The service provided was friendly and efficient. There is loads of room for parking and you immediately get the impression these guys know what they are doing. The repair was carried out to the timescale we agreed and to a very high standard. Finally the car was valetted and we were invited to inspect the repair in daylight to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of service. Very impressed.

Very good service, good communications, friendly helpful staff. Accident repair to bumper good standard, paintwork looks slightly brighter but will probably fade after a few months, overall pleased with outcome.

Accident end-MAy 2106 Repair mid-Sept 2016 Car collected on your chosen day (Thur). Not inspected until Mon; returned to us on following Monday. Local repair shop had quoted 3-4 days and I thought he was a bit long. Whole insurance process was difficult and you come in on the tail end so you start with that handicap. Although I am not paying for repair directly it still feels like an overpriced outcome esp in terms of rental car days, and that bumps up premiums. Repair looks OK and front-line courtesy was also OK. Glad its all over!

Very poor service from start to finish 1. Took 3 days to pick car from my house 2 made me wait at home for 2 days and never showed up 3. Provided me with poor courtesy car, corsa for a range rover sport even though they could have given me a better car 4. Engineer made mistakes ordering parts 5. Damaged my key and would not take responsibility 6. I will take them to court. Keep away from solus, very poor service.

The guys at Solus did a lovely job. Car was picked up from my work and a courtesy car was left for me.They kept me up to date of the work they were carrying out on my vehicle.The courtesy car was very clean.I received my car back as good as new very happy customer. :)

I had a small bump a few weeks ago and the car was collected on the day it was meant to be and a courtesy car was supplied. On inspection there was more damage than I had at first thought and the work was agreed. When the work was completed I was contacted to agree the time and date it would be returned. In actual fact the driver rang me on the day of delivery to see if he could deliver it earlier that day which I agreed. On arrival the car was like new, it had been washed and had been valeted and the driver was extremely courteous and friendly. I was without my car for longer than I would have liked but the condition it is now makes up for that.

It took 4 weeks to repair one tiny bit of damage and the car's come back with chipped paint nowhere near where the original damage was. Can I have your email address so I can send you the pictures. Thanks

From the moment I contacted my insurance company until the time Solas returned my car I could not have been kept more up-to-date with the progress of my repair. This included texts and phone calls. A courtesy car was provided which was clean, comfortable and economic to run. My car was returned in excellent condition. I would recommend that you take pictures of the courtesy car when it is delivered as your evidence of its condition. When mine was ready to be returned a scrape to the alloys was recorded which I knew I had not caused. The delivery driver contacted the office who confirmed that this was damage that had been recorded before I got the car. The original delivery driver had not logged this on the sheet I had been left. This was a minor worry that was quickly resolved.

My car had been hit so I rang my insurance company who arranged for Solus to contact me. They rang me and arranged to collect my car and deliver a courtesy car within 24 hours. Whilst they had my car they rang me with updates and texts to keep me informed as to what was going on. My car was repaired within a week. A Completely hassle free service provided and every time I spoke to someone they were very helpful and prompt in replying. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the speed and service from this company. They collected my car on a Tuesday and I got a call the very next day saying they had completed the work and my car was ready! This was very quick service, exceeding my expectations. The team were very friendly (over the phone and the man that came out to collect and return my car) which makes a big difference as you feel more at ease and confident in their service. I was regularly kept informed and up to date with the situation and what was happening. Everything went to plan how they had advised me, no problems or issues at all and no delay in anything! Very satisfied :)

Communicating with the staff at Solus was easy, a mixture of email, telephone and face-to-face for the recovery/delivery drivers. Everything seems to have gone well.

Initially the service for assessing the damage was very prompt - within 24 hours of reporting the incident to insurers. However, having been told that this assessment could allow parts to be ordered to avoid delays later, this didn't transpire to be the case - there seemed to be several days when parts were on order, and the updates on progress were infrequent (I had to call into the service centre regularly for updates on likely timing for the car to be returned). Towards the end I found that estimates as to when the car would be ready fell some way short - whilst the telephone operators could always indicate which stage the car was up to in its process, there was never a meaningful indication of how long that stage would take, and when pushed for estimates of timing these actually fell short. This was particularly disappointing towards the end of the process, when it was made clear the vehicle was really needed, and yet relatively brief stages (polish and valet) seemed to take far longer than was needed.

When you have an accident it is so hard to understand what the next steps are. I was refrred by a friend to have the repairs done from Solus. I came in for an estimate where the engineer was the upmost friendly guy I have ever met. He took pictures of my car and advised that the bumper will be repaired. I then had my appointment. The level of service from the customer service team was exceptional, it was a friendly atmosphere especially so early in the morning.. The repairs were done in less time than was stated .. I was informed of the estimated completion date via text at my request and it was done a day earlier. I was able to collect my car which was gleaming and blended so well. I am so thankful to ALL the staff.. If I or anyone I know ever have another accident I would come here for repairs.
