“Superb customer support, I couldn't ask for more !”

This has been a thoroughly positive experience, as much as it could be after an accident ! I made one call to my insurance company with accident details, etc. Solus collected my car from the house within a couple of weeks as it was still driveable, and took it away to be repaired and left a 16 plate Corsa courtesy car which was fine for what we needed. They transferred my insurance over to the courtesy car for me. Although the repairs took longer than expected I was kept informed of progress, and reasons why. My car was returned to the house fully sorted and repaired, and had been washed and valeted which I wasn't expecting - a nice surprise. The guys collecting and dropping back my car were very informative, and explained things very clearly. The service was second to none and took out any potential stress. I whole-heartedly recommend Solus, fantastic customer support.

“Great Repair Centre”

Jut picked my car up from solus. Really pleased with the job they did on my car (feel better to drive now than it did before). They were constantly in touch during the process updating me on progress, and job was finished 2 days earlier than anticipated! So really pleased with the repair and the service!!!

“My poor motor”

...was completely bashed in on one side by an out of control vehicle whilst I was parked and having arranged to have the car picked up by a very thorough driver and transporter who took great care in detailing the damage. Solus put the car marvellously back together again. I was kept well informed on almost a daily basis of progress on the repair - which I a very much appreciated. Thank you.

“Excellent services”

The service provided by Solus Park Royal was excellent, this was arranged by my insurance company. The time taken to get the repairs was reasonable. I liked the fact that I had the option to have my car collected from my home address and returned after repairs. However the return was one day after repairs has finished which I was not planning for. The company has kept me informed at all stages. I can not comment on the cost, as it was paid by my car insurance. Over all I was happy with their services.

“Excellent friendly service ”

My car was collected and returned within a few days within the times specified by Solus so there was no need for me to hang around for too long. The staff were very friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person, the car was delivered back to me in excellent condition having been cleaned and valeted.

“Fast Efficient Quality.”

Amazingly efficient. We were asked for pictures of the damage and later told that the car would be collected when the parts had been received. The car was collected on the specified day, two hours earlier at the request of the driver. He estimated that it would take four or five days (which was expected) and left the courtesy car. We were called next day to say the car was ready and the driver would bring it back later that day. You can't beat that. The car looks as good as new and had been valeted throughout. You can't beat that either. Thank you.

THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT SOLUS WHO WAS INVOLVED IN REPAIRING OUR CAR AFTER AN ACCIDENT. WE WERE KEPT INFORMED FROM THE START ABOUT COURTESY CAR, WHEN THE PARTS WERE COMING IN, WHEN THE CAR WOULD BE READY. THE SERVICE WAS IMPECABLE FROM EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF THAT WE DEALT WITH. “Good job on repairs, customer service could be improved.”

When organising to have my car picked up I was told anytime between 1:00 and 4:30, which was fine but when it got to 4:30 with no call to say you were on your way I had to chase you up. I had deliberately come into work half an hour early so I could take time out of my working day to sort it out but you turned up at around 5:30. The updates re progress on my vehicle were good as, when I couldn't answer the phone, Chidosi (apologies if spelling incorrect) left a message with details and rough timescales. Generally I spoke with Chidosi and he was very polite and professional as well as friendly. The only issue I had was when reporting the issue I had with a pictured tyre. On the Saturday Chidosi agreed to return my car and collect your courtesy car the following Monday and the replacement of the tyre would be sorted out after. I queried the list of chages and he thought they would apply. Today I got a call to advise you wouldn't return my car until I replaced/repaired the tyre. This was difficult to arrange and had I know this on Saturday I would have had more time to try and get the car sorted out without having the stress of getting it done this morning to ensure my car could be returned. I believe this was no fault of Chidosi's as he was just trying to be helpful on Saturday, using the training he has had, however perhaps further training/knowledge would help prevent conflicting information being given and create a more positive customer experience. The work done to the car itself does look very good and I am pleased with the outcome.

If the car develops a puncture it is the responsibility of the customer to repair or replace the tyre, however we are pulling the calls from Saturday to ensure Chidozie has all the information he needs should this situation reoccur.

Not sure about head office procedures, but you can always try them, also complain to your insurance company & specify a time scale for reply, if Aviva chances are they will not respond, then go to the insurance ombudsman & get them to look into the issue with your insurance company & respectfully request that the poorly repaired vehicle is taken to a manufacture approved repairer to fix the problems.
