“Great Service with a smile”

I dropped my car off at the centre, arriving 10 minutes before opening time and staff greeted me keenly, inviting me to sit in a comfortable waiting room for a brief wait until the booking in staff arrived. I was dealt with very efficiently and given all the information I needed. After the repair which was efficiently completed within the time given, I was able to collect the car without delay, allowing me to beat rush hour traffic.

“Car repairs”

Very efficient service from start to finish. Fitted in with my working hours, car collected from work and returned to work. Courteous staff both on the phone and in person. My car was returned looking like new.

“Car Paint work repair”

The team were very helpful and kept us informed of their progress. They sent us photos by email to show the work they had done. Overall we are very happy with the service. Just to had they even spotted that the engine was a bit low on oil.

I was very impressed by the customer service I received. All the way through I was advised about progress and timescales. Also any appointments made were promptly kept. Usually when dealing with garages I feel at a disadvantage but I did not have that experience this time.

“Light repair to my Audi A3”

Your staff were professional and friendly. Everything was clearly explained. My car was returned clean and tidy. My only issue was that I clearly requested my car be returned same day or next day. It was not returned until the third day (Taken Wednesday 14th, returned Friday 16th). I consider this an excessive period of time for replacing one rear light cover.

“Service”

Well organised. I took pictures of the damage, e-mailed them to garage, they ordered parts and only booked in the car when parts were in. Collected car on the Monday and car delivered back a week later. Over 30 years of experience dealing with disorganised car repair garages leaves me well placed to give Solus a glowing report.

“Mercedes returned dirty and oversprayed spot”

“Excellent Customer Service”

After driving for years with no accident, I have now had the misfortune to experience two within the past year! Through my insurance on both occassions my car has been dealt with by Solus in Bishops Stortford. Sadly on the first occasssion my car was considered not economically viable to repair, however both times I have been extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Solus, they arranged to collect my car and gave me a courtessey car, and kept me fully informed of progress through out both events. No matter who I spoke to from the organisation I was treated with courtessy and respect. Solus appears to be a company who has not forgotten what providing good customer service actually means. I collected my repaired car yesterday following my second accident, and the workmanship looks excellent, which is exactly what I was expecting from Solus. They had even valeted my car before I collected it!

“Citroen C1”

I was involved in a rta on the 31st of August , my citroen C1 was badly damaged , all the rear end was smashed in . Solus took my car for repair , and as it was a 65 plate , i thought they would write it off . But it came back on the 12th of sept , like a brand new car of the lot . I carnt praise them enough . Highly reccomended , and very informative , at every aspect of my repair and delivery . Thankyou , all the solus team.

“Quality service ”

From the outset when Aviva handed us over to Solus. They were professional and also listened to our personal needs. They explained what would happen when it would happen and kept us inform of every detail along the way. Our personal needs were whilst the car was being fixed we were on our holidays so delivery would be a problem. Not for Solus they kept the car safe for us until our return even sent me email knowing I was abroad to me that was great service and they even let me come pick it up earlier than scheduled as my wife needed the car as soon as we were back. I like to say a massive thank you to Solus it's companies like yours that keep people like me smiling I shall certainly recommend your service to whom ever asks.

“Keeping me informed at all times ”

My insurance company put me in touch with Solus to repair my car. From the very beginning everyone was extremely polite and courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way by personally calling me or leaving a text if I wasn't available. Solus arranged for my car to be collected and returned at times to suit me and also let me know when they were on their way. I would have absolutely no problem with recommending Solus to anyone as their service was exemplary.

“Pretty seemless process”

No complaints from my end with the guys at Solus. They kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my car, and that's all I could have asked for. The repairs were to a very high standard and the car looked immaculate when I picked it up. The lady on the reception is really friendly and chased everything up for me within a few hours. Would happily recommend to others.

“Need to improve ”

Like- the staffs that came to collect the car and the staff that came to deliver the car are very good, knowledgeable and well approached Solus Garage did not meet up with the time to collect the car. Neither they did not finish the work on time. Some of the job listed to be done on my car are not done. They also need to communicate or update customers about their car.

Not sure about head office procedures, but you can always try them, also complain to your insurance company & specify a time scale for reply, if Aviva chances are they will not respond, then go to the insurance ombudsman & get them to look into the issue with your insurance company & respectfully request that the poorly repaired vehicle is taken to a manufacture approved repairer to fix the problems.
