Worst service ever. They will just rip you oss. Lousy service approach and do not live up to their warranty statements. I had a process that was not finished in 1,5 months. They will keep you sending information without any proper support back.

I purchased the unlocking code for my 5 year old Motorola V551 phone and when I arrived in Europe I purchased a prepaid SIM card put it in my phone and follwed the on screen instructions. The phone started up and worked as expected in several European countries. My overall experience with Unlocking.com was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends.

Received the code after a week.
Well, received four codes after a week. Together with NO indication on which code to use. Think I managed to look the phone down while figuring out which code to use, since no code worked.

Good thing is I got a mail from the CEO asking if everything was ok. And if so if I could write a review telling others about it.
I asked him if he had any suggestions on how to solve my situation, but I got no reply back.

Price would have been ok, if it had worked, but better instructions are needed.

I purchased an HTC Hero off eBay to upgrade my old works phone which was running slow. After visiting several places in Hull and London to get it unlocked to any network I was quoted between £25 and £35! I then visited unlocking.com and simply selected my make and model of phone and IMEI number and they said it could be unlocked for just £9.99. Sounded great and it was I received an email from them with simple instructions and within 10 mins of buying the unlock code my phone was unlocked Brilliant!!

People this is real ... I unlocked both my and Blackberry Storm and my HTC Magic... and everything went well the Magic was the easiest I must say though ...the Blackberry was like 15 steps ... but easy to follow

I gave Unlocking.com the incorrect information, they could have kept my money instead they refunded me and allowed me to re-order with the right information. Even with my mistake I received my unlocking code within the same day.

Very good, I've unlocked my LG T310i that i've bought in Chile, and now i'm using it in Brazil. Awesome. It took the time told by the website, the cost was okay, since a cellphone store here in my city was more than double price! I would recommend it easily to other people.

It is perfect. I failed first try, but after I restart my handset and type the code carefully, the unlocking has been complished. Some cellphone repair stores on street either can not unlock my handset or charge me very high price. I am totally satisfied with the unlocking.com service!

One of the very rare occasions I paid $$ to a company online without researching them first. The site is professionally done and seemed legit. After encountering delay after delay on receiving my unlocking code, I read some horrendous reviews leading me to believe that I just got scammed.

Well, I have to say that 8 days after ordering the unlocking code that should have arrived within 1 day, they finally sent it. The instructions were vague and not applicable to my specific phone, so I did a little research online before entering the info so as not to completely lock down my phone. Finally found the right combo and lo and behold it worked!

So yes, I did eventually receive my code, but I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for this type of service. Delays are common with this site and they give no explanation, just canned messages from customer service when you send an inquiry.

Bottom line, not a scam, but they definitely do not deliver the service promised within the posted timeframe.

this is a good sight to use to unlock your mobile, i had some problems not due to the sight rather from my side, their customer services side was excellent at dealing with my problems & concerns, emails were always answered and assistance given to assit me, i was given a named contact who became familiar with my concern and who has followed this through, i have even been able to contact them afterwards concerning my initial issue and received continued advice. I am happy to endorse this site especially there customer services.

While I received my code almost immediately, it was another day before someone got back to me with instructions to go along with the code. Overall, I'm pleased with the service except for this small glitch.
