. I received an automated reply saying that this would be sorted within 48 hours. Alas no reply so i sent another email and got no response. So my wife contacted their sales department who said that they would make a prioity note for it to be sorted straight away. Still the same. So now i would advice anyone of thinking buying a shed to look else where and pay just that little bit more or look locally. This company seems to be totally useless and unprofessional apart from taking your money and if they dont rectify problems to your satisfaction take them to the small claims court and seek compensation.

“BillyOh 400 shed 7ft by 3ft”

★★★★★

written by on 02/06/2013

I ordered a BillyOh 400 shed last week from garden buildings direct, as I've just moved into a new house with a big garden and needed somewhere to store my mower and other bits. I looked at other places but went with them as they gave me precise choice over what size shed to get, offered fast delivery and were reasonably priced. I paid and chose the next available delivery slot, which was in 2 days. Subsequently, I came on this site and read some terrible reviews and regretted making my purchase. Still, I waited for shed to arrive late with missing or broken bits, and prepared for a frustrating weekend. Shed arrived on time, with advance warning by email. The delivery driver let me check all the parts before leaving and offered helpful advice. All the parts were present and correct. Hopeful, I started assembling earlier today, still expecting the worst. However I was again pleasantly surprised to find that the instructions were clear (with the exception of how to anchor the base and attach the floor to the base once anchored), and the shed was straightforward to assemble, sturdy, and all the parts fit together well. It took a leisurely afternoon to assemble it, and I am very pleased with the result. I assembled it on my own and it took about 4 and a half hours excluding breaks and painting. I dont normally ever post reviews of things, but I wanted to post one to balance the very negative reviews on here. The only gripes I have are that no anchoring kit was provided, an the latch for the doors is very basic, but both those are minor hassles. It's worth noting that I am an expert DIYer, though this is the first shed I've ever assembled.

We bought a playhouse from his company. Arranged delivery, all seemed well until the day of the delivery. Received an e-mail day before saying delivery would be anytime between 6am and 7pm the next day. At 6.20am the next morning I received a phone call to my mobile from a delivery driver who at 6 am apparently could not access our gate so called to say he had left the property. I ask you what use is that? I tried to negotiate I was in and happy to let him in I just hadn't heard the doorbell at 6am if he'd rung my mobile immediately I'd have been able to let him in. He was very unhelpful and pretty rude to be honest, he also told me the office didn't open until 10am. At 8-9am I rang the office, no one could help, the only offer was a rescheduled delivery in a weeks time. I had the day off work to wait in for this delivery as it was, so I asked if it could be delivered that day. No managers were available so one was to call me back. Two hours later no phone call I called again, again someone will phone me back. No one ever did. I did however receive an e-mail saying my delivery was due today so I hoped they'd sorted it and waited in, nothing! Phoned again the next day to cancel order, no one was available with "the authority" to cancel an order I needed to e-mail. I send an e-mail heard nothing. I had to call two days later to check the status. Only positive thing to say about this company, they did refund promptly. Full refund within 10 days of the whole debacle. But definitely do not recommend anyone to use this company.

I purchased an 8 x 6 shed from gardenbuildingsdirect. a billy oh shed, and had it errected by a competent neighbour who had built many in his day. He told me it was the worst shed he had ever seen. It was awful to work with he told me. There were parts sent that were too short for the actual build. The qualiity was horrendous. The clout nails were more like drawing pins and the felt like paper. This resulted in the felt ripping loose within TWO days. There are gaps in my shed where the sides wont physically match up. Its a good job i didnt want this as a workspace as id be buggered. I made my complaint and the manager left me a voicemail and never called back. After two attempts i got through to him. Completely un-interested in what i had to say. I was offered a new roof despite me telling him id already sorted the roof, and £25 compensation. The £25 would only cover the costid paid out for new bigger clout nails and thick good quality felt. When i said this wasnt good enough he simply kept repeating himself saying '£25 was the maximum refund'. I told him it has maybe been damaged in transit or in the warehouse but this didnt seem to bother him either. I will NEVER use this companynagain! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

written by ChrissyDav on 26/05/2013

Ordered the Bunny Tower Playhouse, which CLEARLY said it was 6x7. I even rang before ordering to speak to one of the sales team, who confirmed this and also confirmed that while they advertised next day delivery the next delivery available was the following Wednesday or Friday (first failure). I chose Friday and provided them with my mobile number so they could call me about an hour before delivery allowing me not to be tied to the house all day. Two days before this delivery date I get a phone call from some dimwitted girl saying she was calling to arrange a delivery date. Three people, lots of complaining later and I hung up having been told that the Friday delivery WOULD take place. The following day an email confirming delivery for the following Monday. Cue another irate phone call and a lot of yelling. Given a discount on the price but not as much as I wanted given the massive inconvenience. Delivery happened on the Monday, but they did not call as they promised to give me any warning so just by luck I was in fact home. Product is not 6 x 7!! It is no where near! Called the company today and had the misfortune to speak to Ricky, who was rude, arrogant and basically told me that the 6 x 7 was nothing to do with the measurements but an internal coding. What a load of c£ap! They expect me to believe that they are the the only company in the world who do not believe that 6 x 7 when used as part of the product description is not a dimension. They are underhand, and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards! Ricky, you should not be dealing with customers in fact you should not be allowed to speak to anyone without some sort of supervision. You are clearly used to getting calls like mine and have your little list of lies all ready to trot out and avoid taking any responsibility. Talking to you was just a waste of breath and time, and life is to short for me to speak to these types of companies/people! To prove a point I called back and spoke to the sales line, and questioned them on the dimensions (as a pretend potential customer) and THEY told me that it was 6x7!!! So it is confirmed they are lying to customers, taking their money and sod them when they complain. In fact both people (Ricky and the Sales line) both confirmed that a lot of people called them unhappy with the products as a result of the dimensions in reality compared to the descriptions on the internet site. Why the hell don't they do something about it then???!!! it is just dishonest! The really ironic thing, if they had not tried to pull the wool over our eyes, and had just been honest about the dimensions of the play house we would have simply brought a bigger one from them, so by being crooks they have lost money as a result of their own deception. Product is ok .... not great, and definitely better out there. In addition the pictures on the internet of the play house are misleading at best!! Not in a pink fit could you get any thing remotely similar into the house as they have on the net. I am all for putting your best foot forward to sell items but seriously they take it to far. Again it would verge on illegal as far as Trading Standards is concerned!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THERE ARE BETTER, HONEST CUSTOMER FOCUSED COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT!!!!!

“Billy oh 8x6 apex double door feather board shed”

★★☆☆☆

written by Ricksweb on 19/05/2013

We've previously bought a tongue and groove 10x10 apex double door shed from here, and it was fantastic. It came with four sides made up, and tongue and groove floor and roof panels. I cannot fault it, and have added insulation, boarded over the walls, added power and floor insulation, plywooded over. It's rock solid and good quality. So, when I bought a 8x6 one (not tongue and groove) I expected similar. Wrong. There was a real transport issue with our first shed, with one guy delivering these huge panels - surely breaching a number of health and safety at work standards. So they've broken the sheds down into smaller panels and it takes a lot longer to put together, and there's more to go wrong, in particular warping. Took 6 hours to put together which is about double what I expected. It's OK for a basic shed, but my real gripe is the number of parts which reduces strength and takes ages to erect. Also, I didn't check the height as my 10x10 is fine, but the 8X6 is quite low - ok for a allotment shed but useless as a workshop. It's a shame quality has dropped as my last 10x10 shed made me a Billy Oh convert. Unless you're a competent and enthusiastic DIYer, accept you gotta pay more and use a local firm where you can view the product first. We paid £259 but could have paid £375 locally for a better quality product - still does the same job though so you makes your choice!

I think it depends what you've ordered and whether you need any after-sales service. It seems the simpler the job the less likely there is to be a problem. We ordered a large summerhouse and had a terrible experience. Firstly the wrong lengths of wall were delivered. We asked for a new delivery but they re-supplied only the parts that had been incorrect. This took so long that the originally correct parts warped and were unusable. It then took a similar time to convince them to re-send a new building. They even asked for all the old wood to be returned then sent a van too short to carry most of it. We ordered in March and only finally completed the summerhouse in October. It's difficult to find the right person (if anyone) to talk to and there seem to be three different companies involved; the manufacturer ('Kybotech'), the seller ('GardenBuildingsDirect') and the delivery firm (who, conversely, were excellent). They are substantially cheaper than most other manufacturers and the summerhouse itself (although not perfect as you might expect for the price; you will want a good firm to build it for you) is decent enough. Personally I would, if you're within the required period, cancel and go to one of the larger, reputable companies that have real UK offices / showgrounds (e.g.. Burtenshaw). The extra you spend will be worth it for reliability and service.

Hi Valeriesandy, You may be one of the lucky customers who didn't have problems but unfortunately we did. What are you worried about and how long ago you did you place the order because we had delays with the delivery and something didn't sit right with the wait beforehand... Not sure if you read my review about this company, but my partner and I have never experienced such shoddy service nor goods and I battled with the company with the help of my credit card company to get a refund while we waited for them to collect the log cabin. I have photographic evidence of all the curved planks and log cabin in its final stages which was assembled by two experts who agreed the shoddy materials were appalling. If you ordered by credit card, I'd suggest contact them asap and tell them of your dilemma as they protect you under the Consumer Act to get you a refund should you have a problem. Hope that helps?

Hope your one of the lucky ones, make sure you get the right shed when it's delivered as I was delivered the wrong shed the first time. Also check all pieces are their to build it as soon as you can, this can really hold you up with bits missing. I have the Tongue & Groove Shed & tbh the quality isn't all that. It's very flimsy & weak & doesn't fit on the top quality base floor (well that's what they called it). Make sure you purchase a couple of tubes of translusant silicone to put between the panels to keep it water tight! Also my doors don't meet by 10-20mm & had to buy a pink of wood to cover it. I'm sorry I can't recommend these sheds to anybody. Good Luck

It depends on the quality level you're expecting, I ordered a Billy Oh Licoln 4000 shed (16x10) and the quality was nowhere near what I was expecting - structurally seems quite flimsy and as for the roof and felt - 8mm chipboard and basic level felt - think it'll need re-roofing in 18-24 months!

I don't think so, it's more of an inconvenience really, because if you start putting the thing together and find out you're an item short, the job stops ! However, in my case I was quite lucky, I was able to fabricate the missing part myself (that was where the videos provided by gardenbuildingsdirect on the website were usefull. I would say at this point that if I'd had to fabricate the missing item from the instructions, I wouldn't have managed. (In other words... the videos are better than the instructions). I think 'should I be worried ?' is a tough question to answer accurately; I would say that the bits fit together quite well and if you've watched the videos, erecting the thing is quite intuitive, so if you are fairly competent at DIY, you won't have a problem, in fabricating any missing bits (if there are any of course. if on the other hand you don't know the differrence between a chisel and a screwdriver you'll find it difficult. 2 tips : Firstly : the screws and stuff are pretty low quality - I used screws and stuff from my own stock. Secondly : I used an impact screwdriver to erect the shed - far easier than drilling and screwing but of course not everyone is fortunate enough to own one In summary - don't panic, just take time out to arrange all the pieces on a lawn / flat surface and check everything is there before you start; after that.... take your time ! Would I but from this company again ? - absolutely !
