Had my vehicle via an insurance company. Keeps me fully updated on the repair work during the 5/7 days they had it. Friendly and professional staff both on the phone and when the vehicle was collected and returned. Repair completed within the time specified and quality of work very good.

The service I had from Solus was second to none! Communications were great (the driver who was picking the car up was delayed and called to let me know) the drivers that picked up and delivered back were polite and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The staff that contacted me from the Solus Centre were friendly, efficient and reassuring. I was given all the information that I needed and all my concerns were addressed. The work that has been carried out is fabulous. I can't fault the process, the timescales and the workmanship. I would recommend Solus to everyone. Only one small observation. The payment machine had a funny five minutes and couldn't give a receipt for my payment and I was promised that I will be sent a receipt, which I'm sure will appear in due course.

Youre mechanics have not only failed to repair my car wheel which had a chip in it, they also didnt fix the rattle in my car and to top it all off i have found that during your valet service there has also been a section of paint that has been taken off

Looking at the images of the damage the wheel was mentioned and I can see our Production Lead is speaking with the engineer about this to see how/why it was missed. Once back onsite we will be able to look at the loss of paint on the bonnet.

Nice job on repairing car, pick up and collection was not quite as organised as previous transactions with other companies. Car was clean on the outside, and I know it’s not part overall of the service, but a little more attention to detail on inside cleaning of car would have been nice.

The garage kept me updated at all times on the progress of the work and any other issues that came up. As the car was so new I was concerned about the quality of the work. When the car returned I was very happy about the quality of the work and I would recommend them to family and friends. Fantastic service. Great Work thank you.

This was my first digital experience with solid and I was impressed with both the online experience and the handover to the workshop, quality if repair and collection/return service. All managed seamlessly giving me peace of mind. Also got a decent replacement car, although not as big, but comfortable and an automatic that kept me going until the repairs were done. All in all, happy with the service quality.

After sending my car to be repaired at Solus, the communication was fantastic, keeping me updated as to when it would be completed. I had to return the car to have a sensor cover replaced, once again the service was fantastic and they even cleaned my car inside and out for a second time!! No mean feat when I work in a stable yard!! Many thanks to all at Solus for getting me back on the road!!

Solus Hitch were the garage that my insurers recommended to carry out the repairs on my car. Solus contacted me to arrange the date and times for the visual inspection of the car at my home so that parts can be ordered in time for when it went in for repairs. The engineer called on the day of the inspection and estimated time of arrival which wasn't missed. A date was agreed for the car to go in for repairs and on the day of the collection I was called and provided an estimate time of arrival, which again was kept to. Following the collection I was called by the engineer to provide an outline of the work to be carried out and how long it would take. They also advised when I would be given an update on progress and which they kept to. Throughout the time when the car was with Solus Hitchin, they kept me informed on how the repairs were progressing and kept the date for when the car would be returned to me. When I did have to call the office, their Customer Service agent who answered my call was informative and always followed up on any action he had undertaken. I was very happy with the way Solus Hitchin handled my case and the quality of the work carried out. Happy to recommend Solus Hitchin to my friends and family

1. A contact stating our car repair would be completed by Tues 12th . So I phoned to say fine . But the loan car woul be in Corby till Thursday night so you could return our car and pick up the loan car Friday anytime ..your operator told me that was not a problem . 2 Another contact from yourselves now you want to return our car on Monday the 11th no problem but the loan car will be in Corby from 8.30 am and that apparently did not suit your company 3. Another contact it’s now Friday afternoon . We are returning your car today. and the driver is on his way .why that could not have been arrange initially is still a bloody mystery 4 .I will inform you my wife has many patients booked throughout the week and cannot and will not take time time off letting people down to suit Solus Signed

This was a repair through my insurance company, General Accident. As this was the first claim that I have had I was not familiar with the claims process and the repairer that GA used. I found Solus Erith provided both excellent service and a repair that was completed to a very high standard. The most important aspect of a claim is that the repair is completed to the highest of standards and I am satisfied that my repair was completed to this standard. In addition to the actual repair, I was very pleased with the level of service I received. I was provided with a courtesy car and I was kept informed of the progress of my repair. I liked receiving electronic updates from Solus on the status of my repair as well as their telephone communication when needed. On one occasion I did need to contact Solus and their staff were very polite and helpful and dealt with my request in a very professional way. Therefore, my experience with Solus was very good and I would have no hesitation in using them again or for recommending them to others.

These guys really know how to fix a car take it from a bad state and fully give it the works making it look absolutely brand new again. They even cleaned the body work as my car is well over 10 years.
