I could cry after reading the rest of these reviews, if only I had done my research properly and read them before purchasing our sad excuse of a kitchen. It seems the same thing keeps happening time and time again to other people-awful quality, incorrect fixings, colour differences on frontages, the list goes on........ No help from non-existant customer services. I have referred this to Consumer Direct and am taking their advice. Trading Standards are being included too. I think Watchdog need to be informed as I feel so sad for all of the consumers out there who have received the same diabolical service.

In June I ordered a double oven housing/plinth/cherry doors. I only needed 1 unit to re-arrange my existing kitchen. I sill got calls offering me a designer visit though as nobody seems to actually read the emails sent to them. Monday last (15th August) 2 doors arrived but left at neighbours house, today a plinth arrived to the correct address, still waiting for oven housing but I live in hope!!

Vance Miller conman, ars*hole, thief. Deal with him at your own risk. Trading standards are impotent as they have already unsuccessfully taken him to court ( due to a technicality) and apparently cannot do so again, so he gets away scot free. It would be better to give your money to charity rather than this poor excuse of a man. You will never see your money or kitchen after.

There is nothing I like about this company. They are not even worthy of one star. I am only sorry I did not read these reviews before I parted with my money, which had to be cash or bankers draft. When the kitchen was delivered parts were missing, damaged, or dirty. When I rang them it was difficulty to get through, then I was kept hanging on the phone for a least 15mins, this happen every time I rang. They made promise after promise and I had to cancel my fitter twice because they never turned up. After being without any sort of kitchen for 2 months I had to purchase another one. They have been informed the parts are waiting to go back but I've never heard from them. They are based in Hull so beware, they may even change their name. DONT BUT FROM THEM.

I bought a completed kitchen from SIMPLY KITCHENS Keighley in June 2010! Lots of items were missing, faulty, wrong colour, damaged etc! I made over a hundred calls to customer services, spoke to a lady who put me through to someone else, only to ring out! I did some research, and found out where the main office is. Vance Miller is the owner at Cardwell Street Oldham. Grr!! If only knew. After no resopnse, I took myself off on a little trip, with all the faulty goods, and wrong goods plus the missing list with me. I found where they were. OMG. What a complete dump. A lot of drop outs, a lot smoking weed!! Guess What, they didnt have the items in stock, ha ha. So 7 trips later, I think I am finally ready for the kitchen fitter., only o find doors were the incorrect white, and oven and freezer were not working. Only by pestering them by my visits did I finally get them replaced, and the kitchen was fiited just in time for Christmas day!!. It is far from perfect, and now themixer tap has broken and the white laminate is lifting from the doors!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, who do go under about 30 different names!!I am not giving them even one star rating, they should be minus stars!

Talk about too good to be true. Well thats what this company is, i really wish i saw all these reviews before placing an order with them. Alarm bells rang when i got the quote, but when u think yr having a good quality product at a great price u think you've bagged a bargin! I've parted with over £2,000 and for what! Half of the kitchen was'nt delivered, wrong handles came, doors damaged, high gloss i think not! I've phoned,and written, but all i get is fobbed off. Cheesed rite off is'nt close to how i really feel. I'm not sure how the hell they can still trade! I really hope no more vunerable people get ripped off like i have!!!

I wouldn't even give them one star! I have been trying to get my deposit back for over a year now. When you email you get no reply, when you ring the switchboard staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT EVEN LET THEM IN YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

Thanks to all you guys and i am so sorry to hear of your misfortune... LUCKILY i have read these comments, i had a guy round tonight quoting 3k for a full kitchen WITH Granite Worktop! PAYMENT by Cash or Bankers Draft PLUS the price quoted, are big giveaways... as the saying goes if something is to good to be true - it usually is... hence why i checked online, as it just seemed impossible!!! Lokks like i have had a big escape, but when i asked him if i could pay once all was BUILT and DELIVERED- with a deposit by Credit Card - he couldnt get out of the door quick enough!!!

I am disgusted and really feel for all you people who have given your hard earned cash to these apparant schisters, i hope you get your money back and i URGE YOU to call Watchdog!!!!!!!!!

Wish I'd seen these reviews earlier. Having similar experiences as everyone else - substandard items, parts missing etc then having to deal with incredibly rude staff (when you can get hold of them!)It says on the back of the order form that you can return within 7 days - just wondering if anyone has done this and if they have got their money back?

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THE APPLIANCES ARE MAKES I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF, CHEAP RUBBISH, THE UNITS ARE DEFINETLY SUB STANDARD, MY FITTER THINKS THEY HAVE BEEN STORED IN WRONG CONDITIONS AS THEY ARE VERY BRITTLE.
AFTER READING REVIEWS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO DELIVERY I RANG THEM TO PUT MY MIND AT REST, THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND TOLD ME NOT TO PAY UNTIL WE CHECKED IT, WHICH MY FITTER DID. ON CONSTRUCTING THE KITCHEN HE DISCOVERED PARTS WERE REQUIRED WHICH THE PLANNER HAD NOT PUT ON, EG CORNER POST FOR CORNER UNIT, FASCHIAS FOR LARDER DOORS, END PANEL TO LARDER UNIT, DISHWASHER MEASUREMENT WAS TOO BIG SO DOOR HAD TO BE CUT, NO SHELF OR GRILL MESH TO OVEN. THE DOORS ARE SECONDS, ITS HIGH GLOSS SO IN CERTAIN LIGHT THERE ARE DENTS. I HAVE CONSTANTLY RANG THESE VERY IGNORANT, BAD MANNERED PEOPLE, THEY HANG UP AND CUT YOU OFF MID SENTENCE. 8 WEEKS ON I STILL HAVE NO END PANEL ON LARDER OR BASE UNIT, NO OVEN SHELF OR GRILL MESH OR DOOR FASCHIAS.
I HAVE EMAILED THEM POLITELY AND WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS IF I DONT HAVE A POSITIVE RESULT IN 7 DAYS. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE OVEN HAS BROKE TODAY!
