“Appalling Service - Waiting 4 months , so far !!”

Appalling service. Ordered an East Coast chair 4 months ago. Keep getting emails saying delayed, but still no sign of it. Should have received it today, but nothing - as usual. They take your money, and keep promising delivery will be on xxxxxx, but all a lot of hot air. Order number 387249 I'm about to cancel if this doesn't arrive VERY SOON, as this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

“Horrific customer service ”

I purchased an out and about little nipper double pushchair and accessories in October 2019. I barely used it and by March 2020 it was dangerously faulty. It took weeks of email correspondence , up to 7 working days in between communication to get any reply. I returned it once finally in July only for it to be returned faulty again. I asked for a refund at this stage and yet again they returned the re fixed item to myself with no communication. 7 months later and now hopefully the item is useable. They take no responsibility as the retailer of the items and even tried to blame me for the faults. The pushchair was coming Unclipped in use and actually bruised one of my children. Beware kiddie kingdom they do not care about after service or the safety of your child in the items they sell. They have ignored half of my emails in this process and getting through on the phone is near impossible.

“Awful company”

Awful company, terrible customer service. bulky Item arrived faulty (cotbed) and such was unable to build it due to one faulty part. For a company that offers next day delivery I naiively thought it would be an easy fix for them, but it takes them days to respond to emails and they don't answer the telephone. I still have not received the part I need, and I have been chasing this up for a few weeks now. Use this company at your peril, as they are useless with customer aftercare, I would not recommend, and would have happily paid more to deal with a more professional company.

I paid 130 pounds 3 weeks ago for a chicco chair that was supposed to be delivered by thr 20th May. Contacted them but have not come back to me. Have no way to know whether I will receive the chair or a way to get a refund. So far they have taken a 130 payment in exchange for nothing.

Totally disappoined by Kiddies Kingdom!!!!! I can not express enough my disapointment. I have ordered a cot on 31.03 for next day delivery. Originally I was sent an e-mail for confirmation and a coulpe of hours later received another one saying that the cot JUST ran out of stock and I shoud wait 7-10 working days and someone will contact me if the item is still out of stock. Obviously I was patient enough and waited. After I waited 10 working days and 2 phone call of my side I was told to wait for them to contact the supplyer. Made a 3rd one after a week of waiting. I was told that the cod will be delivered to them the next day and to me by the end of the week. Guess what ,I got an e-mail the next day (the day of the supposed delivery of the cot to them) that my order order has been SLIGHTLY delayed and will be delivered to KK the week after Made a 4th call. I was asked if I want my money back or I will wait ?!?!?! !? 20 days to my due date (and 23 days after my purchase) If I knew that they are so "serious" I would cancel the order at the very begining and ensure myself a piece of mind in my 9th month of pregnancy. I will never ever order anything from them. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

“Pice match?? Hell NO!!!!!”

I have had the most appalling experience with this company. All i wanted to do was a price match a item but they refused by making excuses- the person I dealt with from that company simply could not be bothered to explain why!!! I provided every bit of information and Proof but i guess putting out a bold statement of “ we can price match and then 15% off” is too much for them to handle. Absolutely misleading and I am sure illegal to some extent. Avoid avoid avoid This company

Ordered a Cybex Solution Z Fix car seat. All was going well until the DPD courier tried to deliver a box that said was a Joie stroller. Of course at the doorstep with this looking like was not what I ordered I refused to accept the package. It was past 1700hrs so had no option to hold the delivery driver (which he'd probably not have stayed anyway) as the telephone lines are closed post 1700hrs, so the driver took the box away. Telephoned the following day and spoke to a person from customer services....worst customer services agent have experienced and I asked to speak to a Manager after he tried fobbing me off saying it's in the T&C's that some items are delivered in other boxes if they have been sent from the supplier in multiple quantitues in a crate. I tried to explain I know how they are delivered from Cybex as ordered the same product for my other car only a few weeks back, so my concern is if not boxed I'm not happy as how do I know product is brand new, and if sent by "supplier" unboxed then how do I know the integrity of the product and has not been damaged in transit? As say tried fobbing me off with T&C's....Nothing in T&C's re this bit is a small note in the delivery section. Why would I need to read delivery details for a product that has free delivery? No contact back from any manager, still no refund. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs. This comes from a person that never normally submits reviews of companies.

“Still waiting a month after placing order”

I placed an order with them on the 1st of April, 5-10 working days came and went, still nothing. Phoned up and was told that there had been a delay from the supplier and they would be getting some in ‘mid next week.’ That came and went also so another phone call and ignored email later apparently they have the item in stock and will get it sent out Monday next day delivery. I hold no hope of getting my order, it’s basically been a month now and I just wish I never bothered using them, they are a waste of time and money that just causes unnecessary stress. I just wish I had read other reviews before I made my purchase as it would of saved me a lot of aggravation

If I can do anything to help any new mums from experiencing the same upset I have through ordering from Kiddies Kingdom I will. I ordered a full travel system (£450) from them as they advised the delivery would be before my due date (Feb)... Having chased delivery I was advised an exact date I could expect delivery... Having still not received delivery on this date I have chased again, to now be told the item will not be available for at least 2 more months! I am now at due date without a travel system and still chasing refund of my money. The Customer Service advisors are very unhelpful, uninterested and unapologetic for their mistake.

Firstly they sent a courier who said she was unable to lift the furniture as it was too heavy! Then, when the furniture was moved from the van it was evident a box had been completely damaged with two side of the cot inside being completely scraped and damaged. After sending photographic evidence they then demanded more photos of the very same thing, and then I had to chase as a week later we had still heard nothing about a replacement being sent. When this was finally organised at considerable time investment from myself when the delivery came it was a wardrobe not a cot! Terrible service

“Stay away”

I really hate it when i’m forced to leave a star when kiddies kingdom do not deserve it. I’ve had issue with them from january. They gave me a faulty cot and never believed me which went on for months. I sent videos and pictures that they asked and they still refused to belive me... Then said they tried to deliver but they had obstructions to the acces of my property, not true. I have photo evidence that you can access then they said the delivery person couldnt work out the door bell. My 5 year old son has no problem, all you do is read the instructions and punch in the number then press the bell sign.... Simple... I kept telling them our baby was due 1st march so really need the cot as i never wanted my newborn in a moses basket but had to buy one as i never received the exchange till mid march. Then i was offered good will gesture that i’m still waiting for now. I’ve been speaking to one of the workers and he is very rude arrogant. Ive been waiting two week for my cot top changer and they are telling me it will take another week. They do not have things in stock but seem to be the middle man. I have spoke to obaby dirct and they told me they have the item in stock and dont get why they have told me that.   and they told me the to week delay was due to logistics reasons (what the hell does that mean) on obabys behalf. This is the worst place to shop from and as i can see from other reviews, im not the only one.

“Everything is out of stock”

Back in February I was looking for bedding set for bedside crib and came across a deal on Kiddies Kingdom website for SnuzPod 3pc Crib Bedding Set - it was £25 when normally they go for £35. So I put together an order and ordered the bedding set, Summer Infant Slumber Buddy and some Muslin Squares. I placed my order on 12/02 and received email next day saying my order will be delivered on or before 27/02. 27th came and no order or an email from company explaining why my order is delayed. So I emailed them on 1st of March asking where my order is. They responded saying that slumber buddy is out of stock(checked their website and it said it is in stock!) and they waiting for more. If I would like I could choose a different one. So I choose a different one and they emailed me back saying that it is also not available(again on website it says it is!). So I called them on 7th of March and said I would like to take slumber buddy off my order and add another bedding set instead. They said it is all fine and took another £5 off me. I asked if everything is in stock that I have ordered and they assured me that my order will be with me next day on 8th of March. I received email saying that order indeed will be delivered on 8th of March. Next day I received another email saying order has not left due to bedding set being out of stock(again on their website it is available to order). So at this point I just had enough. I emailed them and said it is unacceptable to tell me on the previous day that everything is ready for delivery and then next day tell me it is out of stock. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. There was no apology from Kiddies Kingdom once during all this exchange. I just feel like I wasted a lot of time dealing with them. Honestly I don't understand how they can run a business like this. Afterwards I googled reviews on them and was shocked how many other people have been in the same situation with them. I just wish I googled them before I ordered anything from them...

“Worst decision I ever made”

Should have read the reviews... Long story short, goods arrived 1 month after the delivery date stipulated on their website. Two items were damaged. Still trying to get them to sort this out 3.5 months later. Do I need to explain further? Will contact credit card and cancel payment next...

Where do I start??! I ordered a car seat and base bundle for over £330 over 4 weeks ago and have as yet received NOTHING except stories, repeated missed delivery dates and dismissal by the customer service department! They are the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with and having had multiple rude phone calls I have asked for a full refund - which is yet to arrive. I would seriously spend a little more money and actually get the product you have ordered! Avoid this company!!

Absolutely disgusting. Considering majority of their clients are pregnant women this company could not be more ignorant and could not care less. I ordered a travel system, barely got them to arrange a collection for a return and now they have told me no refund will be given as I've received the order twice?!? What a joke of a company. Dont buy anything from this company unless you want to be stressed and we all know stress is baby's worst enemy!

“What is going on with this company?!”

I ordered a 4 piece Baby Bordeaux nursery set on March 3rd 2017 and paid £899 via PayPal. The product is advertised still (even now) on their website as in stock pre-order in March. I called the company 2 weeks ago to see if I could select a time & date slot for delivery. I was told that all they can say is that the nursery set will be with me within the first couple of weeks in May. A week later after recieving no emails at all, I rang again. I was told that the item is out of stock with the manufacturer and that they are hoping it will be available the first few weeks in June, which isn't good enough as they have happily held my money since March 3rd and I need my babies nursery sorting before it's born. I was then put on to someone else and they explained that the item was stuck on a container on its way from China and that because the item has been out of stock, people in January that ordered the same set are still waiting and this has had a domino effect on orders! I asked if I could have a Moses basket for my newborn to sleep in or some kind of discount on the item as a form of compensation and also for them to confirm via email that my nursery set would be here the first week in June. They said they could not guarantee if it will be delayed again and offered me the cheapest Moses basket on their site to compensate for the inconvenience which wasn't even one I like. If I didn't want the basket they could only offer me a £50 discount rate on the set leaving me still with no nursery set or re-assurance as to when it will be with me. I rang several other companies that sell this furniture set to see if they have it in stock. To my suprise they all explained that they have all been told by the manufacturer that the item is out of stock until mid July! I decided to look for another set on the kiddie kingdom website desperately needing some furniture and something for my baby to sleep in. I found one that I liked and had to put an extra £70 of my money towards it. I was offered no discount or Moses basket and kiddies kingdom happily took another £70 from me for the new set knowing and accepting that the service I have recieved was wrong. Although I understand that this is a manufacturers fault, the service and customer care along the way that kiddie kingdom provided was disgusting. I could go on, but I have been left feeling like I just can't be bothered and want to give up. I will never buy another product from this company again and would urge any of my other mums to be and friends to do the same! This wasn't the start in life I have been preparing for my son. I am massively disappointed and feel like they all they have done is gain another £70 out of me without a care in the world towards me being a valued customer. I feel sick that they have got nearly £1000 of my hard earned money and they have treated me this way. Never again.

“Appalling Service”

I'm very unhappy with this company. Ordered a travel system almost a month ago delivery indicated for early April 2017 still not delivered, I'm having to chase Kiddies Kingdom as baby due anytime now and will need the car seat when we leave hospital. The company does not bother to advise customers or advise of any delays or issues. They have not responded to my emails - I've had to keep ringing for updates. Very poor service I will not be using them again ... Buyer beware!
