This company is by far the best within the UK at what they do. They seem to work very fast and are very helpful, willing to reply to your emails within a short time with good advice/answers. When I was confused about what to buy, I simply emailed them and didn't expect to get a reply so soon but I did! They emailed me first thing in the morning (I emailed them out of their work hours) and they explained what computer would be best for me, I was no longer confused and knew I could buy something with confidence. As for the computer itself, it's brilliant, I've been gaming for hours with no problems. They also provide very clear instructions to get you started when you finally receive your PC. I'm a very satisfied customer.

This PC I purchased was up to standard, it did exactly what I expected, it keeps its self cool and is great. Just wish I got better cards haha The case looks excellent and the lights make it look exceptionally cool. The systems inc operated are of my choice, thus anything I picked that wasn't on par with what I waned was my own fault. There could be more Usb ports at the front of the case but it's not really necessary. I would of liked to know more about the cards used, graphics and cpu systems, since I'm not a tech geek, I had limited understanding of what I was buying, and in turn I have no idea what I need to change to upgrade my Pc more. All in all, it was an excellent purchase at an excellent price and it does exactly what it was intended for - a gaming pc.

I waited to really test my new computer out before writing this review. I bought this computer specifically for WoW, i was looking for a unit that could run WoW AT ultra settings with highest possible multisampling etc. After a couple of marathon sessions to really see what the computer was capable of, i can happily say it runs everywhere in the game at 60+ fps ( i run vertical sync so only get 60 fps max but it is always comfortably running 60 fps. I was also very pleased with the "out of the box" condition, all programs and software set up. clean and fast operation from switching on. I did upgrade a few componants, but i am sure i would be pleased with the UKGC ready made Blizzard model. Good corespondance from UKGC too. Cheers

Bought a Metis pc from UK Gaming Computers and I was super satisfied! The PC works like a beast, even with the stock version with average specs - the experience in games is truly fantastic. The computer came in around the time that I wanted, carefully wrapped and all in good condition through delivery. The only downside was that one of the parts holding up the computer from the bottom (so the stands) were not attached. I didn't like the fact that the website didn't allow me to edit or function with my purchase. All parts however were good and I'm happy, games run smoothly on my monitor. Recommended!

Overall I would say that UKGC is one of if not the best computer gaming company that delivers great products for the lowest value. I am very happy with my product as it delivers the kind of performance that I wanted and asked for.

Great computer with plenty of bang for my buck. Excellent for gaming, even on higher settings. Super-silent and fast. Delivery was swift, and the email correspondence was just a quick! Would definitely return in the future to upgrade with the times.

I bought a gaming pc with moderate overclocking and some other high-spec parts such as water cooling, better power supply unit, more RAM etc. The system was unstable when running large sized files, crashing a few times a day. I suspect overclocking can be one of the reasons but not sure. There is no usable USB port in front of the machine which is very inconvenient and they explained they had to disable the one in front for some reason which I can't remember now as it was technical terms. They further advised me that they can provide advice if I wish to do it myself ( to enable the front USB, which seemed to require some technical knowledge and experience i.e. drilling through some of the internal PC elements and I definitely did not want to do this myself as I know very little about PC hardware. I still have to use rear USB port which is very inconvenient every time I need to connect usb momory. It took 12 working days from order to the receipt of the computer which I think could have been quicker, based on my previous purchase experience from other retailers. Their progress update email regarding the progress of ordering parts, assembling etc. all went to into my Hotmail junk folder, which made me to log in to their web and check my account to see the progress and made lots of calls on a daily basis. The motherboard was replaced with a different one without giving me a check or explanation, although they explained it was better spec than I originally ordered. Overall, I don't think it was a good experience for purchasing very high-spec computer from this retailer and would not use them for future purchase.

I was a bit dubious about using an online company to buy a PC for my work, especially when I was looking to buy on finance. Typically from someone I had never heard of, but I've had nothing but a positive experience the whole way through. I have been kept up to date throughout and the PC itself is brilliant for the price. Thank you very much, I won't hesitate to use again in the future.

Excellent communications and order completed well before expected... Bit disappointed that the CPU fan upgrade had not been connected as being new to pc's this caused me a days worth of hassle... I'm still trying to work out how the system was tested when incomplete... Would try a different company next time...

As somebody who has played games via consoles for years I was very confused with the thought of building a gaming computer. After looking around at multiple sites UK Gaming Computers was by far the best in more ways than one. Firstly they had by far the most customisable options and also allowed for payment to be spread over a term at a far better interest rate then some. I was quoted a build time of 5-10 working days to which it was near the latter. This was completely expected though as I had requested nearly everything to be upgraded from the original options. They kept me updated which each stage of the build and it just seemed like they really cared and knew what they were doing. Got my PC and can confirm I've not touched my PS4 for gaming since! It is one of the best purchases I've ever made so thanks a lot to the guys at UKGC who sorted it out for me. Would defiantly recommend to a friend and also use again.

Over all there is not a single thing I can complain about with the service of UKGC. I was emailed with regular updates from the very begining of my order to inform me of the status of my order and when it arived it was very well packaged and secure with no damage and plenty of instructions to make sure my pc is kept well looked after as well as this I got a wallet with all the manuals (and more importantly stickers!!!) From all the different components of my pc so I could be absolutely sure i would be able to maintain it. A week or so after my delivery arrived I was pleased to see an email to make sure I was satisfied with my order, which of course I was, which shows that UKGC really do care about there products and customers. I recently purchased the Tornado gaming PC from UKGC and the service has been excellent. The PC runs like a dream. It will play all the latest games without any issues what so ever. I would recommend UKGC to anybody! Excellent service and Excellent quality and great value for money!

I was very hesitant ordering online but took the plunge and I am happy I did. The UKGC website allowed me to customize the PC I chose with a decent number of choices (more than I saw on other websites) and this allowed me to upgrade parts that I wanted and reduce or remove things I had no use for. The overall price was cheaper than the closest match's I could make on a few other company's sites, and being able to call up information on each part was nice. Once ordered, I was kept up to date with the progress of the PC, and when it was ready, they allowed me to pick a day for delivery that suited me. I simply asked for it as soon as they were able and received it the next day. It was very well packed and the manuals and discs were all kept neatly in a folder along with instructions on how to set it up and activate the warranty. The only minor issue I had was that I had a little bit of setting up to do once the PC was installed to optimize the solid state drive, such as changing the default download directory and desktop location onto my main storage drive, which I would not of known I had to do without a friend telling me such. Overall tho very happy with it, have recommended UKGC to a couple of friends already, and will most likely buy from them again if the PC continues to give me no issues
