Only had my new car for two years.when my wife drove my car to work and parked it . She works in old people's home were visitors come and go all day. When one chap tried to park his car by mine and hit my car about 3 times.i was so annoyed when she came home . Was very impressed with how swiftly Solus contacted me and came out to view the damage. I was expecting to wait for a considerable amount of time before my car was repaired, due to the parts needed and was amazed how speedily Solus were able to get them within 2 days of viewing the damage. I was working when my car needed to be repaired and Solus came and collected the car from my works address and dropped off a hired car. This was greatly appreciated, as it caused me little disruption to my working day. The next day they delivered the car back to my home completely repaired. The car had also been polished and cleaned and was a very pleasant surprise it looked as good as new. When I spoke to staff on the phone they were always very helpful and left messages to keep me informed. Great service provided from all the team.

Having had an accident in my car I dreaded the hassle of getting it repaired etc. Solus were fantastic... collected my car from home and then delivered it back, good as new a week later. No hassle at all!

I was very impressed with the company. They contacted me on the same day that I advised my insurance company of the accident. I sent photos through as requested and the engineer contacted me to discuss the damage. They ordered the necessary parts and booked my car in for repair. The parts arrived earlier than expected so they contacted me to see if the car was available earlier that the booking in date. The car was collected that day and was returned later the same day. Very impressed with the company and the repair.
